Rendering at high quality, exterior sun only, 150 DPI and the image is about 9' tall x5' wide. Everything goes great until it hits 26%. Then the bar goes full on 100% but the image is only 26% rendered.
I have a 2gb video card, 4.1Ghz overclocked processor and about 8GB of RAM. Perhaps I havn't allocated enough memory to render an image of this size?
What Revit 2012 setting makes walls and floors disappear when rendering is selected?
I have a Revit 8.1 project that renderes the model just fine. When I import it into Revit 2010 it also remders the model but I have to reassign the custom finishes. But when I upgrade it to 2012 and render - the walls and floors are suddenly missing!

I am using Video StudioPro X4 and rendering a video that is about 15 minutes when it stops at 4% complete, showing the following words: Cannot read audio (0x80004005). Other numbers on the message are: (18300:8000:192). Is there a way to know why it will not continue rendering and/or which audio files to check?

I X3 stops working during the rendering process everytime I try to make a video file. I'm making a 4:3 mpeg 2 file (DVD). I have tried several different ways and the most I can get done is 24%. i have tried to cut out a clip..I get a dump file each time that it tells me to send to Corel.
View 5 Replies View RelatedSo I recently created a 350 frames long animation, which I then tried to render out as an .avi using the mental ray renderer.
I have it set up in the render setup to render from frame 0 - 350, I have also chosen the output format.
Everything seems to work fine and dandy, the frames are rendered out nicely but then all of a sudden after about 40-50 frames it just stops rendering. The little window containing the progress bar just seems to disappear and in the render preview window is a half rendered image.
I have tried redoing this 3 times, but every time it just stops rendering at about the same place. The first time it stopped at frame 43, the second time at frame 47 and the third time somewhere inbetween.
sometimes rendering the RAM-Preview takes some time. while waiting I would like at least to read some articles on the internet. But as soon as I click into an other windows, AE stops rendering.
is there a special setting / workaround to avoid this (user-unfriendly behavior) ?
When I start rendering a composition, I usually just go to a spare monitor to browse the web and do additional work. However whenever I click onto my new monitor, AE stops rendering and gives me the 'finished sound'. Why doesn't it complete rendering? I have to leave my computer alone and keep a window selected in AE for it to complete.

3D rendering stops when mouse is clicked, regardless of which app has focus or in which app's window the mouse is clicked.
how another app can have focus before the mouse is clicked, Cmd+Tab can be used to switch between apps.
I am a middle school teacher with a lab of 25 Dell Precision T1600 desktops. I just installed Inventor on all the computers and it works beautifully on 24 of them. On one of them, when you choose the "start" menu, nothing happens. If you click a second time, the area where the menu should be is black and the program stops working. The computers are running Windows 7 and with it working on 24 not sure why it wouldn't work on the 25th.
I have reinstalled 3 times, but nothing seems to work.
I have scene that I uses videopost glow, when I try to render from videopost to BB Max2012 starts and render the first frame, then hangs so I need to turn the power off.But I just render the same scene localy it works just fine.With my old installtion 2011 this was working just fine, and if I render from the standard render to BB it works, it´s only when render from videopost.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a question regarding display problems when I import my Inventor assembly into Showcase and try to apply ray tracing. The assembly file is now missing some part and does not display at all. The assembly file is model that has been designed with frame generator however some of these framed generated parts just don't display. The strange this is they do display in other less desired formats such as shaded etc but not when ray tracing.

When rendering a job the program stops responding. The task manager shows the cpu working hard but the memory is not being used at all. Windows reports failure to recover program and the application exits.

I have just loaded Revit 2014, and then loaded a project file created in Revit 2013. When I try to render a view in the cloud I get an error message that says "The file could not be translated.-1" I have tried this with several projects and get the same error for all.
However if i create a new project in 2014 the render works fine, it only seams to be a problem when I upgrade a project from revit 2012 or 2013.
I am using Revit 2013 and I am rendering in the Cloud and my renderings are not turning out as well as I want them to. I was wondering what the intial settings under the graphics should be? like what shadows I should use? how high the exposure should be? Even when I turn the sun completely off the sun still shows through the windows. My renderings are also showing up grainy.

I have opened up projects from previous releases that I was able to get interior scenes to render correctly and they render fine in 2013. I've imported the modified fixtures to the current projects file and they still don't do anything. The scene I'm talking about has a ceiling modeled on the underside of a floor. I've read this may be an issue, but my light fixtures light source is to be 1/4" above the plane of the ceiling. In my case, it's a 5/8" layer of drywall.

I drew out the pattern using the sketch line tool and I chose a joint condition in between the panels. I rendered a few cameras and they turned out ok, but all of a sudden the rendered images turned out blue and yellow. I didn't make any changes in the materials or lighting, but they still turn out the same. I even tried rendering in another computer but nothing changed. I attached the image.
