Photoshop :: Make Work Path That Has All Lines Of Triangle Instead Of Just Outside?
Apr 27, 2013Is there a way to make a work path that has all the lines of the triangle instead of just the outside?
When i use the quick selection or magic wand i can only A) Get the outside shape and inside triangle, or B) Get all but one of the shapes. The triangle is made up of 3 L looking shapes. I want to make a path, put it into Cinema4D , and then be able to color it so i can THEN, put it into an After Effects video.

Nov 21, 2012while tracing a plan on Autocad 2010, by accident I clicked on something, or performed some unknown commands. My lines, that were smooth just seconds before, suddenly became really pixelated, as if made of many small segments. And when rendering the plan on pdf, it is still the same, and the lines are really thick. I have checked, the line thickness is on default (0.25mm), but compared to renderings I've done before, this time the drawing has really awful lines.

I've copied and pasted each item individually into a new file and then saved to eliminate what the problem is. What i've found is any lines drawn/used are causing the error. How do I fix this?

Dec 12, 2013I am having problems with lines disappearing in a sketch randomly. I am in a small assembly, going in and out of sketches used for machining, and then the sketch lines and dimensions will all be gone when I enter a sketch. If I hover over the sketch in the browser I can see the lines highlighted, but when I remove my mouse the will disappear. I cannot interact with the lines or dimensions at all. If I draw a new line, it immediately disappears. I have tried changing some things in the view tab and settings but haven't had any luck.

Sep 23, 2011I have a 4" pipe tee that was imported to IV from a neutral format ( I don't remember which one. ) In the end view, there are always extra lines showing extending from the branch of the tee.
I can hide the lines, but that then hides the edge lines of a plate welded to the tee branch. Files are attached

Once it happens on one drawing it effects all open drawings and the only thing I have been able to do to get rid of it is to close out all drawings and restart AutoCAD. Nov 8, 2012We are using a file created by another company and making additions to it for Interiors. While working in this file we have added some new layers and have begun to hatch new walls. While hatching some of these wall my boss received a message saying that the file had errors. He saved and closed the file at that point. When he re-opened the file a number of lines were missing from the file.
They appear to be completely random - i.e. parts of chairs are missing but not the whole chair, parts of walls but not whole walls. The things missing were not all on the same layer and were not necessarily items that had been hatched.
Note - we are running 2012 and the files were created in 2007

AutoCAD Civil 3D :: Error Adding Breakline Message When Editing Surface With Feature Lines
Jul 11, 2012I am working on a 6 mile highway project whose surface file is 85MB big. So, I created a Data Shortcut of this surface and used this for creating profiles. However, at some locations the corridors go below the surface(as per their original profile) which was not intended. So, I need to restrict the surface to follow the corridors but not go beyond it.
I have created feature lines from corridors and tried to add them as breaklines to the surface. But " error adding breakline" error pops up.
Is it because I am trying to add the breaklines to the mirror surface which I created from Data Shortcut ??
Will it be useful if I copy feature lines to original surface file and add these feature lines as breaklines in that file??

Jun 16, 2008I'm running Photoshop Elements 5.0. Everything was working fine til this mornin. I've had the program for about a year now. When I tried to open it this morning I got this error message that popped up.
It says:
Unable to continue because of a hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable.
I've tried repairing the program. That didn't work. Restarted my computer. That didn't work. Uninstalled the program and tried opening it again. That didn't work. I'm at a loss! I really need to get into my program b/c my work is there. I tried opening some of my files (they are located in my Pictures folder) and they pop up with the same message.

Sep 9, 2013I keep running into a situation where I would like to be able to create an edge or a work axis at the intersection of a work plane and the surface of the part. I figured out a work around if the surface is flat, but I haven't figured out a work around for a curved surface.
How do I create work axis where work plane intersects curved surface?
Or put another way: How do I project intersection of work plane and curved surface onto the work plane in a 2D sketch?
I need to be able to draw a 2D sketch on the work plane, but get a perfectly matching projected line onto the work plane, from the curved surface, at the intersection of the curved surface and the work plane.

AutoCad :: Annotative Blocks Work In MEP But Don't Work In Vanilla
Sep 29, 2011All of my block updates work just fine when I use them in MEP 12, but we have a couple of drafters working in vanilla AutoCAD & for some reason the same commands/ blocks/ settings (same exact file even) that work in MEP do not work in regular ACAD.
Now they do "work" - the commands/ block insertion - but the annotative adjustment (i.e. 1/4" to 1/8" to etc) do not work until I select the block and add the desired scale to its annotative object scale list - why is this necessary? it isn't in MEP? The blocks work/ act properly annotatively once inserted and adjusted as mentioned above, but again, why? Why? Why is this necessary? All of the scale are in the block file as it resides in my block folder...?

Feb 25, 2009When I use the quick selection tool (or when I use content-aware scaling) I get an error message saying "could not complete your request because of a program error." I am working with NEF files, 4 GB of RAM, fast machine with plenty of scratch space, Radeon X1950 crossfire graphics card. With small .jpg files, the problem doesn't occur.
