View 7 RepliesI'm updating drivers for Computers with Nividia Quadro 4000 video cards. I went to the Nvidia website and found two drivers. one I found that was certified for AUTOCAD 2013 and the version is 310.50. And another driver for the video card version is 311.50. should i download the newest version or the ACAD Certified version? Could the "Certified" version download not be current? Are there any drawbacks from one to the other?

my question, why are the colors like this? i do not know of any settings i changed, i just pasted a picture into photoshop and the colors became all weird. how to make it "regular" again?
I'm having a little problem with Photoshop cs.
When I start a new image and paste from my clipboard the image shows up looking very red. I'm not sure what the problem is. I've messed around with the color presets and color modes but nothing seems to help.
I'm using the RGB color mode 16bit.
My colors are completely off in photoshop from the real image. I've already checked to make sure it's not the monitor, the color is fine there. I've already read the forums that say to simply turn on "Proof Colors." That does changes the colors how they should be. HOWEVER, if I try and export the file out as a png or anything, they are exported with the messed up color rather than the "proof colors." BUT if I open the image up in microsoft paint, it appears to be right, but only with paint. If I open the image with anything else (reader, indesign, picaso, etc.), the color is always messed up. I even tried exporting the png to someone else thinking it was just my computer, no luck. For some reason, I can't export anything without it using crazy colors (just like if "proof colors" was unchecked). I've tried deleting preferance and playing around with the color settings. What can I do?
here's my spects:
Windows 8
2013 Asus Laptop
Photoshop CS6
I'm running Windows 7 64Bit running Adobe CS5 Master Collection. But ever since I allowed CS5 Photoshop to control my printer (HP Photosmart Prem 310-C) to do a test print of a graphic that I created all of my Blues print a violet/blue color, no matter what color blue. It has even affected MS Word & MS Project when I try to print blue colored font or Gantt Chart blues will no longer print blue, but will print the same blue/violet color. I've even tried a brilliant blue which will all view great, but prints the same shade of violet blue! All my colors and Blues will view great! I've calibrated my monitor and I've reset my printer several times and still the same thing! I never had this problem before I downloaded Adobe CS5! A strange thing is that I can run check printer test and the data & image that is stored in the printer will print blues perfect, including running a copy direct from the scanner bed and it will produce perfect blues. I almost feel as though Adobe CS5 has possessed my PC and printer, how do I get it back to printing like it did before installing CS5 Master Suite?
View 2 Replies View RelatedNot sure if I could have been more specific in the title; however, I have been having the following problems after using CS6;
1. Images are blacked out in the viewing area where the layer is still showing the thumb nail image.
2. A few crahes incl BSOD
3. Unable to launch Bridge (has worked previously)
4. Unable to drag and drop images w/o creating a copy of the layer. This appears intermittent.
Attempted fixes;Shutting down CS6 appears to provide a temporary fix on the black out.Purged the temp storage areas in ACR and CS6 Checked the enviromental variables and the temp directories are on the C drive (Home)OS Win 7 64Bit Ultimate RAM 16 Gb CPU AMD 965

View 6 Replies View RelatedAdobe CS4 prints blue when it comes to white objects in the photo. Any ideas
why? This doses not happen in non-Adobe programs.
for years I used Epson r1800 on printer management it usually matches the monitor image quite well I had not had any success using adobe color mgmt in the past
the images I am printing are sRGB and now they don't match at all they are too dark and cool (bluish) If I change the monitor to the match the printer then all of my files will look bad on screen changing the printer setting did not seem to change the actual prints
I understand the technique for changing colors of an object (New Adjustment level | Hue and Saturation). The question I have is I am trying to change a t-shirt color from Blue to a white color. I have used all the adjustments and cannot get close to white.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have an Nvidia Quadro FX1500 graphics card on XP64. Getting the correct video driver for ACA is critical as we all know. I did a search of the Adesk web site and one page told me to use version 259.57, while another page told me to use version 265.70.
The page telling me to use the newer driver was under the certified hardware page, where ACA is not a choice in the product used, only acad. The page telling me to use the older version was under the ACA support page. Then I go to the Nvidia web site and they tell me to use the 191.00 version.I'vehad a look nside the hardware XML installed with 2012 and te supported driver version is 6.14.0012.6570.
When I try to run a stress analysis on my model my video driver keeps crashing. I have updated my driver and downloaded the patch from the auto desk website. In addition I have played around with the visual settings on my computer and nothing works. I attached my computers specs.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've just used the align layers feature to stitch together 4 pics into a panorama view. It looks great except the sky is different shades of blue for each of the stiched elements.
Is there an easy way of somehow merging the different blues so you end up with a consistent blue across the panoramic view?
How can I measure the density of Red and Blue colors of an image?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI was mid-project when I realized my greys had mysteriously become tinted blue. I then continued messing with every color setting I could find, but nothing worked. And I'm sure it's not a display issue, because my other projects appear just fine. My whites are now (3,0,0,0), in both the document and swatches.
View 6 Replies View RelatedWhen I go to open photos - they are opening in blue-green-purple colors as if a filter is being applied. The color pallette is also appearing with the same blue-purple colors. In the layers pallette - the icon of the image appears in the normal colors and no filters, etc. have been applied. It's all starting from when selecting the photo to be opened in photoshop.

All the new New Blue vft files are in the vft folder. However, in both VS X3 and v10, nowhere do my new filters appear in the FX lists. I have just updated to Lightroom 5.3 and the strangest thing happened. I went back to my galleries and all the colors are off. Everything is a little greener and a little warmer. I had just exported a wedding that I shot a a few days ago anf I went back to change one shot. I noticed that it didn't match any of the other shots or previous version of that shot. View 5 Replies View RelatedSomething happened to my photoshop that messes up the fonts. They all look like caps when I type (no I don't have capslock on :P). Not the seize (they are normal seize) but the form of the letters. ie. all my a's look like A, not a and all my e's look like E, not e. Very different form and because of this my curly fonts etc. look very ugly and unclear now.
