3D rendering stops when mouse is clicked, regardless of which app has focus or in which app's window the mouse is clicked.
how another app can have focus before the mouse is clicked, Cmd+Tab can be used to switch between apps.
When I start rendering a composition, I usually just go to a spare monitor to browse the web and do additional work. However whenever I click onto my new monitor, AE stops rendering and gives me the 'finished sound'. Why doesn't it complete rendering? I have to leave my computer alone and keep a window selected in AE for it to complete.

Sometimes there are so many layer that i will have to look for it. I know, i can just press p (for example) a few times and it will show. But this could mess up what i have already opened in this layer.

View 10 Replies View RelatedRendering at high quality, exterior sun only, 150 DPI and the image is about 9' tall x5' wide. Everything goes great until it hits 26%. Then the bar goes full on 100% but the image is only 26% rendered.
I have a 2gb video card, 4.1Ghz overclocked processor and about 8GB of RAM. Perhaps I havn't allocated enough memory to render an image of this size?
I am using Video StudioPro X4 and rendering a video that is about 15 minutes when it stops at 4% complete, showing the following words: Cannot read audio (0x80004005). Other numbers on the message are: (18300:8000:192). Is there a way to know why it will not continue rendering and/or which audio files to check?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am trying to complete my first project in X3 with a new computer. I have done many projects on an older computer with VS 10. I X3 stops working during the rendering process everytime I try to make a video file. I'm making a 4:3 mpeg 2 file (DVD). I have tried several different ways and the most I can get done is 24%. i have tried to cut out a clip..I get a dump file each time that it tells me to send to Corel.
View 5 Replies View RelatedSo I recently created a 350 frames long animation, which I then tried to render out as an .avi using the mental ray renderer.
I have it set up in the render setup to render from frame 0 - 350, I have also chosen the output format.
Everything seems to work fine and dandy, the frames are rendered out nicely but then all of a sudden after about 40-50 frames it just stops rendering. The little window containing the progress bar just seems to disappear and in the render preview window is a half rendered image.
I have tried redoing this 3 times, but every time it just stops rendering at about the same place. The first time it stopped at frame 43, the second time at frame 47 and the third time somewhere inbetween.
sometimes rendering the RAM-Preview takes some time. while waiting I would like at least to read some articles on the internet. But as soon as I click into an other windows, AE stops rendering.
is there a special setting / workaround to avoid this (user-unfriendly behavior) ?
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I have CS5 at work (CS6 at home is what's giving me an issue) and I could paint away for days if I wanted to, but with CS6 it randomly cuts out in the middle of using it.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm running CS4. (all updated fyi). A few days ago my tools started behaving strangely. Specifically for any tool that has multiple beneath it. Like the type tool or shape tool for instance. The problem is that when I click a tool (with a mouse OR trackpad) it auto expands. It's not supposed to do this. It's supposed to select the top most tool with a single click. If I want the expanded menu I would click and hold or right click.

View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen I try to use a window zoom in a layout viewin model space my window offsets the the right and below the mouse pointer by a consideral distance. Window zoom works correctly in Model Space and in layout view in paper space. It is doing it in all of my drawings New or Old so I'm guessing its a global setting of some type.

In the right Mouse click drop down window the Paste, Paste as Block and the Paste to Original Coordinates are grayed out.
The copy with Base Point works, as does the Ctrl+V and Ctrl+Shift+V and repeat Paste Block from the recent Input drop down selection. Why the paste commands are grayed out?

I don't want it highlighting the features automatically. I want it to highlight once I click over a feature. My colleagues and I are very distraught by this feature, and will be discontinuing our use of your products that do not allow us to turn this feature off. I'm not sure why you'd want to weed your customer base like this, assuming that I can't turn this option off from the research I've done pouring through the hundreds of complaints related to this issue. View 5 Replies View Relatedmy default extensions that come with photoshop cs6 extended and also custom installed plug-ins won't appear when clicked on. Usually you see a checkmark by the plug-in if it is working and is visible on the photoshop layout as a panel. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, which the Kuler extension worked, but only under the workspace that I opened it up for. So for example, I opened it up on Essential workspace, but it wouldn't appear when changed to painting workspace. When I close the panel from the workspace, it won't ever come back up again even when clicked on under the extension drop-down menu on any workspace. This is occurring not just on my desktop, but also on my laptop. Both are not Photoshop CC, but regular Photoshop CS6.
I don't really mess around with the extensions much, but once I found out about the painters wheel plugin, I really wanted to try it out, hence now noticing this extension issue with my plug-in..All my plug-ins appear on the drop down menu for Windows > Extensions, so it shouldn't be a file placement problem. I have also tried the Adobe troubleshoot for plugins by uninstalling my plug-ins to see if third party plug-ins were the problem, but still my default plug-ins won't even work.

View 2 Replies View RelatedUsually I can click a took and thats the end of it...if I want to show hidden I have to click the little arrow or something of that nature. Now when I click a tool it automatically opens up the hidden tools menu, which makes it very annoying to select tools because I've then got to click it in the hidden menu to select it.
Also performing things such as double clicking hand tool to show an image full screen don't work becuase as soon as I click the hand tool once it opens up the hidden tools menu and won't allow me to double click it. I've tried resetting to defaults and even checked my wacom/mouse settings...cant figure out what the issue is.

I have used Photoshop Elements 9 for a couple years without incident. Recently, when I click upon the Organizer, the program simply shuts down, goes away. If I enter through the Editor, I can access the Organizer, but many of my recent photos will show only as an hourglass when viewed as thumbnails. Yesterday I purchased Photoshop Elements 11, uninstalled Photoshop Elements 9, and installed 11. I still have the exact same problems.

I'm working in autoCAD 2011 and I have a quick question: When I open the drawing up from a recent save, all my polylines are not accurate and don't show curves. When I double click the lines, it adjusts itself and shows the curve that I had drawn. Why is this? Will this affect the file if I choose to plot it? Can I keep the lines curved and not have to double click every single line when I open the file just to see what it's supposed to be?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a strange problem with some xrefs and I don't know why it is suddenly happening on a few of my drawings.
The xrefs have been successfully loaded in my drawings with no issues until now.
I have an xref that is loaded as an overlay, in the xref manager it is there yet in the drawing it is invisible.
Yet if I click in some blank space on where the xref should be it appears visible and then disappears as soon as I escape!
I know it's loaded - its just as if it's loaded behind everything else and it makes the geometry in the drawing all jagged and out of sorts ?!
I've tried bring to front command and detaching and reloading it but to no avail.
Lightroom quit responding to the import command. I don't understand this as one day it was working fine, and the next, it has ceased altogether.
