View 1 RepliesI create animated gifs frequently using the Frame Animation pallet. The default frame rate starts out as 10 seconds, so I always have to change it to 4 seconds. Is there anyway to reset the default frame rate that I start out with to 4 seconds, so that I don't have to change it every time?
Preferences did not yield any promising menus
I know the standard default reset with many Adobe products is to change it without a document open, but in PS CS5.5 if you do not have a document open the frame rate option is greyed out

View 4 Replies View RelatedIt used to be that whenever i would move the cursor in adobe premier with either the left or right arrows or by simply clicking and dragging it, it would play the audio from that frame. But it is not doing it anymore, I think i must have accidently hit a shortcut key or something to change it in settings i dont know. But it would be good if I could get the setting to change it back. I know for a fact that my laptops speakers do work, so its not that.
View 1 Replies View RelatedAccording to the documentation the FRAME system variable overrides XCLIPFRAME, IMAGEFRAME, etc., has four valid values, 0, 1, 2, or 3, and its initial default value is 3. While editing a drawing, I set FRAME to 0, and then some time later, tried to set it back to 3. AutoCAD refused to accept this value, saying "Requires an integer between 0 and 2." Typing (SETVAR "FRAME" 3) at the command line also failed. The only way I could get it back to 3 was to use UNDO to go back to the default value. Is this a bug?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm using the Filmconvert plugin and the reset buttons do not work. I have the latest version of CC and Filmconvert plugin.
Filmconvert support said that "The functionality of the reset buttons is provided by the application API... plugin developers do not code that functionality and have no visibility or control over it... which is why it must be a Premiere problem. Have you asked Adobe tech support for assistance?".
I've tried reinstalling Filmconvert plugin and also resetting preferences.
Is it a bug?How do I contact Adobe for support? They don't reply to bug reports.
I would like to execute scalelistedit command with auto added parameters (Reset - Yes - Exit).
My
doc.SendStringToExecute("-scalelistedit R " + "

And doesnt work - I'm getting "Invalid option" and it seems like instead of R, passing is A option (Add).
I use Auto Import to import my RAW files. Each time LR imports my files the Previous Import count number increases. Is there a way to reset this count so it shows a true reflection of the photos from my previous import session?
Correct me if I'm wrong but if you manually import files the Previous Import count number resets itself automatically. I've Googled this problem & this question has been asked before - all users were utilising Auto Import.
My C-drive is filling up and a friend of mine, who also uses Premiere CS5, told me he periodically deletes whatever is saved in his Premiere Auto-Save folder and Preview-File folder to free up hard drive space. The problem is, I can find my Preview-File folder under My Documents/Adobe/5.0, but I can't find my Auto-Save folder, even after doing a Search in WIndows 7. I can't do anymore video editing projects until I free up space on my C-drive. Right now, I only have 1.7 Gb remaining on a 160 Gb hard drive. T

I'm on Win 7 and CS6.
Is any plugin required with CS6?
Or, can After Effects do it alone?
If a plugin is required, what is the best one for quality?
Or what stand-alone utility is most highly recommended? I thought I'd read on a Google search that Twixtor or "Magic Bullet" by Red Giant. I just spoke to Red Giant and they said they have nothing that does this.

View 2 Replies View RelatedIs this a known issue in Premiere Pro CC? I'm using version 7.2.1 (4).
The video clip in V1 has a reverse speed change applied, and the timecode filter is off by one frame. Or maybe the source overlay is off by one frame? Which should I trust?
I've been noticing this behaviour in CC 7.1.
When you place "Sharpen" and some third party plugin (Sapphire, NewBlue, BorisFX, ...) the 1 pixel wide rectangle starts to appear around the frame. Is it a bug?
i'm in action schematic and if i reset any node (for example images/surface) then some parameter is still not affected. For example : the blend type and surface type and couple more are not affected by that reset function. Is this a bug ?
View 3 Replies View RelatedThis seems to have been a problem with previous lightrooms and thought it may have been fixed in LR4 but I can't seem to find the option?
What I have a gripe with is why when I am exporting my editied raws into what ever jpeg format I want (highres low res etc) I put these in a folder with in the orgional raws parent folder and call it "02 - High_Res" for example. To then get this to show in the lightroom folder structure you then have to 'sync' the folder. Is there a way to have this done automatically? Is there a way I can just get it to appear with out syncing?
When pinning a photo to the map, and get the GPS coordinates into metadata. I also get information in the IPTC fields for ISO Country Code, Country and State/province, but they are marked in italics and with a grey-coloured typeface. I use DNG raw files.
When exporting to JPG, the GPS coordinates are included in EXIF, but the placenames are gone.
If I enter the placenames manually, they export to both IPTC and XMP tags.
Why are the automatically assigned placenames not included on export?
If I choose at AI, the export, to jpg option, and tick the use artboards option, the exported jpg will get a rather thick white frame.
The document has no stroke, if i export without the use artboard option there is no problem..
I have used Photoshop for several years, but I didn't take the time to lean allot of what it can do.I'm going through Lynda.com videos now and starting to get a little better understanding.
I bought some vector eps files from Shutterstock. Most of these vectors are a bunch of smaller image elements.(For Instance Icons)What I would like to do is to find a way to batch crop all of the layers out of the eps and into png files.Of course they would need slightly different names.
I have seen where you can do something similar, but the smaller images are on a full size transparent background. I would prefer that they are auto cropped.I have the full CS6 Through Adobe Creative Cloud. So I can use illustrator for part of this if needed.
Is there a way to automatically export a timeline, wherein Smoke will render out image sequences for each shot with handles to separate directories on my filesystem? If so, this will save me a lot of time in online tomorrow.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to export a sequence as XML, but no matter what I try, it exports the wrong sequence. I've tried selecting the sequence in the project panel, then hitting export, and I've also tried opening the timeline and exporting from there.
The sequence being exported is actually used at one point in the sequence I want to export, otherwise I would just delete it temporarily. I'm using Premiere CC 7.2.
I am trying to export a 15 minute film, with a LOT of audio clips to OMF for ProTools. The exporting "hangs" during the process when it encounters a certain file-name. The filename is gibberish, so I have not the slightest idea, which file it is, or where on the timeline I could look for it.
Another problem seem to be nested audio sequences can't be exported. Am I correct in assuming that I will have to replace every single clip by hand?
(Why is there no Python interface for Premiere... life would be SO much easier )
I've read through some of the threads concerning OMF: If I understand it correctly, OMF export is really buggy/limited in PPro CC for a fast workflow with a ProTools site?
I just finished editing a 67 minute documentary, and I'm preparing to send it to the replication company. The problem I'm running into is that the project looks very clear and clean in premiere pro, however as soon as I export and burn it to a disc via encore, the finished video is noticibly pixelated/grainy, and a lower quality.
The footage was shot in HD. I've tried exporting MPEG-DVD and MPEG so far. The MPEG-DVD setting was worse than MPEG, but that wasn't great.
Is there anything I can try to get this footage to look better? (It's due at the replication company on Tuesday.)
