Lightroom :: Solo Mode Not Working In 4.3
Jan 1, 2013Why doesn't solo mode work in LR4.3? It basically makes any of the sections in Develop module inaccessible until I switch out solo and relaunch.

Lightroom :: Set Left And Right Panels In Development Module To Solo Mode?
Jan 21, 2013In LR you can set the left and right panels, in the development module, to solo mode, and I think nearly everyone does. My problem is that I lose the mode each time I leave LR and have to reset it each time I enter LR. Normally the panel’s stays in solo mode and in previous versions have. I’ve been using LR since the public beta way back in 12/2006.
Why my LR doesn’t stay in solo mode or how I can get it to stay in solo mode?

Jun 25, 2012Just downloaded LR4.1 trial version (upgrading from LR3 to work with raw Canon 5DM3 images) and am unable to use Develop mode. When I select a photo in Library and go to Develop it just says "no photo selected".

Dec 20, 2011Last week I updated my mac to Lion and encountered a problem with lightroom 3. It wont let me preview the print in print mode now! before it did! now when i try and print, it just prints a white blank print?!
Luckily i used my macbook pro, the same problem happened in the lightroom too but it printed the image rather than blank printing
Any reason why i cant see the print preview any more?

Jan 27, 2014I was editing phots when I suddenly realized that sharpening tool, neither the adjustment brush for sharpening or ordinary sharpening, would be shown in Library mode or when photos were exported. When I see the picture in Develop mode, they seem fine and I can adjust the sharpness as usual. So something goes wrong between Develop and Library mode.
I have Lightroom 4.4. The ISO level in the pictures are not high at all, so that is not the problem, as I have read some explanaitions of. When I see the picture in 1:1 in both modes, they look the same after sharpening. But if I zoom more, I can definately see big differences.

Mar 17, 2012This may be related to other imported catalog bugs, but does not seem to be quite the same. In Lightroom 4, with an upgraded Lightroom 3 catalog:
1. Select a photo in Library mode.
2. Click on Develop to go to Develop mode
Screen shows "No photo selected". I cannot edit photos in Develop mode.
I can see and edit photos that are found in smart collections, but not photos that are simply in my collections from 2012, 2011, etc. folders

But if i switch the surface to other surface/image then the viewer won't update properly. I have to refresh by click to turn off and on again the 'solo' button. Sep 19, 2012 I have recently installed Photoshop CS6 after previous happy experience with CS3. The software appears to be seizing up when editing a selection in quick mask mode (image or layer mask) under the following conditions:
- 64 bit mode
- image > screen size, especially at 100% maginification
- or image magnification adjusted whilst in quick mask
The red mask appears slowly and only where I move the mouse curser - but will not cover the entire masked area.The software freezes, and I have to kill the process from the OS. Task manager shows its status as 'running' and memory / CPU do not appear to be maxed out.

Photoshop :: Quick Mask Mode STOPPED WORKING?
Aug 1, 2005For some reason my quick mask mode stopped working. I can go into quick mask mode. I can highlight what I want to select. but when I exit out to make the changes I wanted to, the only thing selected is the outside edge of the image I'm working on. So instead of having the extent of the image and the part I highlighted selected (basically everything except what I colored in QMM) only the extent of the image is selected.
I have even uninstalled photoshop, re-booted, and re-installed photoshop and I still have the same problem.

Lightroom :: Error In Preview 32 Or 64 Bit Mode?
Jan 24, 2013A couple of questions. I am running the latest version of LR (4.3) in Mac OSX 10.8.2 environment. I notice that, occasionally, the previews in Library mode do not actually represent all the true images. When choosing "Show in Finder" the image is not as seen in the preview. This issue rears it ugly head only occasionally. Also, is the newest version only running in 64 bit mode? When Getting Info, I see no selection box to deselect 32 bit mode.
