How do I change the default font that is used for printing "Photo Info" in the Print Module? The only option I can find is the Font Size option, but what determines the default font that Lightroom uses to print the photo info?
As far as I can tell there is no way to change the "Photo Info" color to something other than black, is this correct?
Is there a way to change the font color when using Custom Text in the print module?

In Lightroom 4 there used to be an info overlay that stated the current printer and paper size that was selected for that printer. I can't seem to find or display that information now in Lightroom 5. I have tried using the "I" key but to no avail.

View 4 Replies View RelatedAs I review photos clicking on their thumbnails in the book module's film strip on the bottom of the screen I can't seem to find a way to have (1) the name of the photo file displayed and (2) the name of folder where the photo file resides.
In Bridge one has the option to have up to 4 lines of customer-selected information displayed below each thumbnail.
Is there a way do do something similar in Lightroom 4.1 ? How can I view the file name and the name of the folder where it resides as I select the image in the film strip ?

How do I get a print to go to the edges of the page, and how do I fill in the area outside the margins with black. I would prefer not to have to go into PS to put the image on a black background, if possible.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI am trying to print a 16" x 20" photo through Lightroom's print module. I am using an Epson 3880 printer and 17" x 22" paper. I have done this in Lightroom 4 with no problems. Now I am getting a print that is 16-3/8" x 20-1/2". I have the cell size set at 16" x 20" and borderless printing is turned off. I also checked zoomed to fill. This has also happened on a couple of 12" x 18" photos.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI am using Lightroom 4.4 on a Mac, OSX version 10.8.4. This problem started about two weeks ago. I am in the Library or Develop module with a photo selected (photos are NEFs, JPEGS, or TIFFs) When I move to the Print module, the photo switches on the main screen as well as in the filestrip below at the bottom. Reselecting the photo in the filestrip in the print module still does not print the correct image. Even with the correct image selected in the Print module, whatever photo is at the beginning of the strip is the one that prints regardless of what the Print module is showing. I am able to get around this by using filters so that only the image I want to print is available for print, but this is less than optimal.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a set of Lightroom Print templates that I am trying to use, that are all for a 4x6 print. I can't get it to work because my page setup in the print module defaults to letter size. When I go in and change the page setup, it messes up the template and it gets all jumbled. Then when I go on to the next template, it switches back to letter size again. I want to create and hold a 4x6 canvas so these templates can either be saved to a 4x6 .jpg or printed on 4x6 paper. I know I can save a printer and page layout as part of a template by clicking the "update settings" once I have it all as i want it, but I can't even get that far because it messes up the template as soon as I change the page settings to 4x6. How do I get the canvas to 4x6 on templates that are already created so I can save them as a 4x6 .jpg or print to 4x6 paper?
I even just installed a printer that only prints 4x6 to see, but again, when I change the page layout it completely messes up the template.
Does Lightroom show bearing info in the map module if it was recorded by a GPS and electronic compass sensor? Some GPS devices, like the Solmeta Geotagger Pro 2 records heading/bearing information to the EXIF data as well as geographic coordinates. Can lightroom display this like a slice of the map highlighted from the position of the image, in the direction the picture was taken with the proper viewing angle calculated from the focal length. I guess it would look like a pizza slice seen from above.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI wanted to create an A4 borderless print in my canon mg6150 from within the print module. I can do a borderless print using the canon easyprint.
I go into page setup and the properties of my printer and set the page layout to borderless and click OK.
However, I am unable to set the margins to zero. When I go back into my page setup and check the page layout, it has reverted to normal so it has ignored my setting.
All was working OK and the printer is showing ink cartridges almost full In the Library Module the print review is fine.
Switch to Print Module and the print review is now blank (100% white)

I cannot seem to reset the print template screen while in the " Print " module. It has adopted the smallest pic size with three times the normal border. I wish to reset to full screen in print module

When selecting Slideshow tab or impromptu slideshow and or try to print Sys info under help notice appears to say that Lighjtroom has stopped working and will close.When I revert to Lightroom 4 I have no problem with these features.I am using Windows 7 prof on PC and Windows 7 Home edition on Laptop with the same results on both. View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm on MAC OS 10.7.4, I'm using CS6 and I want to change the substitution font. But I don't want to do it manually to each line of text.. I have 2000 single page pdf files that use gotham font and I need to change 1 word. I do have gotham font by on my computer it's called gotham-htf. Same thing really.. but illustrator changes all the layout to myriad, and breaks it into 300 mini lines of text per file. I don't want to manually rechange everything 2000 times.
There's gotta be a way to set the default substitution font no?
I open an older document from an unknown source. A warning pops up that I have no substitute for the font, which is Helvetica90ms-RKSJ-H. I go to the "change font" window but am unable to substitute this font for the one on my system, which is Adobe Helvetica. If I try change the character style options default, it defaults right back to Helvetica90ms-RKSJ-H. If I manually change each bit of text (there are dozens in each document, and 200 documents), then copy/paste the fonts into a new document, the new document becomes corrupted and I can no longer choose the font on my system (Adobe Helvetica).
I have even tried an interim method of copy/pasting, by copying to the Windows notepad. That should lose any and all formatting. But when I copy it back to the Illustrator document, it becomes corrupted with Helvetica90ms-RKSJ-H.
