Some client asked to me to realize a web application that should be able to
- acquire dwg/dxf file via http upload
- display the content of a dwg file in a web browser
- detect and move / change some item (walls, windows, etc.)
I didn't find any javascript library, and the only thing that comes to my mind is to convert dwg/dxf into svg.
I have used it 1 time and now it will not appear on the screen. I have tried rmat, material brosweropen. I may have moved it off the screen, how to move it back?

View 6 Replies View RelatedIn ACA 2011 I have the project browser icon. This is easy to find and use in the 2011 quick access toolbar.
When I open the "Customize user interface" I find and select "Project Browser", then I see under the properties of the command I only see "Display" and "Advanced" nothing else is listed. This command is quite odd compared to other commands.
However, in ACA 2013 this icon is completely missing, I cannot find it in the quick access toolbar, when I search in the "Customize user interface" command list, I cannot find "Project Browser" in the search field of the command list.
How do I find the command for project browser so that I can drag it / steal it from another .cuix file?
Bonus Question: How do I stop the sheet set manager from always showing up? I use the sheets tab of the project navigator all the time.

What happens to older part materials that were created by customer when you upgrade (or downgrade as it has been for our company) from 2011 to 2013.
I opened the drawing and then from the drawing opened the model. In the drawing it is showing the 4th instance of ROUND CRS-032175 X 33 as an assembly. It also is not showing in the view and yet the visibility is checked. AI2012 SP2

The code fails at this point and I gett an error pointing to the line "Call oTargetNode.AddChild(oSourceNodeDef)". When I press F1 Inventor opens the help on my default browser (Chrome), but when I click the bynocular it uses Internet Explorer.
Is it possible to force Inventor to use a browser of my choice or the default browser?
An IPN file is showing multiple assembly files in it's browser even though I have confirmed there is only one of the assemblies in the IAM file.

I'm using PS CS5 extended 64 bit, on Windows 7.
In application data (docs/settings) there are Adobe file browser caches, I know you can delete these without any problems, but what are the files? and do they have any use's (can you use them for anything) and why arn't all the photos that go through PS in there, only some of them.

I'm here with 2013 SP2 64 bit Build 200 and two screens. Left screen is graphics area, Browser is on the left of right screen. Graphics is ATI Fire Pro V7800 with driver 9.3.3.3000.
In video (zipped MP4) you see a cutout of both screens, think of screens changing at the left of the browser.
Now, in many cases, after doing an operation, the browser is jumping back to the middle of my graphics in the left screen.

We do a lot of architectural work where we use the "wall" functions to draw our floorplans. I have noticed that the walls are disappearing on some files and not on others. Or we will only be able to see the outside line of the wall, but not the interior, which results in an undesirable appearance to the floorplans.
I have also run across these error messages when opening the files, I dont know if they are related or not:

and

a colleague has 2013 and when he opens a file e.g.. Rob's cottage.dwg it is listed/shown as Drawing 1 in ACAD and if he tries to save he needs to browse to the folder and select the file called Rob's cottage and overwrite.......is this a setting I can't recall?

I just downloaded AutoCad Architecture 2013 and I am having trouble importing DWG files. When I select the file nothing happens. I had AutoCad 2012 for Mac and it worked fine. I switched to 2013 for PC via Parallels on my iMac because I was told that the PC version was better than Mac.

1. Does the .arg file have the settings of the CUIX file? For example if I want to use a .arg file in another machine to use the same settings for both comps, will the setup be exactly the same?

I tried to do a copy of the existing CUIX to a NEW file for backup, but it did not copy the settings of the Quick Access Bar & other settings unless I do them individually. For example I modified the "Double Click Action" menu. But when I looked at the existing CUIX file it showed an older date when it was modified.

When opening a file, or attaching an external reference, the file dialog box does not always default to the last folder where a file was opened for attached from. It was defaulting to the folder at the top of the list on the left side of the dialog box until I deleted the cloud icon. But, there is still a problem with defaulting to the last path accessed.
