Photoshop :: Can Artwork Made With CC Line And Box Tools Be Made Into Vector Image
Jan 15, 2013
I have created city/landscape artwork using photoshop line and box tools. If you go to URL... then click on the link that says (click here to view Gotham City) you will see one of the images I am talking about. Can this image be made to look the same in vector.
I have been using photoshop CS (an educational version) for well over 2 years with absolutely no issues. I have not changed anything at all and suddenly my program has started doing odd things. First it puts vertical lines throughout my entire projects but only after I have added a text layer and then moved/adjusted another layer. Now all of my tools have become an eraser tool............
I should be able to apply an effect to a line that has been made with the line tool. Why is this not working?I thought that maybe I might have disabled Effects somehow, but I can't think of anything.
I have a problem with importing AI files to CDx6. Everytime i do so, the curves split up. Like if i have a circle that i can fil in adobe and then open it in CD, it breaks it apart so i have to join curvs and what not. This is a huge problem when i import templates and such..
i have made a poster in photoshop. when i created it i selected A4 but when i print it i am loosing alot of the image all around the border especially at the bottom.
what should i do to make it print from corner to corner and everything that i had on the page?
I think that is it name were you can put the image in to the text, bevel and embos so the text looks like a water mark made up from the image. can this be done in elements 11
I am trying to make an image from using words- I have an image and I want to make it using just words.....so it's an image of an object but made with words (think of a photo mosaic, but with words.) I am not sure how to do this. I searched online, but all I was able to find were tutes on adding text to an image. What I want is the image to be made out of text.
I have created a slide show in Image Ready and it functions correctly. Except.....when I put it on my web page in either Photoshop or Dreamweaver it doesn't work.
How do I make an image, that is made up of objects, a single object so I can blend it.This is my image and I need to blend the whole thing into another object. How do I do that?
Ever wondered how to perfectly fill an outline with touching circles? I did -- after seeing the example image in Solving design effect - image made of perfectly arranged circles.
It took me a while to get the proper calculations, but -- Here It Is! A Javascript, written for Illustrator CS4 (it might work on other versions as well), that fills a selected outline with circles. Download zipped script from my site: [URL] ...., unpack if necessary, and put it in your Illustrator Scripts folder to make it available the next time you run Illy, or anywhere else (you have to browse for it each time).
Select any path -- but no live text; you have to convert it to outlines and select each character in turn. Then run the script.
It displays a simple dialog, where you can set a maximum and minimum circle size as a percentage of the selected object size. In addition, you can select either a plain basic color, or select any of your current Swatch Groups; in that case, each of the circles are filled with a random color from that group.
The script may take a while to run. Usually, only a couple of seconds for a simple rectangle, but it may run into minutes for objects with lots of curves and/or holes. I didn't have the guts to run it on a vectorized world map, to recreate Mario "Quasimondo" Klingemann's Foam World Map; but, in theory? Possible.
I need to crop image in autocad, path for croping is made of lines and arcs and one picture needs to be croped with circle. Is it possible to crop this way?
to making Gifs, but just took some black text, made bg transparent, changed resolution from 300 to 72. text is huge so have to make it smaller with bicubic resample. but then text looks very jagged and awful,
I make brushes for sale. I make versions vor CS2+ and I make larger brushes for CS6+.
I think I should probably make the brushes in CS6 to be good for CC and CS6, but thought I'd ask if it's possible to just make them in CC. Would save me having to keep CS6 on my computer.
I do quite a bit of Photoshop work but it is simple. I am trying to re-create the look of this image but struggling on it. I did some that were close but the look was off.
The black layer is added in, any tips on how it is done and what tools are used to go around the relief so well?
for some weird reason all of a sudden the adjustments I make to my images in ACR are not carrying over when I open them in CS5. I've cheked the Adobe website to make sure I have the latest versions of both ACR & CS5 & I do. Any thoughts on how I can correct this? Very frustrating to adjust 10 - 15 wedding images in ACR then they're right back to the original image when I open them in CS5.
When I save photoshop documents on my Mac they are unable to be opened on windows. This happens roughly 60% of the time. The only way I have learned to resolve this problem is to create a new photoshop document, copy all of the layers into this new document, and save it again. The Mac is new - about three weeks old. We save all of our files on an external harddrive backed up on the Mac. All of our computers run CS6.
I have a rather lenghty action that was made for me in photoshop cs2. we just upgraded to cs3. is there any way to import this action from cs2 into cs3? or does it have to be re-written?
