Only after this occurred a second time did I realize there was an issue with the rendering.
I rendered frames 600-1500 on the machine with max 2014. The renderer indicated that all frames were rendered in the usual way. However, upon playback (avi), the animation lasted 18 seconds rather than the expected 30, with the last 12 seconds (about 360 frames) missing.
This happened for the first time a couple of days ago using the same project file. In both cases, the avi file size was 1,044, 391 KB. It is not unusual for other project avi files to greatly exceed this. I have looked in the project file for some parameter that set an avi file size limit without success.

I have Video Studio Pro X3. I've never had a problem since I got it, but recently I've been trying to render video at 60 frames per second. I've looked everywhere online for tutorials but still don't understand how to do it. I keep getting 29.97fps in the end. I need it for a project and I need it very soon.I use MP4 video files at 60fps.
I render 36 frames from different angles to PNG files on 3Ds Max 2013 but now I want to hide a model and make it so all the parts its blocking to also become transparent.
If you don't understand what I mean I don't want to simply "hide" the instance because then all the parts in the back that otherwise would be invisible would become visible, I just want those parts to become transparent as if I "subtract" the image of the hidden instance out of the final render image.
Like the 3d model is invisible but erases anything behind it.
I am having trouble figuring out how to get my particle system to render past 100 frames. I have my scene set to 600 frames, but after 100 the particles disappear. I am not sure what is going on.
I am running the free student version of Maya 2013. I am trying to change the settings under Render-Settings so I can render 240 frames @ 30 FPS. However, when I select the "Options" & "Render Settings" in the Render window, the options will not display.
Actually, we are working in this project: URL....and we have a big problem, cause our problem is the same like this: URL....
but absolutely out of control. We are desperated, because deadline project is coming to the end..We work in Smoke around 85% and is a 90 minutes film. Is a huge project..We use pre rendered CFX.
This issue started out of nowhere for what I consider to be no reason. Working on average sized 720p compositions with modest animations.
I am running fresh comps in AE CC with absolutely no plugins, freshly purged memory, cleaned cache, restarted comp, no other applications running on computer and 13 gb of memory allocated to AE... etc.
Is there a way for me to output certain in and out points instead of a whole sequence. I have a long clip and only want a small section of it, where in Smoke 2013 can I input the in and out points I want rendered? I can't see it in CFX and If I mark an In and Out point on the timeline it still renders the whole clip.
Just dipping my toe into Premier Pro, I have to stitch together 1000 pictures from a time lapse photo shoot. I can import and change the time for a batch of frames, but it leaves gaps between each frame. Is there a simple way to make all frame snap together?
I have been attempting to export a video from both Premiere and Media encoder in the H.264 codec and it continually discards the final few seconds of black frames. I have tried placing black video there, but it doesn't make a difference.
I've recently started using Premiere Pro CC on Win7 and noticed that when I apply color changes via Fast Color Corrector (or others) that some video frames don't get the correction. It's an odd thing that I don't see in Final Cut Pro X which I use on a slower Mac. No errors or any other inconsistencies appear and sometimes it's 1 - 2 uncorrected frames scattered here and there or it may be more or larger groups. I suspect it may be some simple setting that I've missed but can't seem to find it. Here's an example. [URL]...
I have just started using the multicam since upgrading to 7.1. Apparently I have got a 2 hour sequence with only two cameras all HDV footage. After about an hour of my live cuts, I started noticing slight freeze of about a second or so when I cut to a camera. I tried this with the mouse and the keyboard and still the same.
I am running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, HP XW6600 Dual Xeon 5450 @ 3Ghz GTX 570 16GB RAM
I found that render effects will utilize GPU and fans are working. Normally a few minutes will complete the work.
However, when I render in and out, it takes one to two hours and fans don't work as fast as when render effects, which means that render in and out is not using GPU I suppose.
I am using Revit 2012 and I am trying to do a walkthrough down a street. I had 1000 frames and 5 fps because we want it to move really slow... but with 5 fps it is choppy. So I tried adding more frames but when I export it I can an error message when I try to play the file saying "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file".
