I'm not sure what i changed but when im trying to sketch a line usually the little cursor turns from yellow to green when it snaps to an edge or a center. but its not snapping, how to get my line snap back.
View 8 RepliesWhen I am trying to make any shapes on my computer...even just a closed triangle with the LINE TOOL...when I come back tot he starting point to close the triangle, the dot neer turns green. Not even if I am directly on top of it. Is there some setting that got changed accidentally, that is causing this?
It works on my computer at work, just not my laptop. Others I know have the same laptop and recieved the same install...and it works for them.
How do I get rid of the yellow dot behind the cursor in sketch mode?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a problem with a recently downloaded version of Inventor. When I start a new drawing all I get is a blank blue screen instead of one with a grid display. If I start a line I can see the cursor change to draw the line but a line does not appear. I don't know if it something with how I installed the program or just system settings.

-select object, done, enter,
-select two dots of the axis
in this phase, where I'm supposed to pick the points, snap turns off, or stops working. I turn it on and off, I uncheck all the options, check them again.
the perspective viewport suddenly turns to a red ground with yellow objects. when I zoom in/out, the graphics return to normal, but only momentarily. this is not occurring in the other viewports. is this a video card issue or should I redownload and reinstall the software? my video card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670.

Any way to shrink them to a rational size?
View 2 Replies View RelatedUsing 2011 with a PDF underlay. When the drawing is plotted as a PDF and the new PDF is opened, parts of the PDF portion of thew drawing are green. Changing the transparency, contrast, fade etc. of the underlay hasn't worked. I don't want to save the PDF underlay as an earlier PDF version because I'm snapping to parts of the underlay.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI have a basic problem but I can't seem to be able to get around it. I added an image to a sketch successfully but it cam with a yellow line around it (see attached) and I can't remove it. In the sketch properties I was able to change it's color to black to make less visible but it's still there.
Any clue as to how I can make it disappear ?
I have had Lightroom for a bout a month and use my QNAP NAS to store images. This has always been ok until today.Today the light next the QNAP directory in the 'folders' dropdown of LR4 shows yellow rather than green. If I set folder status to display it says it's online and I can access the images fine.
The problem is that I have a custom renaming preset which takes the folder name and makes it part of the file name. While the light is showing yellow it no longer picks up the folder name (but will remane the file according to other presets such as date). It's really odd because the black bar just above the filmstrip tells me the name of the folder correctly so I don't know why the rename won't show it. I know the preset works correctly because 1) I have always used it before on this NAS and 2) it works fine for files on my mac HDD (which shows a green light status).
All of a sudden when i create a circle on the origin it is not turning green and constraining the circle to it. Also when i am creating a line from the midpoint of another line the midpoint is not turning green and the line is not constrained to that point. I have checked the autoproject origin box in the appl settings and it is active.
View 8 Replies View RelatedPhotos filed in My Pictures sometimes get the bottom half degraded. They get an over all green or yellow cast which I cannot get rid of. The pics start off OK but later for no apparent reason this cast appears.
Could it be connected with images that are scanned in? The camera downloads do not seem to be affected but I might be wrong about that.
When I open a picture in PS CS5, it automatically turns into a yellow-like gradient. IDK. It's always like this... I tried looking for the problem in the layer style setting, but all of it are in set in "default"
View 4 Replies View RelatedIf my SNAP is turned OFF it automatically turns itself ON when i draw some linework. It keeps doing this in certain 2D only cad files. As a temporary fix i have tried to set my snap spacing to .0001 to keep the crosshairs running smoothly but they still appear excessively jumpy at about 1 unit. This only happens in plotable drawings that contain a certain 2D xref and the offending xref itself. If i unload all the xrefs the problem DISAPPEARS, although this doesn't let me draft any easier!
My OSNAP is working fine although it does reset itself when i have been using certain LISP routines.
FYI, if I open the same drawing on another users computer the SNAP stays off and the crosshairs run smooth.
When using the 'space generate' option when inserting a space, the tool automatically turns off 'object snap' and then of course it doesn't turn it back on at the end of the operation. I tend to need to switch back and forth from auto generate to polygonal insertion and having to reset object snap every time.
View 3 Replies View RelatedWhen I convert an RGB psd to CMYK color mode in photoshop everything works normally, but when I save as a TIF and open the file in any application other than Photoshop any white space in the image background is yellow.
I am running Photoshop CS4 on Mac OS 10.5.8.
I must not be the only one required to produce 2d dwg's for work.
I'm using INV 2009 and our vendor swears up and down in 2012 every thing is fixed, which somehow I doubt since they failed to fix the conversion from idw to dwg in the previous 12-13 releases.
Anyways, my problem today is that the dimiension lines I spent so much time making them meet our industry and company standards in my idw are all wrong in the dwg's I saved.

I recently installed Photoshop 7 on my PC and when I open the program the default color settings appear all yellow and green toned and not true RGB. I have tried messing with the settings but I cannot seem to solve the problem. It would be easier if I could show the screen shot of what I am talking about.
I work for a large fortune 500 company and the software is installed through a server which allocates the licenses. I dont know if there may be a bug in the program but maybe that has something to do with it.
The fresh install of LR 5.2 renders all images - RAW and JPG - throughout the program with a very dark, green-yellow colorcast. The only place where images appear normal is in the Import dialog, while the thumbnail mode is active. Apart from that, every program module features this annoying reproduction. Here are some supporting screenshots (red rectangles are from me):

Strangely enough, if I export the picture to JPEG - without any modifications - the image appears normal again:
LR version: 5.2.1, 64b (tried the 32b version too, same error)

Camera: Canon 40d, imported images are RAW.
My cursor/cross-hair suddently changed from Green to Orange. I don't know what it does to my drawing. I did not play with the settings... How do I get it back to green?

In addition, I also noticed that I do not get a textbox next to my cursor while typing commands. I love to have this back. How do I get it back? This affects me a lot as I can no longer see my scale factor and alike...
When I use a tool such as 'move'/'select base point' in the sketch environment, I used to be able to select line midpoints.
Is this no longer possible? My constraint options seem to be fine.
Recently upgraded to 2013
Suddenly when I use the clone, the plane turns green, and clone does not work. Never before. What??? What are all the grid colors and how are we supposed to know what they mean?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am very news to photoshop and I am using CS4 and have experienced a problem today that I have not encountered before.l When cropping a picture just a small green box with the normal red outline exists in Navigator howeverf if I click on Histroy the original pictgure will show back up on photoshop.
for the first three weeks I did not have a probloem with this issue, I am trying to get a fell for photoshop and then upgrade to the newest edition.
I'm running Autocad 2013 Civil 3d, when I open a particular drawing the cursor turns to a circular shape as if it is downloading something, but it is actually not loading anything. This circular cursor does not let you do anything with the drawing, you just have to keep hitting esc until it gives you a fatal error message that says "FATAL ERROR: Cannot write to undo file (probably disk full)" and it kicks you out of autcad. How to get rid of this ciruclar cursor?

As an LT user I am unable to do so.If you rotate the block thru the range you will notice that the green line changes its relationship to the dark line.I would like for it to remain 5-1/2" from the dark line. (Truth be told I would like for it to stretch to 7-1/4 and 9-1/4 as well but that's another day.)
