Photoshop :: Adobe UI Font Could Not Be Loaded
Apr 29, 2013I have been getting this error in a pop-up box every time I start Photoshop CS6 - I acknowledge the error (click OK) and startup completes with no further problems I have looked for solution on the web to no avail (I've chased a few red herrings reinstalling ADMxxx fonts with no success).I have just now removed (moved to a safe location) the "ADM" folder from the Photoshop plug-ins list and error goes away. I understand ADM is Adobe Dialog Manager but can I live without it or should I attempt to fix it?

I've looked around, and the only suggestion I've found is to unistall some fonts.

Photoshop :: Font Folio Cause Adobe To Lag

I added the adobe font folio recently and adobe freezes up constantly since I installed those fonts.. it will just stop responding for up to 30 secs. this also happened when I had a 4000 font library installed at a different time...
I assume this has something to do with font indexing and the large numbers of fonts clog it...

May 26, 2007I have the Adobe Font Folio (Open Type) but I don't know where to start. I do a lot of small ads and so I use a lot of small type.
Does anyone know which fonts in this pack are good for small type? Maybe something thick that will look better at a smaller font size.
I've tried going through the fonts by highlighting the font name in the box and using the arrow keys to rifle through them, but as you know, it highlights what's on the page, making it near to impossible to see how the font would actually look if it weren't highlighted.

A part of these pictures are readable but a large parts isn't.
I tried to read them with several programs (Photoshop, Paint shop pro, IrfanVieuw,...) but this doesn't change a thing.
All these pictures were taken on the same day with the same memory card.

clips that I have used successfully with VS11+, and film that I have taken with my camera which I have been using for years.It is not HD and I intended to burn a standard DVD.However, at 99% of rendering a message showed saying "Frame 329 is unreadable".I pressed ok.Nothing is showing in the folder that it was hopefully being saved to .Lwr field 1st-DVD PAL-7000 video data rate-384 audio data rate-save as mpeg files -----all properties I have used before with no problem.My only change is now to use 16.9 aspect ratio.

I receive an error stating,'' 914 frame is unreadable'', so if I divided 914 by 29.970 ,shouldn't that give me the second that I have to check for a frame error?

Oct 6, 2013I need to do some editing on captures made using Bandicam before uploading to YouTube, but Corel VideoStudio just refuses to open the video files, telling the format is not recognized. Only Windows Media Player can play them. Since I purchased this computer. With my Pentium D computer running Windows 7, I was able to capture videos with FRAPS and edit them with Corel VideoStudio. Now with that Core i7, even with a NVIDIA graphic card, FRAPS crashes all the times and BandiCam, which I tried as a replacement after the failure of many others (EzVid, Total Screen Recorder, Dxtory), produces unusable video files.
There is absolutely no good way to convert these videos. All Windows applications for this are just pain, offering a multitude of useless and nonsense options and just taking years to process a single video. There are some Linux conversion tools I had success with in the past, but the command line is so complex that it takes hours to figure out. It is easy to blame BandiCam and stop there. I did this error myself before thinking that VideoStudio should be able to open videos in MPEG format. VideoStudio was my only choice, because the other candidate, Premiere Elements, is unusable, with too small fonts impossible to enlarge.
BandiCam is the only way I found to record videos with audio. Other tools are just unusable (Total Screen Recorder even impossible to start), impose music I don't want (EzVid) or make the game freeze temporarily and audio stuter (Dxtory). FRAPS, which was working great under Windows 7, is unstable with Windows 8, making the screen flicker and finally freezing the game all the times. I am to the point of considering the purchase of HDMI input card and recording the screen output with another computer!
Any success with editing Bandicam videos using VideoStudio? Maybe this is yet another Windows 8 issue so I now need a second computer running Windows 7, or REINSTALL everyting again with Windows 7.

VideoStudio :: Can't Reload VSP Project - All AVI Clips Unreadable
Nov 5, 2010I have previously created a project using avi files and successfully burnt a dvd. Now when I reload the project all the AVI clips on the timeline are "unreadable" (black and white horizontal bands) yet they have not been moved from their original folder and all clips are visible on under "video" on the "edit" page. I have even tried relinking but to no avail. All the clips still play perfectly on Media player.

Dec 10, 2012When I try to print and select "center" the image does not center on the page. CS5 worked fine originally but after the last update it too seems to have this issue. From what I can observe it seems as if someone thought that showing the printable area on a page was useful and somehow that may have been worked into the calculation of what centered (on the long dimension of a print) is. Engineering aside, if you actually try to sell your work, your client / customer only sees that the image is not centered on the physical sheet. They don't care about the printable area. The only work around I have found is to uncheck "center" and key in 50% of the difference between the actual print size and the actual paper size as a margin. I don't want to scale prints. I need to print to specific dimensions.
For reference I am using a PC running Windows 7 and an Epson 4900 printer

Photoshop :: Adobe CS6 Freezes After Improve Adobe's Products Dialog
Jun 1, 2013I had Photoshop CS6 installed and working on my Mac using Adobe Creative Cloud. However now a dialog appears that says "Help Improve Adobe's Product". Regardless if I approve this dialog or not Adobe Photoshop starts up with every menu option grayed and I can do nothing. I have to force quit the application. At this point it is 100% unusable.
I've googled it and seen others with a similar issue but no solutions found. I have OSX 10.8.3.
Others with similar issues. URL....No real solution other than don't use Mac Keeper (which I do not) URL....

May 7, 2009Product: CS4 64 bit: Adobe Output Module-Adobe updater downloads 2 updates 75.9mb (Camera Raw 5.3). After download and permission to continue under user account control, I receive popup menu advising me that Installation Incomplete, close Adobe Bridge - 3 choices, which always fail. My Adobe CS4 and Bridge are not open. I tried this several times with the same result.I downloaded the zip file, saved, unzip, and still get the same notice - close Bridge.

Nov 27, 2013I'm sure this is mind-numbingly obvious and I am overlooking it, but when I go to use the rotate tool, the center point of the rotation is defaulting to the center of the artboard, not the selected group of objects. How do I change that to default to rotating on the selection center by default?
PS. This is Illustrator CC (17.0.2) on a Mac running 10.9, if that is relevant.

Aug 22, 2013I'm having some fits with the constrained orbit center. It seems to me that It used to always be in the center of the screen when I would use Shift and CMB. Now it seems to be stuck on the center of my assembly/part. I know that I can hit F4 and long select LMB to re-center but I have never had to do that before the last day or two. I have uninstalled all the Beta Add ins I had installed and I have even uninstalled and reinstalled Inventor Pro 2014.
Is there an option somewhere that puts the default Orbit Center to the center of the screen?

Photoshop :: Center Point Of Circle Different Than Center Point Of Polygon
Apr 5, 2013In Photoshop / Illustrator, when I create a polygon, and rotate it around it's center point it wobbles. When I scribe it inside of a perfect circle, and rotate it around the circle's center point it rotates smoothly. Basically proving that (at least according to these Adobe products) that the center point of a circle is different than the center point of a polygon scribed inside of it.

This is incorrect according to basic math. Is Adobe aware of this bug?