I am not sure what I am doing wrong.. is there a maximum amount of frames you can use?
may have accidentally set Premiere Pro so that every out point I set, it advances 5 frames ahead, making it very frustrating to make cuts at precise points. There is now a dashed orange line next to the cursor. I can't find the setting to disable this.
Here is an example of what it looks like in the timeline:
i have cc 7.2.1, and every basic operation i do on the timeline , moving clips, trimiming, scrubing on the timeline everything lags, its not fluid. When i do a simple scrubring on the timeline, the CTI takes sometime to get to the position i selected to do the playback.
But the worst part is the trimming or moving clips, it takes ages before i get an image on the program monitor. If i move a clip into a middle of 2 clips it takes ages to see those two little privews images with timecode, to see where to put it. So is very hard to edit like this.
Another odd thing is when in redering mode i select to use sofware only i dont have drop frames, when i chose cuda i have drop frames!!
I´m editing h254 from a 5d and 7d on externa llaccie usb 3 , have the a macbookpro 16g i7, iris pro and nvidia 750m, and a external samsung, via DVI.
If I have a render in progress and I alt tab or to premiere or open premiere/media encoder, the render in after effects wit hthe "happy ring of success" noise. but the file is incoplete and the render has stopped part way done.
I am wanting to render video with the H.264 codec. Then I am wanting to copy this file and place on a DVD. (No Authoring in Encore). I have done this several times and the video is choppy. The file plays normal when it is running from the hard drive.
Any MPEG2 i render in Premiere Pro CC exports in low quality (Grainy and flickers). Even at 1080p and a CBR of 20. I thought i'd wait for the next update for premiere pro CC which came out today with no luck.

I can add Feature Control Frames in a Drawing Curve but i can't do it in General dimension. How I can add Feature Control . Frames in General Dimension.
ok, I need some help. When I make a sig it just looks like I went off to google and slaped a render(picture of something) onto my sig (which I don't, I use planetrenders but thats beside the point). I want to know how I can make the image I want on my sig to blend in more....
I have added closed captions to my Premiere Pro project took bloody ages and all looks and runs great within the project. Simple white captions over the video.
Although, when I render the video out with the closed captions embedded within the video, cirtain captions seem to have slightly "dodgy" formatting when played back in quick time player.
Some sections of the captions have a black background on and some do not. As I previously mentioned the captions are all fine within the project. It just seems to happen on the render file
I've been having trouble lately using Warp Stabilizer in Premiere CC 7.1. I had used the effect many times successfully, then it suddenly stopped working. It analyzes the clips without problem, however it seems to get stuck on the "Stabilizing" phase. It just sits there. As I try to playback the clip in the timeline, it simply shows up as black video in the viewer. The space above the clip on the time line is yellow. I've done a full uninstall and no luck. I don't have any other problems in Premiere Pro CC 7.1 right now.
Last week, I was editing a multicam sequence (in Premiere 7.0.1) and I found it always very usefull to see the waveform. After upgrading and choosing Sequence -> Render Audio, the CTI jumps to the beginning of the timeline and starts playing and nothing more. No rendering at all.
Im recording 1080p 30fps with my Canon t3i and it lags during the video preview. Is it possible to render the file to a different format to increase its speeds? I heard this was possible, I just transfered over from Sony Vegas, and in Vegas I didnt have much lag under 1/4 preview.
I basically projected honeycomb pattern on to the skin of the addition on the existing building from CAD, then god ALOT of splines. It was very laggy and slow, but I got both the splines and the skin imported in max.
I was trying to render it, but it kept giving me an error message. I can't even do preview of this thing because as soon as i check the 'view in the viewport' checkbox, it gives me the exact same message and closes max.I have to render this with some thickness... AND bunch of other stuff together within the same render. The file size is 17mb, and it has one layer for the skin another layer for the entire splines.
