I am loading images from a digital SLR Camera, into photoshop. They are massive images, high resolution, but when I load them in, they are opened at 72ppi. I have been shrinking the dimensions down for printing and would usually increase the resolution (for printing). No matter what I do though, I cannot recreate the clarity that I get when I use my cheap Epson photo software that goes with my printer. I need to edit my pics
How do I convert the colour profile of a Lightroom custom printing package from Adobe Prophoto to sRGB before printing? For that matter, how do I save the thing? I have no interest in saving the template, or the collection separately, since neither has any use without the other. And without saving them as one finished item, I have no way to convert the colour profile of that item. I can see clearly from the appearance of the print preview that the above mentioned colour profile conversion is required.
I have photos taken with my D80 which I would like to print at 5x7.
I am using adobe photoshop CS6 and I am fairly new to it.
What I am doing is, I select Croping tool and insert 5 and 7 at top and crop the image. But, the problem is after doing cropping this way when I check Image size menu I get the size as 12.093 and 8.64
So, whats wrong am I doing?
I have attached two images clearly showing how I am doing this on my photoshop.
I am trying to resize a photo for printing to a 8x10 as it still crops off the top and bottom when printing. I took this with my D3100. How can I do this? I have tried printing several times.
I've airbrushed a picture with an actual airbrush and since got rid of it now I only have the photo left I've taken it in to ps a couple of times to try and brighten it up to print onto paper but it just keeps coming out too dark?

I am wanting to create a book, for home printing, to cataloge the life of my new dog. It could therefore eventually contain a large number of pages and I will need to add pages as time goes by.
But I would also want to print pages as they are designed and add them to the binder on a regular basis. Problem is that I have been completely unable to find any option for printing selected pages.
The programme only seems to be capable of printing the whole project, which means that if I have 50 pages all of them will be printed once I hit the Print button. I have searched all of the print options, page set up otions etc. but cannot find anything that allows me to print, say, pages 25-30.
I created a photo card in Photoshop Elements 11. When I try and print the card it prints on 3 seperate pages, the front of the card, the inside top of the card and the inside bottom of the card. How do I get it to print the inside of the card on one page? I am using the Mac version
I shoot with a Nikon D70s, just started. I burned a CD and went to my local store to get them printed on 4x6 format. I put my CD in the computer and on the screen it shows that all my photos will be sliced from top and bottom.
The clerk said it was because of the format of digital cameras. My question is, is there a way to fix that with photoshop so I don't loose part of the top and bottom of my pics? Do you guys have the same trouble with your digital images?
I have a family reunion photo from 1925 that I'd like to print and distribute with all of the 20 or so individuals tagged names visable. If this is possible, I'd distribute one clean photo and one photo with names. Can I make this happen with Elements 11?
Doesn't Photoshop Elements 11 support a photo tray option or is it just the main tray on your printer? My printer has a photo tray that I always used in previous Elements versions. Elements 11 doesn't show a photo tray option in printing, what gives???
Is there a way to print .pdn, jpg. bmp...etc direct from Paint.Net without having XP's photo printing wizard "working"?I would like to print my image with the original size.
I'm having a problem printing out a black and white photo. This is the first time I'm tring to print from PSP 3. When the photo is printed out, instead of looking like what I did in PSP 3, it looks like it was imbossed and black pencil. I have done a search and played around with PSP 3 with no luck..Even reinstalled PSP 3. If I go to the photo file, both the saved and the original, and print it directly, they comes out near perfect, except for a purple tint in both. You do not see the purple tint in the photo when in PSP 3 or the saved file untill it is priinted out.

So I tried creating a new document where I set the size in centimetres, but when it comes to print how come I cant seem to get the option to print that size.
I am printing some drawings with points over an aerial photo. I want the points to print bold but when I increase the lineweight of the layer, they don't print any heavier. They are just AutoCad points and I have pdmode set to 3. What can I do to make these points print bold?
I've been printing out a lot of black and white photos on photopaper on a HP Photosmart 7510e.
The printouts are very dark so I've had to boost the brightness levelsin GIMP prior to printing. The problem is that this takes extra timeand I also don't want to save these levels in the XCF file. I would say that (going by the Gamma Display Filter) the printouts are around40% of the brightness they ought to be.
I have a problem with the color management of my corel Photo Paint X4.I create Flyer in CMYK and the color management is set as you can see in the attachment. On screen all colors are correct, but when i print something the colors look like it ignores the color management settings for the printer.

How do I change the default font that is used for printing "Photo Info" in the Print Module? The only option I can find is the Font Size option, but what determines the default font that Lightroom uses to print the photo info?
As far as I can tell there is no way to change the "Photo Info" color to something other than black, is this correct?
i have an image that is 28' wide by 60' high. i have to tile print it, but i have to print it out on film (see thru acetate). it has to be able to print at 1400 dpi. i know how to print at 1400 dpi on adobe photoshop, but i dont know how to tile print on that program. i have the image now in illusrtator, because it lets me tile, but i cant get it to print out for film (1400 dpi). im using a epson 1280 printer.

When trying to place an image into a new document in photoshop elements 12, I select all-copy-paste the image (or even drag it) over to the new doc created. However, when I do this - the image does not paste in at the same size. It typically shrinks down in size. Do I have to save the file, close out and then open the new doc and PLACE it in the document in order for it to keep size? There must be a better way to do this. Basically, how can I drag a photo that is 4x6 over to a new doc while keeping the size at 4x6.
I am trying to open a photo in camera raw and the image always has a lot of red and blue in the picture? What can I do to avoid this. When I first started learning photoshop this did not happen?
