My cursor/cross-hair suddently changed from Green to Orange. I don't know what it does to my drawing. I did not play with the settings... How do I get it back to green?

In addition, I also noticed that I do not get a textbox next to my cursor while typing commands. I love to have this back. How do I get it back? This affects me a lot as I can no longer see my scale factor and alike...
I have copied some colour negatives using my digital camera. What is the best procedure for removing the orange base colour of the film prior to converting them to positives?
View 9 Replies View RelatedI uploaded some mono images from my Canon EOS5D(2) taken with an orange filter. Previous uploads have been fine. This time, after showing the mono images in the catalogue they all convert spontaneously to orange images of various shades - and the images also show colours. The camera setting was correct, on checking, for mono uploads and, in any case, never a problem before. What have I done wrongly - and is there any rescue? Lightroom is v2.7.

After making several adjustment layers, the layer merge is performed. However, it is observed that the colour changed after layer merging. It is confirmed with the histogram. This phenomenon also happens in layer flatten.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI moved from Windows to Mac. Today I imported a set of photos from my camera to my disk. After rendering all of my photos became B&W (LR4 changed color treatment of my RAW files). It surprised me a lot. I did it again and again. All my photos are B&W. I have to change color treatment in all of them. I would prefer my old importing scheme (photos are color after rendering). I did not use any preset and all oprions were as usual (only changed a name of photos).
I noticed that LR4 changed a few other options: decreased highlights by 100, increased shadow by 100, increased clarity by 50, changed tone curve to strong contrast, increase sharpening to 100, noise reduction to 40, and so on. Increadible! How can I came back to my way of importing?
I recently switched to coreldraw x5. is there a way to change default guidelines color. and this setting should remain forever.
one more thing i want the green processing filling, which is now present in the background tasks to be visible. ...just like in older versions how can i do it?

I have an image open in Photoshop, rulers visible on 2 sides. I pulled out the bottom right hand side (as I look at the screen) to have the image float in the background. Normally my background is grey, but suddenly it's turned to blue.
how this happened - what I unknowingly hit - but neither can I work out how to return to grey.
One of the most annoying and enduring features of VS - its been present in every version I have used from 11+ to X5 - is its ability to change a user selected text colour when entering titles, and be damned to the choice made by the user.
It happens when having entered the text of a title, one is trying to get a good readable contrast between the colour of the text and the background images it is displaying on. Selecting the text, a size and colour choice is exhibited in the edit panel. Selecting the colour 'square,' there are 3 choices presented - 32 simple ones on a palette or the choice of a much wider range using either Coral or windows colour pickers. Using either one of these latter pickers, selecting a colour and clicking OK inevitably gets a message panel that the colour has its been changed to something else. That sort of result is unsatisfactory, especially as it becomes a never ending circle.Corel may as well not offer the option for colour pickers at all as have the program do that.
This result has infected and frustrated every one of the hobby movie group I work with using VS as the editor. Screen colours are only pixels, and if a user makes a bad choice they can always change it. What options are available to to turn this sort of behaviour OFF??
I've attached a leaf image. We'd like to "Autumnize" the leaf even more and remove the green from the leaf. I've tried playing with the various options in the Color drop down (Color Balance, Hue Saturation, Colorize, Brightness-Contrast, Threshold, Levels, Curves), but I can't seem to do it.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm just started using inventor 2013 (from 2010) & the way colours/materials are applied has completely changed so I'm learning again from scratch.
Here's my issue: A customer has sent a casting to me in Parasolid format. When I open it, all the unmachined surface are blue & look a bit garish. However, the colours of the machined faces are ok & I wish to keep them.
So, I want to chage all the surfaces that are blue - I can use the picker & select all the blue faces seperately (by holding CTRL down & select each face one be one) but this is a pain & takes ages (there are over 200 faces)
I can see & edit the blue color in the manager but how do I tell Inventor to replace all - can it be done?

i started a v2 of my portfolio site. At the bottom of the page there is javascript to chnage the back gound 4 different colors which all look well with the page. Just a opinion on how it looks so far. I just ordered a new digital camera so once i get that i will have a few photographs with a hue of a darker orange to the left of the text that will be in the content box. As of now it lays blank.
