 Every important 3d software from Maya , Lightwave  Houdini, Modo... you name it. The lucky users  don't have to pay 400 bucks to have a non-native plugin !  Max is as expensive and older than Maya or any other 3d App.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI recently needed to reinstall windows xp. I have saved everything I needed to reinstall all my software. My photoshop CS2 is the only problem I've had. Since it was an upgrade my installation pkge is looking for a previous version. I have the serial number, original reciept, confirmation number, case number and all other materials needed including a challeng code given to me 2 years ago when I upgraded. After 3 hours and being kicked from Customer Service to Tech support over and over with a hold time of 15 minutes in between each one I was finally fed up. Each person tried the same thing. Ctrl/Shift/Dbl Click which does not work. They agree my serial number is correct, they can see my purchase from the order number on my original reciept, but not one could give me a straight answer. They all kept asking the same questions over and over but none made sense. Honestly I don't think there was a language issue either. The last one actually said I should upgrade to CS4..... how could I upgrade that if I can't even upgrade to CS2 on my computer. I have totally lost respect for the Adobe system of support. I have 3 Adobe programs and I am waiting for the day I need support on those. If anyone has any suggestions for me I'd love to hear them. They would not give me any help other than to say I must have a previous version loaded before I can load an upgrade.....NO kidding! But even though I paid and they see I paid for an upgrade in the past....they cannot come to the conclusion that the previous version would no longer be loaded on my computer.....I've upgraded...the previous one is gone. My only hope is to get ahold of a previous cracked version so I can run my paid program through with the previous installed..... that risks my computer getting malicious files on it...which is why I did the clean install in the first place......

View 3 Replies View RelatedI just spent thousands of dollars on a new cintiq 22hd touch and now people are telling me that touch zoom and rotate are not supported in photoshop when running it with a windows platform (only works with MACS)???!!! are you serious???!!! I just tested this out and its TRUE!!! You can pan with touch but not zoom or rotate. The zoom and rotate functions work in all my other programs BUT NOT PHOTOSHOP. I even have the latest version of photoshop (CC), latest patch and all and nope! no multitouch support!Â

I dont know who im more pissed with WACOM or ADOBE.  Wacom's touch advertising was supposed to be their selling point! if you cant even use it with the most popular graphics program...err what's the point?And Adobe should have provided support like what...AGES AGO...the touch tablets and cintiqs have been out for almost a year now!Â

1.) I found a post that says that iLogic doesn't support wildcards. Are there any workarounds for this? For example, say I want a rule to suppress all hex bolts regardless of size in an assembly. Assuming all hex bolts will have the term "HEX BOLT" in the name, can such a rule be made?
2.) I was wondering if iLogic can access assembly (browser) folders to manipulate all files under it. For example, I have an assembly folder named "Hardware". Can iLogic access that folder by name?
3.) When an equation driven parameter gets pushed between files via an iLogic rule only the value is pushed instead of the equasion. For example, an IAM and IPT has the parameter with equation "PlaneElevation=Height/2". With iLogic this value is to be pushed from the IAM to IPT but if I change the IAM equation to "Height/4" then the IPT's "PlaneElevation" value loses the equation and is replaced with only the numerical value. What I'd like is the IPT's parameter to also read "Height/4".

View 8 Replies View Relatedi am new to LR with LR4 upgraded to LR4.1. I can import images from my hard drive photo folders but LR won't let me reorder them. I get the message "The currently selected source does not support custom order". Why is this? I find it strange that such a sophisticated product as LR doesn't allow the user to move images around within a folder, especially when it can be done easily in Bridge.

I believe a dwg I am trying to access is affected by the acad.vlx virus as an alert comes up to check autodesk for solution (ID: TS13717811) however the published solution doesn't seem to work for the latest version of AutoCAD LT 2012Â as it asks me to access a file in the support folder which doesn't exist on my system.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI put  a new material in the material editor. However long later, I save the max file and when I come back to it, the material editor does not have the material I previously created in there.
The get it back I have to 'eyedrop' the mesh to retrieve it.I've not seen this before in any version, and I use the compact material editor.

Is this another bug with this version, or is this a strange new feature added?
When I click on search, my computer opens the notepad application and the error message says "the filename, directory name, or volume lable syntax is incorrect." I cant go to the videos or the wiki directly from revit either. None of the resources on the right side of the screen are accessible. I do have the educator version of the software.  I have tried to reinstall from the application, but have not uninstalled and reinstalled completely.Â

I've tried to run it from Start->(..)->Inventor and any possible location but nothing worked. I've also tried solution with deleting C:ProgramDataAutodeskADLMCascadeInfo.cas file but this doesn't worked either. Autodesk DWG True View, ReCap and others work correctly. I use student version of Inventor 2014. It has been working previously 6 or 7 times. Same issue was with Inventor 2013 after 3 months no using.

View 6 Replies View RelatedHave just installed Revit 2014. Material editor will not open with icon (Manage>materials) or Type Props>Edit Assembly>Material. Additionanl Setings>Material Assests is greyed out. I have gone back to a project where I know the Asset Library is loaded as well as trying in one of the new sample files. Additionaly means I cant add or change any layers in Edit Assembly.

attached is a file with 2 blocks called Drain and Drain X each have the same visibility states I want to replace Drain with Drain X to purge out Drain from my file.
When I try to open the material browser in Revit 2014, the screen opens. But suddenly Revit in totally doesn't work and it says 'Does not respond'When i try to close the material browser the whole program closes and my work is lost unsaved.

I had just edited the appearance for that material, pointed it to a new bitmap, then added the appearance & material to the library. Then purged it all from the document.
Restarting Inventor results in the material being downloaded from the library correctly.

it is a lot of time that I noted that if I convert a RAW file from my Canon camera in TIFF and then I post elaborate it with GIMP, I obtain a file without EXIF. No problem whan I convert the RAW file in jpeg.

I used to paste parts all the time while the constraints tool was open which made for a good work flow when I had to insert a lot of the same part. I just updated to SP1 and whenever I paste a part the constraint tool closes now.
How to use the ability to paste parts while constraining?
I updated my computer to windows 7 32 bit and need the file:Â AdskHwCertificationDatabase.xml - version 17.1.0.4 so that I can find out the correct driver for my OS and my quadrofx 1700 graphics card. Autodesk doesn't support 2008 Architecture and the on;y file I can find is buried in a torrent file with a pirated copy of 2008 and I DO NOT wish to download that.
View 3 Replies View RelatedImmediately after installation of PS CS6 the application correctly detected my grafics adapter AMD HD7750 and in the PS GPU settings the grafic processing unit support was activated. Now this option is deactivated and cannot be activated any more. PS6 states that using this feature is not supported by the standard edition, what is surprising as I had installed the same edition on my notebook (with a AMD radeon HD7400M) and there it works fine, and initially it had worked on my PC, too.
On my PC the last action I can remember was to attach a second monitor to the DVI port of the onboard grafics card Intel HD4600. (my system has as well an Intel card onboard and an AMD Sapphire PCIe grafics card)The windows primary desktop is assigned to the first monitor which is connected via DVI with the AMD HD7750 card.Would you recommend to uninstall and reinstall PS CS6 on the PC or is another easier solution for this problem available ?
Recently we upgraded from CS to CS3 but for the life of me, I can't find any COM assemblies (Interop DLLs) to use in CS3 for automating Photoshop.
Anyone knows if this is removed? Or is it included in certain versions of CS3 like the extended one?
I need this to be able to compile one of our tools from CS to CS3.
I can't find anything about .dng support in the Help Files. Or is it only supported in the Pro version?
