I am attempting to import a previous customized menu with routines that worked beautifully in Autocad 2002. I can import the menu but the routines don't work. I have copied the search paths identical to those in Autocad 2002 in the tools>options>files in the support file search path, but to no avail.
The menu was developed by Andy Pease (Andy Acad) who is now with Autodesk.

I use Auto Import to import my RAW files. Each time LR imports my files the Previous Import count number increases. Is there a way to reset this count so it shows a true reflection of the photos from my previous import session?
Correct me if I'm wrong but if you manually import files the Previous Import count number resets itself automatically. I've Googled this problem & this question has been asked before - all users were utilising Auto Import.
I am using AutoCad LT2011 and would like to know how can i get the PREVIOUS PLOT option to be the default option in the plot menu.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a user in my group that is hesitant to upgrade to 2012 because , he has many lisp routines that are associated with the PREVIOUS selection feature. This selection is very useful in that when you are moving or selecting many objects you can enter P for previous and the object will be selected.
In 2009, when you select objects then hit escape, then try to execute a command requesting to use the Previous, AutoCAD will remember the last selected object and then highlight it.
In 2012, when you select objects then hit escape, then try to execute a command using P for previous, it will not highlight the previous object selected but will highlight the previous object where a command was executed on.
Hope I haven't lost you. It seems there should be a setting under SELECTION of how to manipulate the Previous selection feature.

View 4 Replies View RelatedEvery-time I synchronizing a folder, Lightroom always shows Previous Import for the found images.I think this is very annoying, since I manually have to point to the synchronized folder.When I synchronize a specific folder I expect Lightroom to stay on that specific synchronized folder!There should at least be an option for this in the preferences but I haven't found anything...
I'm currently following a longer Lightroom 5 course on Lynda and this don't occur on the authors mac when synchronizing occurs!Is this a windows-only issue or should I dig deeper into my manual?
I am trying to access a catalogue which had about 200 photos in it and i accessed daily for about a week, but it's now saying it is empty 'no photos on previous import'
I haven't moved the original files so it doesnt say anything is missing. I'm not getting any previews at all. I did back up but had since edited the photos.I dont want to have to edit them all over again so before i try to restore the catalogue with the unedited back up files, is there a way of finding my catalogue?
My plan designer uses Chief Architect and has converted his drawing into a DWG for me to use in AutoCAD 2013. When I open the drawing however, it is not to scale. I've tried importing it using the copyclip command to a blank drawing but it doesn't convert to scale. When I've tried using the scale command it doesn't scale properly.

This pulls up all 8000 plus photos rather than just the file folder in which I am working. Is there a way to get these tiffs to show in previous import photos?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI wish to report a bug that has been present in x4 and x5 regardless of SP or updates installed. Due to this bug I use X3 as it was the last version that worked for me.
The bug is that several menu buttons on the Edit screen will not display correctly, it is as if the icon is corrupted. This happens with the free trial version as well as with a registered version with updates installed.

The usual import menue has the options for importing on the right hand side. My system is now showing an import dialouge box and the import dialouge on the right is greyed out. How do I get back to the standard import screen.

Every time I try to convert my drawing in paperspace to a PDF, the objects in the model space do not show up. However everything on paperspace appears. The layers are not set to do not plot.
I have 2 drafters that are working on AutoCAD Map 2002 programs with Windows 7 64 Bit operating systems. When I started back in August I noticed something absolutely bizarre. I have not come across this before so I am now escalating it to you experts.
What is happening is that the drafter will be working on a DWG. They will save multiple times. Even exit the drawing and come back to it the next day. While in the drawing (on the server OR on their computer, doesn't matter) the drawings will occassionally lock up and get the blue wheel. Then it will simply shut down.
Here is the strange part. The drawing file is deleted from the folder. All save points and everything. Just gone. Sometimes a random save file will be created in the same folder. This has saved us a couple times. But more often than not it is simply gone.
I am trying to convince my VP that we need to upgrade our AutoCAD licenses on these 2 machines.
How I can make the revision cloud in Autocad 2002. Does it have the function? In which meny is it? What is the short command?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI cannot save my previous files created on a student version to an upgraded 2014 version. I tried changing the save as path in the options menu, but no luck. I am able to open the file in the upgraded version but it states that it will open as a student version. Also I cannot copy and paste anything from the student version to the upgraded one. Not sure why.

I pay for seriously expecting Corel staff members to not just read in here but to fix Corel programs' problems I report.But they do nothing.
Using Extension 1, I am importing an RGB Uncompressed clip with 8 channels of audio with 7&8 a stereo pair. Only the first 6 come in correctly, the 7th channel has no audio and is not marked as a stereo channel. The 8th channel is not shown at all.
I tested the same clip in Flame 2012 and all 8 channels import correctly.
I have tried the alt/ctrl/shift to no avail. LR4 will display them correctly as will Windows Live Photo Gallery. I've deleted from catalog and re-imported with same result. Using the "update thumbnail" tool does not work. Some times it will display item as an MP3 file that shipped with PE11. The mp4 files were created with Cyberlink PD10.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a PhotoShop Elements with >12,000 images. I have keywords assigned and some are rated.
My computer has gone from WinXP to Win7. I have also had several different hard drive upgrades.
I currently have C:, D:, E: as available hard drives and F: and G: as Optical drives.
When I import, it has the correct number of photos, but thinks that everything is on F:. I believe that the E: drive used to be a different volume number previously.
I can manually refind every folder, but that will be very time consuming as I have around 100 folders.
Is there some way to say "Use E: instead of F:"
How to make an iLogic routine run from a completely different document than the one it's in? I have tried everything from remotely changing properties to even editing a sketch in the model to try an trigger a routine. Nothing works. I have set triggers to fire when the part opens but opening the documents with code doesn't fire those triggers. It’s very frustrating to have to open each part in an assembly manually just to get all the routines to run.
Note I'm using 2012.
I have never seen this one before while running a lisp routine: error in dialog file "Y:LispSteel|stl.dc", line 1: warning: redefining object. Symbol:"stl"
stl is a lisp routine we use written in autolisp to insert structural steel members defined by dim files. We have never had a problem with this lisp routine even with the acad 2010 32bit windows XP machines.

- I have included the stl.dcl file it is having trouble with.
