Then I'll open it to change the set frame of the layers to "automatic" but it goes back to "do not dispose" How can I stop this from happening? I already reset my settings on photoshop.

View 5 Replies View RelatedIn Photoshop CS6, I have Shape Layer B clipped (ctrl alt G) by Shape Layer A. SL-B has a color fill different from SL-A, and has 50% opacity. Is there a way to automatically make every new Shape Layer drawn to have the same transparency and fill color as SH-B, and should also be clipped by SH-A?
When I select SL-A and then draw a new shape layer, it copies the fill color of SL-A and is clipped automatically. When I select SL-B and then draw a new shape layere, the new layer copies SL-B's fill color, but not the transparency, and it is also not clipped.
I am trying to add a frame to some pictures, but when trying to apply a frame from the content section, the frame goes on top of any picture...and not directly on to the picture.

Let's say I have two pictures. Each picture has a photography in the background and some text in the foreground. I now want to maximize the parts of the picture that aren't blocked by text. The two pictures don't have the same size and additionally, the aspect ratio of both photographies is slightly off. So to align both pictures (e.g. in two layers on top of each other), one of the images would need to be not only rescaled but also stretched (or clinched respectively). Is there a way to do this automatically? The operation itself would be extremely simple:
1. create two "anchor points" (with mandatory diagonal distance to each other) on both images which depict the same part of the picture each
2. run the automatic operation. It justs alignes the anchor points by re-scaling one of the images - nothing more.
when i open a new document and create a a custom document, CorelDraw automatich chage the format. When i create a document with 21x29,7cm (A4) Corel Make a document of 210x297cm. at the beginning of using Corel i have no problemen with it.

View 2 Replies View Relatedi was doing a frame by frame animation. i already have over 100 drawn out and everything was going fine till i don't know what i did. so here is my current state .the frame still look the same, if i select a frame it shows the currect layer configuration on the canvas, but the layer pallette shows all my my layers as visible. selecting other frames does not change the layer palette even though the frame changes.also, i cannot edit any of the layers. i don't get any errors but nothing happens. if i start a new layer i can't draw on it either. this is cs5 on mac.

For example, if I correct a vignette with no sturctural sliders touched, then save the setting, the image appears in my editing window signifcantly altered with altered barrel configurations. So, I have to redo and compensate or just forget about it. This is not a problem with an image I want to correct--architectural, for instance. But, who wants to start fixing issues that the software is creating? I would like to disable this but have not found a setting yet.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI have A windows 64 Ultimate system, PSE 10, with the latest updates. I have a core I7 procesor and 12GB of ram. I'm using a Nikon D800 with a 24-70 lens and a full spherical pannoramic setup, to eliminate paralax. Prior to this setup, I was using a D7000 with a 17-55 2.8 and a standard panning tripod and dropping it into the notch for vertical pannoramic stitching.
Prior to the gear upgrades, I was not having problems stitching pannoramas together. I just exported them through lightroom (as an 8bit PSD file) or from a folder and used auto mode. I exported the end result as a high rest TIFF. Now I'm getting an error message that says, could not merge images/some images. I even reduced the number of photographs, to three, and I still couldn't get it to work. I generally take photos 20-40% overlapped (as recommended) to assist the software in stitching. I've had partial success with the interactive mode, but I've still have some ghosting present. I don't understand how my success rate has gone from 100% to only partial, yet my gear and technique has improved. I'm wondering if PSE has problems with the large file sizes of the D800. That's the only thing I can think of that's changed in my workflow. Am I hitting some inherent software limiations that a full vesion of photoshop does not have? A friend of mine has a copy of the raw files and has successfully stitched them together with a full version of photoshop cs5 (all done with a less capable system).
How do I stop automatic rotation on the main screen in PE11? I tend to drag my thumb on the mouse pad of my Mac, which unwittingly causes the image I'm editing to rotate.

I have managed to get the drawing to update both the scale of the views I need and the size of the sheet with the change in parameter using the following rule:

The parameter is incorrect. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070057 (E_INVALIDARG))
I have read elsewhere that this is due to me having prompted entries for the scale and drawn by fields, however when i use the function designed for prompted entries: ActiveSheet.SetTitleBlock("Other Title Block", "promptedEntry1", "promptedEntry2")
It fills in the prompted entry fields from the code and if i change these entries in the "edit field" option they are overwritten when it is updated.
Is there a way have the prompted entries when you open the drawing fill in the "promptedEntry1" field in the rule so that I can use the rule? Or am I going about it the wrong way?
I should point out i'm new to iLogic and no-one in my workplace can use it so each person changing the "promptedEntry1" field to the scale they wish isn't a wise move.
I am new to the Photoshop animation feature (in C.S. 5.5)., and I am having a problem. When I edit the layers in the second frame, the same changes occur in the first frame. If I add additional frames, they all change whenever I edit one of them. As a result, all of the frames are the same, which makes for a rather uneventful animation.
I have tried unchecking the "propagate frame 1" box, but that has no effect. What am I doing wrong? How can I limit the changes to the selected frame only?
Organizer starts searching for missing files. files that i have deleted, and the programme just keep on forever searching for those already deleted files. When i try to turn off that function, the organizer just stops. Running the program on Imac 2010.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am just starting to learn C# and .NET and I am trying to write a simple program to gather all the layers from a drawing in a directory, save them to a list, and use that list to change those layers to the appropriate layers. The way I want it to iterate is open the first drawing, gather the layers, ask the user which layer they want to change the original layer to, and when they select the new layer, it associates that old layer with the new layer so that in the future it won't prompt the user, it will just change it to that layer. Then it changes the layers and goes to the next drawing.
I wrote something very simple in LISP, but I need to make it more advanced and try to add in more features. Specifically I would like to be able to do everything in the background, without actually opening the drawings so I can avoid any user prompts or dialogue boxes.
I am at a complete loss at where to start though. There are so many members in the different namespaces for Autocad. Right now I am looking through acdbmgd.dll and acmgd.dll to try and find something useful, but I have no idea where to even start.
My guess would be to first define a method that gathers the layers from the drawing and saves them to an array. For example i would have multiple arrays for the different layers to which I want to convert the old layers, string [] 0layer, string [] walllayer that contains all of the layers to be changed to layer 0 and wall layer. Then I would compare the layers in the drawing to those arrays, if they are not present in any of the arrays, the program would prompt the user and ask which layers they want to change the existing layer to and add it to the appropriate drawing. Then all of the layers in those arrays would be changed to the different new layers.
At the very least, I am going to start making the different arrays to be filled. That much I can do. I'm just having trouble actually getting the data from the drawings.
All of my image layers have randomly converted to smart object layers and I can no longer resize them in the ps document. Why would it do this and how can I undo it?

This is an annoying issue within photoshop. I am working on an animation for a video and when I try to change the position of a charater on a new frame it also changes the positioning on all of the frames previous of it.
I am making a walk cylcle and I want the character to walk from one end of the screen to the nextl but, when I make a new frame, move him to the opposite end of the screen on a NEW FRAME it changes the previous frames position to match the current one I am on.
