I've got a 30 second piece of video in which a logo on a wall needs to be erased. I used the patch tool and it did a wonderful job, but only on the first frame of the clip.

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy band has just recorded our first music video. We are very happy with the result except that the glasses on me (the lead singer) during the close-ups look very funny, they are very skew, and the "frame" does not go behind the ear.
What I would like to do is to import the video and edit these clips frame by frame, where this is showing. There is about 15 seconds totally of me in close-up - 15 x 24= 360 images. The clips are about 1-3 seconds long. And I want to edit all of these short clips of me and then make it a full-length video again.
I made a quick edit on one of the images from the video. The shades still look a little funny but it gets better when the frame goes behind the ear. If it's possible to correct the "glass" part of the shades as well.
Using VS PX4 file type is MTS.Color correction feature-should the entire clip be corrected prior to inserting into time line as a project?I'm using new cameras and trying to get it right.

I'm using the trial version of After Effects. Sometimes the rendering que will render an entire project, other times it will only render a single frame of the project. Is there a reason why the rendering process is performing in such a way?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI am currently working on making a lens profile and the instructions are pretty annoying as they require the calibration chart to remain in the same spot while you tilt the camera as well as move the camera around to make sure that you are tilting the camera to bring the calibration chart close to a side of the frame but not clipping it and also staying within an angle of 10-30 degrees.
This seems overcomplicated, instead, why cant adobe make a single calibration grid where the camera is positioned in such a way that it fills the entire frame as much as possible without clipping, then it simply corrects using the single chart.
With the way it is now, unless you have the camera on a computer controlled dolly and computer controlled head, you will not be able to make a completely accurate lens profile.
I've done a grading "applying to entire lenght" but after done that I realized that I needed to do some located contentions. Is it possible to edit the grade for not applying it to entire lenght?When I go to the modify tab, edit grading, it does not appears the option "apply to entire lenght?"

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a pencil animation that I did a while back that is a .mov file. The animation itself is too light and you can hardly see it. I opened the file in Photoshop and opened the animation tab.
I tried to convert it to frame animation so that I could unify all of the frames and edit just one using the brightness / contrast adjustment. Nothing works. It keeps on just editing one frame at a time.
I'm trying to apply noise to a shot using the ReGrain effect. BUt it's not working....no matter what settings I try (e.g. custom and then playing with the sliders) I don't receive any effect.... is there anything I have to be beware of?
Or is there another way to apply noise to a clip?

I get this strange thing when editing clips in VS x3 - each clip has 3 frames the same at the beginning. It's a real pain, as it mean I have to cut each clip at the start. I always assumed it was something to do with the footage from my Canon HG20 camcorder. It's a HDD camcorder, and though I don't shoot in HD (I shoot in SP - 7 sbps), I never used to get the problem when editing mini DV clips. I recently downloaded the Pinnacle Studio 15 trial, however, and noticed that it didn't happen in that editor. I prefer VS X3, and also like the trial of VSX4, though the problem persists in that version, as well.
View 4 Replies View RelatedEvery time that I open a new drawing which has clipped XRefs, the X clip frame is set to the number 2, and I set it back to number "0", but then when I finish that drawing and open another drawing, then the new drawing reverts back to X clip frame 2.
How or where I can change the setting to the default is always "0"?

View 8 Replies View RelatedI have a single frame clip in my library, i want to put this clip into my timeline and i want it to be 10 seconds. I can just easily in/out in timeline and 'overwrite'. i don't like where i'm repeating a single frame and then still need to render it as 10 seconds clip.
This should be done like 'repeat' in the desktop tools. So in timeline when doing 'overwrite' , Smoke has to be smart to detect 1 frame edit so it just need to 'repeat' it not to 'timewarp' it.
And the another BAD thing , i can't have 'repeat' tool inside cfx . why ? so have to repeat the clip outside the cfx and go back into cfx.

Trying to finish up first video project shot with 5D MK11 in 1080p.
I had to convert all clips to smart objects it seems to adjust highlights.
I had rendered the project once to 1080P but forgot part of one clip and dragged it into PS.
It is the exact same size but is not positioned correctly and I lose part of the right edge.
I thought it would fix itself with rendering it to 1080P as the image and canvas size are identical and from the same shoot--but it didn't.I hit "fit in screen" or actual pixels but not sure that matters.

I had to manually apply this effect at every frame in the Photoshop's Timeline, which takes a to long... I would love to do it to whole clips. What's the best workflow for that?
A way I tried w little success before was to split the clip into individual frames, (forget how to do that) & then apply a batch command to all the pics, I remember trying this method & it not working w/ Oil Paint effect.
Assume a youtube video played in an internet browser. What is the best way to capture a still image from inside a browser like IE? Does PS CS6 have this ability? What other Adobe product?
