Softimage :: 2012 SAP Symmetry Map - Object Doesn't Support This Property Or Method
Nov 23, 2011having a problem mirroring weights: when i try to apply or create a symmetry map i get this error message:

Photoshop :: Why Doesn't Customer Support Understand?
Aug 8, 2009I recently needed to reinstall windows xp. I have saved everything I needed to reinstall all my software. My photoshop CS2 is the only problem I've had. Since it was an upgrade my installation pkge is looking for a previous version. I have the serial number, original reciept, confirmation number, case number and all other materials needed including a challeng code given to me 2 years ago when I upgraded. After 3 hours and being kicked from Customer Service to Tech support over and over with a hold time of 15 minutes in between each one I was finally fed up. Each person tried the same thing. Ctrl/Shift/Dbl Click which does not work. They agree my serial number is correct, they can see my purchase from the order number on my original reciept, but not one could give me a straight answer. They all kept asking the same questions over and over but none made sense. Honestly I don't think there was a language issue either. The last one actually said I should upgrade to CS4..... how could I upgrade that if I can't even upgrade to CS2 on my computer. I have totally lost respect for the Adobe system of support. I have 3 Adobe programs and I am waiting for the day I need support on those. If anyone has any suggestions for me I'd love to hear them. They would not give me any help other than to say I must have a previous version loaded before I can load an upgrade.....NO kidding! But even though I paid and they see I paid for an upgrade in the past....they cannot come to the conclusion that the previous version would no longer be loaded on my computer.....I've upgraded...the previous one is gone. My only hope is to get ahold of a previous cracked version so I can run my paid program through with the previous installed..... that risks my computer getting malicious files on it...which is why I did the clean install in the first place......

Nov 22, 2013I just spent thousands of dollars on a new cintiq 22hd touch and now people are telling me that touch zoom and rotate are not supported in photoshop when running it with a windows platform (only works with MACS)???!!! are you serious???!!! I just tested this out and its TRUE!!! You can pan with touch but not zoom or rotate. The zoom and rotate functions work in all my other programs BUT NOT PHOTOSHOP. I even have the latest version of photoshop (CC), latest patch and all and nope! no multitouch support!Â

I dont know who im more pissed with WACOM or ADOBE.  Wacom's touch advertising was supposed to be their selling point! if you cant even use it with the most popular graphics program...err what's the point?And Adobe should have provided support like what...AGES AGO...the touch tablets and cintiqs have been out for almost a year now!Â

AutoCAD Inventor :: ILogic Doesn't Support Wildcards

1.) I found a post that says that iLogic doesn't support wildcards. Are there any workarounds for this? For example, say I want a rule to suppress all hex bolts regardless of size in an assembly. Assuming all hex bolts will have the term "HEX BOLT" in the name, can such a rule be made?
2.) I was wondering if iLogic can access assembly (browser) folders to manipulate all files under it. For example, I have an assembly folder named "Hardware". Can iLogic access that folder by name?
3.) When an equation driven parameter gets pushed between files via an iLogic rule only the value is pushed instead of the equasion. For example, an IAM and IPT has the parameter with equation "PlaneElevation=Height/2". With iLogic this value is to be pushed from the IAM to IPT but if I change the IAM equation to "Height/4" then the IPT's "PlaneElevation" value loses the equation and is replaced with only the numerical value. What I'd like is the IPT's parameter to also read "Height/4".
Lightroom :: Currently Selected Source Doesn't Support Custom Order
Aug 30, 2012i am new to LR with LR4 upgraded to LR4.1. I can import images from my hard drive photo folders but LR won't let me reorder them. I get the message "The currently selected source does not support custom order". Why is this? I find it strange that such a sophisticated product as LR doesn't allow the user to move images around within a folder, especially when it can be done easily in Bridge.

Everyone should be able to find subtle differences, yes, The AlignmentPoint property of the left DBText is placed in the middle, and the base point is placed in the lower left corner In contrast, the basis points and the AlignmentPoint of the right DBText are coincident.
How to control AlignmentPoint Property of a DBText Object? I just want to creat a Dbtext just like the left one.
I have tried to directly modify AlignmentPoint property, use the the follow
   objText.AlignmentPoint = new Point3d(0.83333333333, 1.25, 0);
But AutoCAD will be throw a Exception that message is eNotApplicable, and the AlignmentPoint won't change as my want.

Jul 14, 2013I am having some trouble with a file in Illustrator CS6. Within a layer, when I add a fill to an object, the fill doesn't block out the object paths beneath. For instance, say I have a square object overlapping a circle object in Layer 1. The square object is above the circle in the layer. When I add a fill to the square, the circle stroke still shows through the square even though the overlapped part should be blocked out by the fill. The square is set to normal visibility, and I have made sure that there are no duplicate paths that would account for what I am seeing. (I.e., it's not a case where there's a second identical circle path that is on top of the square, so that it remains visible in spite of the fill.)

Other details:
- I'm mainly working with a white fill, but the problem is the same with fills of any color
- When there's a fill color in the circle path as well, the circle's fill color *is* blocked out—just not its stroke.
- I have restarted Illustrator and restarted my computer and these have not changed anything.
- There are other layers within the same document where the normal layering rules work.
- I tried copy/pasting some of the problem objects into a new document, and in the new document, the fill works properly.
- If I move the problem objects to another layer, then the fill works as it should. But as I'm dealing with a number of paths, it doesn't make sense to create a layer for each to solve the problem.

AutoCAD Architecture :: Create Property Definition That Will Display The Elevation Of Space Object
Dec 18, 2012I am trying to create a property definition that will display the elevation of a space object. I looked through the automatic properties and did not find anything that looked like the elevation.
I have tried the following but was unable to achieve any success.

That formula does work if i swap elevation with say height, width,length or any of the properties found in the automatic property list that are a single word. I know the elevation is there I just don't know how to access it.

I have been able to extract the property value, using the "GetProperty" and the associated "GetValue" method, this method works when I know exactly what property name I am looking for. What do you do when you don't know the property name?

AutoCad :: Object Enabler Doesn't Work
Nov 13, 2013We have AutoCAD 2014 and 2012 currently in our office. We have a civil file that works perfectly fine with 2014 (we usually save all files down to 2010 so all our consultants can use them). When we open it in 2012 the object enabler does not seem to work only showing empty boxes with AceeLand90 text in the lower left hand corner. The civil object enabler on 2012 is up to date and the drawing was saved down to 2010. Not sure what I am missing and why it doesn't wort to have the Acee Entities shown in 2012.

Feb 23, 2009I used CorelDraw X4 to Open several 48 page PDFs (File, Open, open the PDF.) The PDFs consist of 6 images per page in a grid - no text, nothing fancy. Everything works great, except that in the CDR files that were originally created by openening the PDFs if I drag one of the original photos or any object that I've drawn in CorelDraw on one of the pages to the desktop, it doesn't move to the desktop layer as I'm used to but instead stays on the page layer for the individual page it was dragged from and thus is only visible when the original page is up even though it's outside the page area unless I manually change its layer (I ususually use the desktop as a quick way to move objects between pages faster than using the clipboard.)
This is probably something silly, a setting that I've never used -- how to make it so any object dragged off the page to the desktop area is moved from Page 1 Layer 1 for example to the Desktop Layer so it's visible to all pages, and can then be dragged form the Desktop to Page 2 Layer 1 for example.
AutoCAD 2013 :: Object Enabler Doesn't Not Work?

I saved and run the Civil OE 64Bit. All the items shown have been selected and installed.
I can only see squares when I open a drawings that comes from the civil engineers.
