My navigator window gets stuck on a previous image from time to time. Random moves like switching back to Library module or reloading / zooming the image doesn't seem to work either.

When you currently right-click the navigator it just uses the OSX system right-click. I have been needing to use the percentage 133.33 during a project and have to manually type it in each time. If you could mark custom percentages as a breakpoint it would allow me to jump to that breakpoint when using CMD - /CMD + .
Why I cannot see all my folders from my external disk on the navigator? When I go into import mode I see the missing folders BUT all the pics are greyed out meaning that they are part of the catalog already how do I get them in the Navigator library?

Details:Â Only appeared after the 4.4 update...Collapsing the panels and opening them again does not resolve the issue.
In Library mode, the Navigator does what I'm used to from previous versions of Lightroom -- it shows a preview of the currently selected photo. However, when I go into "Develop" mode, the Navigator chooses another photo from the collection I'm working on (always the same one, it seems) and shows that one. This is frustrating, because I like to use the Navigator in Develop mode to see previews of an edit I'm working on. It's also just nonsensical that it shows a different photo.

I've been running into an odd problem using the Animation window and Transforms. If I select an area then try to Transform it (using either Free Transform shortcut or the Move tool with "show transform controls" enabled), the canvas and navigator stop refreshing. I can still pan around the canvas and draw on selected layers, but those are the only operations that get the screen to refresh. Changing frames, turning on/off layers, and hitting Undo will still perform those actions but the results aren't displayed on screen until I pan the canvas.

If I have multiple files open, all of them are effected in this way. Quitting then restarting PS gets rid of the refreshing problem, but if I use the Transform tool in a file this problem has occurred in, the same thing happens.

This doesn't happen until I've been working on a file for a long time (at least an hour or so), regardless of file size as far as I've tested. The problem persists with and without OpenGL drawing enabled. I have an Nvidia GTX 560 with driver 306.97 installed.
I find the need to keep manually refreshing directory listings to be kind of retro. Would it be possible to add a preference to auto-refresh after each export. Its very disconcerting in this day and age to export a file and not see it listed without additional manual interaction.
Also I find it a bit odd that the GUI refers to File Sequence not Image sequence but i can live with that if I don't have to keep refreshing.
While reviewing pictures via the content pane, I right-click on a duplicate photo but it takes several minutes for the picture to delete from the hard drive. How do I refresh the content pane after deleting photo's from the hard drive?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have created a custom docker and I need to find a way to have the docker refresh when the document.save event is fired. The docker retrieves custom document properties saved within the file and displays the vales in the docker. I have it currently set to update when i switch between documents or when the document is closed, the docker is cleared of all the values. I still , to this day, can not figure out how to refresh automatically after I save a document.

While in the Dynamic Block Editor, there times you may zoom in and out.The Parameters & Actions icons & text might get really large.
Before Ribbons, there was a flag at the top of the Display which would reset the sizes.
can not find any way to reset the sizes so I can continue the editing.
The only way I've found to accomplish that is to exit from the Block Editor and re-enter it.
When hiding or showing a layer the main canvas is not refreshing.
If I hide the layer window then the canvas is refreshed.
So in order to hide a layer I click the eye icon, click in the canvas panel, hit Tab to refresh the canvas, and tab again to shop the layer window again.
I'm pretty sure this is not by design but I'm not sure whether there's a setting I've accidentally activated, or if it's a bug in Gimp or if it's a problem with the graphics set up on my machine (not having any other problems).
I'm using Gimp v 2.8.4 On fedora 17/Gnome 3
I've tried purging gimp from my system and reinstalling with out success!
When I replace elements with iLogic the Inventor Browser is not automatically refreshed.
E.g. I have a file A.ipt and I replace it with B.ipt then in the Brwoser will be shown: A.ipt:1, even when B is already inserted.
Is there some refresh, like "Update Browser nodes when done" ?

By the way. To Update the Browser manually, I have to rename the block nodes (From Filename to Filename). So it's only opening up the Renaming Function and then hitting "ok".
If there's no direct function to update the Browser, maybe there's a way to do the manually way by iLogic?

