I was working with Elements 7 and have switched to the new Elements 11.
I used to be able to minimize my images and have them on my workspace side-by-side. I liked the convenience of dragging and dropping as well as seeing things right beside each other.
I can't figure out how to do it with PSE11.
I'm unable to reposition an image within the work space area (drag from title frame and re-position) unless I refresh the work space.
Without a refresh, the image is locked in place.
This is in the CS3 Windows environment and has been confirmed on two separate systems. Anyone have a solution other than refreshing/selecting a different work space?
I have several images in my project bin, then use the Arrange icon to divide the workspace into "2 up."
There are now two images side by side.
Over the left one are several tabs, although not one for every image (they don't all fit).
Over the right one is a single tab, with the name of the open image.
How do I change which image is shown on the right?
I can change the left one by selecting the left image then double-clicking on the image I want in the project bin.If I try the same on the right, the image I double-click on goes into the left side of the window.I can't pick from tabs, because there aren't any (other than the currently open one) over the right window.
I am using PSE10 with Windows 7. I've looked at the on-line documentation and tutorials, and they don't go into details about controlling the division of the windows.
My spot removal tool in Lightroom 5 does not appear to be working correctly. When using the tool, it does not show the second circle indicating where it is sampling from and, therefore, I cannot manually move to sample from another place. Do I need to reset something?

I am running PE 10.0 under Vista Home Premium.
PE runs fine, but once I exit it, I cannot restart it until I open Task Manager and manually kill the process "Photoshop Elements 10.0.exe".
I've had this issue with every recent version of PSE.I'm using 64 bit Windows 7.When I close the organizer, the "Elements 12 Organizer" process is left running.
This prevents PSE 12 restarting, without me manually killing the process from the task manager. I have created a shortcut to the organizer, as I know using the launcher has had issues in the past. I had a forum entry from December 2012 for the same problem with PSE11 which went away when I stopped auto-analyzer in the preferences. This seems to make no difference with PSE 12, which runs "ElementsAutoAnalyzer" anyway!
If I kill Auto-analyzer process it also makes no difference to PSE 12 Organizer restart.
Every time I open Elements 11 I have to arrange the workspace to my liking, that is with the image tiled. I have locked my preferred workspace in CS5, and earlier editions, but can't seem to find a way to lock Elements.

Can't drag or scroll the window down except for the lower rh corner. All updates are installed. Restart doesn't work. I also tryed to move it to another workspace. No support of that either.

I have 20/20 vision but the workspace is so small on this computer. I've tried changing the resolution on my screens and it's not changing photoshops screen at all. I'm not sure why it is a great size on my past computers and this updated computer it's not showing properly ? I can not use the program any longer with the changed sizing.
