Photoshop :: Initially Shows All Actions But Then Will Show Only Through Part Of CS
Oct 31, 2012When I open Photoshop all my actions are there. But after using the program for a minute or two and then clicking the icon in the top right for ALL my actions, I find that I now have only one-panel of actions in alphabetical order and it only goes through part of the Cs. Closing the program brings it back to normal, but again, after a few minutes use, most of the actions are again inaccessible.

Nov 8, 2013When I open a picture in photoshop, the window is not big enough to show it all. When I drag it to my retina monitor on my laptop, it scales down. Why can't adobe figure this stuff out? It used to be that your image would open as large as possible on your monitor, and would show the entire image.
If it was larger than your monitor could display, it would scale it to 66.7% or 25% etc so it would fit. I liked that better than this way - now you just see the top corner of your image and have to drag the window larger to see it.

Jun 23, 2012I made a complex sketch, and want to extrude.When i want to select the whole sketch, i position the mouse on the upper left of the screen and drag down and right, but no window is created.
And i cannot add segments to the selection, even with pressing SHIFT, because immediately after the first is selected, it is extruded.you see on the picture i attached that some segments (in red) are connected. how can i connect all the sketch together, so when i will select it everything is selected.

Apr 2, 2012When I try to create a table from line tags, I can do it if I select them each individually. But I cannot accomplish selecting the line tags by "windowing", as it will ask me if I want to turn ALL line labels into tags first, which I do not wish to do.
For a curve table, windowing works very well.
Is there a trick to selecting your line tags by window?

Aug 21, 2012Is there a way to select all the layers in the Layers Window? is: I've got a GIF animation that's comprised of 590 individual layers, and to work on specific layers, It'd be convenient to be able to hide all the layers other than the layer I'm working on - maybe with a dialog under Layers>>Stack>>Select all Layers>>Hide, or an "eye" checkbox at the top or bottom of the Layers window that would select all layers, thereby allowing me to "unhide" the selected layer by checking the "eye" ,(show), checkbox of the relevant layer.
Currently, the only way I know of to work on a specific layer within such a stack is to move the layer to the top of the stack so it becomes the visible layer, perform the work, then return the layer to its original location.

Jun 18, 2012I am running AutoCAD 2009 and am trying to print a layered PDF. I am not sure how to do it. BUT I downloaded AutoCAD 2013 and it can do the job just fine (under the Output tab). Which AutoCAD version did layered PDFs debut? Is there a way to do it in AutoCAD 2009?

On pre-07 versions I've used, I could change the style of all dimensions in a drawing by selecting all entities (or using window selection) and then selecting the new dimension style from the combo box, regardless of what layers or entities were selected. Any dimension within that selection gets changed to the new style selected. In 2012, if I select any entity that isn't a dimension, no dimensions styles appear in the combo box, and so this method doesn't work.
Is there some new setting preventing this from working?

I am a part time user of this wonderful program and only recently moved to 2010 and yet I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. I have Googled and looked in my texts and still am having difficulty (also attempted to search FAQ on this site but the link malfunctioned).

While in the new sketch if I select " Project Geometry " I am only able to select one line at a time. quite tedious for some of my larger projects.

However, I'm trying to get it that when I select a coloured pixel that all the other pixels of that colour are highlighted.
The magic wand seems to be the sort of tool I need but it highlights all colours/pixels that are similar; I want all pixels that have the exact RGB as the pixel selected.
