I can remove the icon from each photo thumbnail individually, but I'm looking for a way to remove these empty audio captions en mass.

Jan 9, 2014Today I purchased Photoshop Elements 12, went through the installation process, and it should be ready to begin editing. However, whenever I attempt to open Photoshop, nothing happens. My OS is Windows 7; I click the icon onmy taskbar, and the cursor shows that it is loading, the icon is highlighted, but then the loading symbol stops and the icon highlight disappears. When I attempt to open a file using PSE, the loading banner appears, but shortly thereafter, I receive an alert saying "Photoshop Elements 12 Editorhas stopped working" and under it, it says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" and the only available option it "Close program." I had this exact issue with PSE 7, and figured that purchasing an updated version might fix this problem. Evidently, I was mistaken. This is a very serious issue, as I am a graphic designer (creating logos, posters, programs, etc) and use Photoshop for this purpose. I have been using Elements for years, but only recently has this problem arisen. This is, of course, infuriating, as I have paid $70 for a program that doesn't even work.

Then for most of the images when I add a tag the album icon is gone and is replaced by a beige tag icon. But for some of the images, when I add the tag I get separate green album and blue tag icons. May 2, 2013when i open photoshop elements 11 my thumbnails are displayed but then they quickly turn into an hourglass and then disappear and turn into a torn/ripped/broken page/photo icon.. i have tried refreshing, updating thumbnail, repairing cache, erasing cache, unistalling and reinstalling.. even tried too import same folder of photos on tw different computers and had the same problem. also, i can see the humbnails in windows explorer so i know the files are not corrupt or damaged.

Sep 8, 2012What is the proper way to change the color of a social media icon like this one. I have no trouble making a selection, but I'm embarassed to say that I don't know what to do after that. I've tried adjusting the hue/saturation, but important detail is lost, and (for example) if I was trying to make the image #ff0000 red, it wouldn't really be true in color with a hue/saturation adjustment. I know this image is not the best quality, but something tells me that I need to make and selection, then create a new layer.. but as a newbie I'm stumped. Oh, that is - a newbie still using Elements 8.

This is is Sceneview & I take it that Quick in Elements 7 is similar.
There are no such icons in Elements 11 and all atempts to get photos places these at end and then these have to be moved.
