Nov 1, 2012I have experienced this issue on previous versions of elements. I have elements 10 and when I started it yesterday all the familiar icons on the tool bar were missing. I don’t remember doing anything that would turn them off but I cannot find how to restore them. How would I restore the tool bar at the top of my page?

Using the Navigator, I can enlarge the image, but am only able to view part of the image in the workspace, not the entire thing. When editing, I need to see the entire photo and its edges. Mar 14, 2014After moving a page in my document the master page elements no longer display on screen or in print. If I move the page to a different location in the document the master displays but if it is in the specific position that it needs to be it will not display. The document has multiple Masters and others do work on the page but the one that I need will not. I've tried deleting the page and adding a new one and that does not fix the problem. I've checked and "Hide Master Items" is not checked. The page in question is in position 48 with F-Master applied. If I move it to position 49 it works, 50, it works, 51, or any other it works. If I apply a different master to the page, it works. If I delete the page, add a new page and apply F-Master it still does not work. The only page that this problem is happening on is page 48.

Sep 5, 2013My delima is regarding cogo point readability. I'm used to LDD so this may be the issue. I set a cogo point but I want it to stay in the same orientation. if I use orbit or dview the cogo point data reorients (rotates) to line up horizontally. I would like the data to remain as set originally. I tried changing plan readabilty in label styles but when I drag the point it rotates to the current view orientation. Is there a way to control the rotation once dragged so it does not reorient if I change the orbit or dview?

Jun 24, 2008When I'm editing in a 100 +photo folder from a sports event it takes alot of time moving from one photo to the next. I was hoping that there is a short cut or some keyboard short I can use to save time.
Let me be specific what I am refering to : I open folder 9 year old baseball which has 150 photos in it. I open jpeg 122 in photoshop and make my modifications and then save it. NOW, I have to go back into photoshop, open the folder again, either scrool down with the slider bar or by using the arrows to get to jpeg 123 to begin the next modification. This process becomes a pain and takes alot of time. Is there a way to avoid going back to the folder and using the vertical slide bar or arrows, maybe theres a way to use a keyboard shortcut to advance from jpeg 122 to jpeg 123?

Jul 31, 2008I'm using Mac 10.4.11, PhotoShop 8, Epson Stylus Photo RX600 (and InDesign CS v3.1). The printer can do beautiful work when it all works together, but that is rare.
Will upgrading PhotoShop provide smoother color management tools? Other than that I have no problems with my configuration?

Mar 15, 2013Does the Style setting Plan Readability work for General Notes? I've been thinking we should use notes for all our text so that they react the same as all the other Civil 3D labels. But they don't seem to. They scale correctly but stay parallel to the UCS.
I've tried this in a fresh drawing from a simple template and from an OOTB template. They never rotate in a layout. Is this the normal behavior or am I missing a setting? This is how I have it set in my style:

Dec 4, 2012I had a very large database of images that I ocnverted from PSE 10. All is well, except for this rather glaring annoyance. When the People is clicked to show the people photo stacks, many of the stacks only have a standard icon instead of the others that have a photo.

Jan 1, 2014In PSE12 how does one display the icons under the event tab in a categorized tree structure?
In my PSE10 catalog, I have a highly structured event tag tree for 30,000 pictures and videos covering 15 years. This tree has annual main categories and then numerous events in 2nd level subcategories under each year. Below that are tags for which camera/person took the picture as well as other tags for videos, panorama-segments etc. Altogether there are probably several hundred or more subcategories. After importing the catalog into PSE 12 all of these subcategories show up in the top level display causing massive duplication that scrolls for 12 or more screens.
The PSE12 event tab is useless if it can only display every subcategory all at once in a flattened format. I also do not see any way to move these subcategories out of the events tag area and into the keyword tag area to eliminate clutter.

Mar 6, 2013The last few days my file preview icons on my computer are looking strange. Before they used to be a smaller version of the image, now they look blurry with a black frame around them. The jpeg file itself is fine when I open it in preview or back into PSE, I havn't changed any settings and I am always saving it at the highest resolution.