Any way to set a default zoom percentage value in the Photoshop CS6 Navigator panel?I normally zoom in and out using the CMD and + - keys, which give 12.5%, 16.67%, 25%, 33.33%, etc.I would like to set the value at the bottom left of the Navigator panel to 31.5%, then click and somewhere and save this as one of the default settings, so that it would replace,33.33% or come between that and 25%

A bit of a strange value I know, but I've found that this value gives me an image on the screen that is the same size as what I get out of the printer.bind having to type in 31.5 over and over again in the Navigator.
I work with Corel X6 and Beatstream Navigator on regular basis. During start and save Corel & Beatstream make changes inside Windows system font (In my case Sagoe UI) and compromise it's usage for Adobe Photoshop CS6.
It's crash core menus and banners inside PS6.
Problem go away if you uninstall Bitstream Font Navigator.
Is there any other newer type manager or any other solution to solve this problem?
I put corel draw x3 on a new  laptop with window 7 and the bitsteam font navigator will not work. Well actually it worked once, then when I went to add more fonts (find fonts) it just freezes up. I have uninstalled and re installed it and still have same problem. Never had this problem on windows xp.
View 2 Replies View RelatedDoes it make sense to use PN for a residential project. This house is in a location that requieres the living space to be 36" above the garage level. In addition the LR ceiling is 18' higher than the other rooms. How shouuld I set up the levels in the construct tab of PN. I am thinking that the garage is level 0, and the other rooms other than LR would be level 1 and the LR to be level2. Or is it that the whole house is one level with 3 divisions?
View 2 Replies View RelatedWhile working on any project in Photoshop CS4, and frequently while switching between images, the main image workspace (on the left) goes dark, while the "Navigator" stays the correct, brighter color. Has anyone else seen this? Does anyone know of a way to fix it? The only way I have been able to reset this is by closing and opening Photoshop. But, it gets quite annoying working over several hours and having to close all of the files and reopen them multiple times. I do have OpenGL enabled. I have attached a screenshot of an example. Notice the brightness of the image on the left vs in the navigator.

Not sure if I exlpained it clearly.this option enables you to slide the red square (in the nav box)..outside of the viewer.. normally it stops when it hits the border..
I like navigator and I like full screen with menu bar. Thing is, by palettes block the image on both sides. Anything that can be done?.

View 5 Replies View RelatedMy font navigator used to install the font automatically if I have it on the system but it wasn't installed. It has quit doing that. It tells me I'm missing the font then I have to manually go to the navigator and install it then open the file again. I've had this happen on multiple systems and versions of corel. I'm currently running X5 on Vista-64.
Just to clarify. When I open a file that I don't have the font installed for it will bring up a dialog box that says missing fonts. See screen shot below. The part that says install from Font Navigator is Grey and I can't select it no matter what. I have to take note of what fonts are missing then open font navigator, load them in and then re open the file. It worked fine a couple of weeks ago and then just quit.
is it possible to copy everything that is set up in the Project Navigator (Sheets, Views etc) and use it for a complete new Project?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI try to work with the 3D space navigator, but somehow I do something wrong (I guess) When I try to zoom it works fine until I'm really close at the drawing and then suddenly it zooms very fast and I loose the drawing from the screen. I then have to give the command Zoom all to find my drawing again.
Furthermore on a regular base Autocad shuts down when I "play"with de 3D connection. Can it be that this is an Cad problem or a space navigator problem?

Had file "weirdness" when users place "odd" characters in filenames?For example, I have several users that use the ampersand sign in the file name as in: FF&E HT.dwg.
I'm wondering if this causes an issue with the corresponding XML file since the ampersand is kind of a special character.
These users were able to open different versions of the "same" file at various points in its generation. One was the current version, another was several days old and the third version was a month or so old. Each time the file was opened (on the same day and time), the users did not get a warning stating the file was already opened and they both opened the file from Project Navigator.
We are currently running AutoCAD Architecture 2011.
