In the samples of the multileader in the help box, the frames around the text are circular. When I insert a multileader, it has a square frame and I cannot find where to change that.
View 3 RepliesI'm using multileader overall scale to define ml. types for different drawing scales. For example ml. style 1_10 uses overall scale 10 and 1_20 uses overall scale 20.
When i select the ml. and change its style from 1_10 to 1_20 it also changes the overall scale to 20 which is ok.
Thing is that if i want to change it back from 1_20 to 1_10 (or something else) it only changes the dimstyle and not the overall scale(text height).
I have several multileaders and they appear reversed and also print that way.
So I tried to modify the `standard` text style (which they use) to be 'backward' and changed the font from truetype to shx. I see no change in the existing multileaders.

The leader is justified to the left of the text. If I drag the position of the leader head to the right hand side of the text, the leader still starts from the left hand side of the text (goes at the bottom of the text) so how would I justify the leader position of a multileader to the right hand side of the text?
I had a quick look in the properties pane earlier although am fairly busy and it is only a trivial issue.
Is it possible to change the default size of the block circle of the multileader and also the text size and style? If so how do I do it?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI am building frame using frame generator. Well, firstly I build a sketch and then afterwards from that sketch I already make frame itself.
What I want to do iis when I am changing length of some frame memebers in a sketch, I want frame members to be changed as well.
For example:
From here you see that everything is ok. Frame members are according to the sketch.
But when I am changing the sketch, frame stais as it is on the first picture without any changes. Previously it was changing, but then something happened and it doesn't change anymore.
For me it seems that reference skeleton of a frame is not referenced to the sketch of the frame .ipt.

I've made a number of frame generated assemblies with standard ISO 30X30X3 L-beams. Now they wanna change it to another dimension still standard just 40X40X4 instead.
I'm pretty new to this but shouldn't I be able to do this for an assemble in one go with frame generator?
I'm slowly getting there with iLogic, so I'm really just looking for the function / call to change one part from Frame Generator, to another part from Frame Generator.

In older versions of Autocad when you created a viewport and locked it, the frame around the viewport would change color so that you knew if it was locked or unlocked.
Is there a setvar or something that needs to be set so that when you lock a viewport it's frame color will change???

I'm trying to update company title blocks, I have had success loading in the raster image and plotting a few.
Although everynow and then the image frame prints.
So I have checked,
IMAGEFRAME > is 2
FRAME > is 2
Can you think or know of any other varibles I might need to change in order to plot the raster without the frame?
I have several frames built by Frame Generator in project.
Than one frame has been diminished much while design so I use just several frame links just like parts without skeleton.
Those frame links I have renamed since I have several copies and I would like to have unique name. Now when I start the assembly consisting those links Inventor naturally inquires about missing files.
I show to renamed one and everything works ok except when I start the file again it asks again nevertheless file has been saved. Inventor still remember this frame link names as it used to be in browser and does not accept replacement.

I wish I must not rebuild those parts from scratch again. Therefore I have two questions
Is it possible to save this frame part as normal part (save as does not do it) ?
Is there some other way to get rid of Frame Generator status of some part built by Frame Gen?

Parts generated with the FG can be changed with the 'Change' option within the Frame Generator menu in the Design -tab on the ribbon.
However, when I change the size of the profile thru this menu all properties will be changed according to the settings of the table in the Content Center, except the Description property.
The Description column in the table is configured with the size of the profile and is mapped to 'project.description'.

I am new to the Photoshop animation feature (in C.S. 5.5)., and I am having a problem. When I edit the layers in the second frame, the same changes occur in the first frame. If I add additional frames, they all change whenever I edit one of them. As a result, all of the frames are the same, which makes for a rather uneventful animation.
I have tried unchecking the "propagate frame 1" box, but that has no effect. What am I doing wrong? How can I limit the changes to the selected frame only?
So every time I try to change my layer replace like this (200ms) (replace) in the name field, it makes no difference when i open the image up like in chrome or anything. I also change it when I export it to default value to use for all frames, and nothing comes out of it.

I now need to prepare this Quicktime render for digital projection in a movie theater -- the file I need to give my client has to be 24 FPS progressive.
I'd like to try and convert my Quicktime and audio without going back to the project itself, as this is a complex project and would take a really long time to re-render at 24 FPS.
Best method to convert my 23.976 Quicktime movie? Are there specialty plug-ins I should look into?

View 1 Replies View RelatedThis is an annoying issue within photoshop. I am working on an animation for a video and when I try to change the position of a charater on a new frame it also changes the positioning on all of the frames previous of it.
I am making a walk cylcle and I want the character to walk from one end of the screen to the nextl but, when I make a new frame, move him to the opposite end of the screen on a NEW FRAME it changes the previous frames position to match the current one I am on.
I want to change the colour of a picture frame (black) around the outside of an image and I am trying to use a (blue) from a 2nd image to do so. The 2nd image is an edited version of the !st image saved under a different name. PSPRo X .This is my work flow :-
1 Open 2nd image
2 Click the dropper tool on the 2nd image-the foreground colour in the met palette changes to that colour(blue)
3 Click on foreground colour box
4 Click on background colour box-wanted colour shows-OK.
5 Select flood fill tool
Then the foreground colour changes to white. Not doing step 4 ends up with white too.
Then I'll open it to change the set frame of the layers to "automatic" but it goes back to "do not dispose" How can I stop this from happening? I already reset my settings on photoshop.

Or else know the sizes of the different picture frames provided by choosing the different page layouts. That way I can either change the picture frame dimensions to accomodate each photo or change the image size to fit in the offered picture frame. I find that using the software as is winds up cropping the images in unwanted ways. Modifying the picture frame would be my preferred alternative.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI come across this problem from time to time and generally either just ignore it, if the detail is destined for in house manufacture, or alter it in autocad if it's destined for exterior suppliers.
Our guard frames are manufactured from extruded aluminum section (made by a company called palletti) I have when needed created a new frame generator frame member for each new x-section that we wish to use. I then draw a 2d sketch for the base frame skeleton and then a 3d sketch for all the frame work above. This I then use in an assembly to create the framework. This framework assembly then goes into a second assembly where the framework is then adorned with all the accoutrements that make up a guard frame that we can then order as an assembled frame, panels feet, hinges et al.
When placing the views for the detailing of the second assembly sometimes the view will show the wrong length for one or some of the frame members.
;note how the left and right views are different and how some of the frame members are elongated on the lh view.
I'm guessing its because of the home grown frame members but all seems to work well other wise and this only happens infrequently.

what/where is the pref to change the color of wire frame of a selected object- I'm trying to use the unwrap uvw and the fragile, winsome pale blue of a seam doesn't show up against the peak white of the wireframe.
(I must say my whole experience of 3dsmax has been awful because I can almost never clearly see what I am doing, as the whole interface color scheme is horribly designed)
here's a pic - spot the seam - this is in hidden line mode as you can/cant see, the pale blue line of the seam is blown out by the wireframe.
I have been unable to change the frame delay rate using Photoshop Elements 9 on Mac when trying to create animated gifs. Does it work on later editions of Elements?
