Apr 30, 2013uick response as I have to present this work tomorrow. I have been working with the "preview in browser" to view an animation which is a simple matrix of drag and drop. It works perfectly in the preview, but when I publish it either to .oam (bringing it into muse) or directly to html it loses all of its functionality. I am pretty new to this, but I have been using the same methodology for all my other animations and they work fine.

Apr 7, 2014I have a task to control sym timeline with a browser scrolled. If my animation "enclosed" and I use "overflow: scroll" it works - the Stage.scroll works. But I need to to have my animation not enclosed and with overflow:hidden, this means that my Stage don't have own scrolled bar and my browser scroller is not trigger this action.
I think that usage of JS API can solve my task - window.onScroll starts the calculation function and move results "inside" my animation as sym.stop(xx).

Oct 27, 2013I created a simple banner with a couple of basic animations. I never even touched any code. Only basic images are used, no triggers, no symbols.If I preview within Animate, everything works fine.
As soon as I hit ctrl+enter to preview in my browser, everything just stays blank. I checked in multiple browsers, all have the same result with no errors in console.Autoplay is turned on.

in the header but it doesn't work for me. the loader is loading on the left of the browser window (full screen width is 1920) while the stage is loading in the center of the browser window. My stage size is 800x600. I tried including that in the css above but that didn't work either.

Jun 13, 2012when I go into "Save for web and devices" the buttons where save, cancel, and preview should be are cut off. Expanding the page doesn't work either. I checked Adobe's resolution requirements and mine are up to par as far as I know. Escape takes me back to my window and enter/return will save it, but so far nothing to preview it. It's frustrating because I use the preview in browser feature often. I just switched to Mac from PC about a month ago and never had this problem on my Dell. I'm running CS.5 on the Lion OS.
Also, is there a way to create a new keyboard shortcut for this if one doesn't already exist? I tried exploring it for myself but I didn't see an option to create one for the preview in browser feature, or even how to make a new one.
Photoshop :: CS 5.1 - Save For Web Preview Isn't Accurate With Browser
Aug 13, 2013Using PS CS5.1, converting a large space image to sRGB for web use does not give accurate render in actual browser. This is a common problem, but usually there are a couple of simple user errors that lead to this, and it usually means a less saturated image. This, however, seems unlikely to be user error, as I've tested it with a freshly created, sRGB image, with simple gradient, outputting it with embedded profile (non-embedded gives identical results in browser), and it becomes overly saturated.
The interesting, and probably all telling thing, is that viewing the optimized web version with Monitor Color selected in the preview gives what my browser actually shows me. Likewise, soft proofing using my Monitor RGB gives the same image as my browser.
I'm on WinXP x64. Browser is Firefox, and I've tried all three color management settings with no change, and also same results with Chrome browser.
This grad is in the ProPhoto space, converted during save for web. Color is a good match, with a slight shift, not unexpectedly. Note, preview is with Internet Standard RGB.
Same grad, this time with the preview set to Monitor Color. There is quite a saturation increase. This is what my browser actually shows me. I do not have desaturate colors selected in my color settings.

What is the "high quality preview" doing to make it look so sharp? Does anyone know what settings the preview is using?
I want my actual images to look as sharp as the previews! It seems like a major teaser that the preview looks BETTER than the opened image.

Jun 13, 2011I need to make installation plans on climate ceilings, which are steel cassettes with Meandro tube element located where cold or hot water is flowing through.

Now it may occur that a cassette is given a code 700 which represents the type of cassette. If inside the cassette is placed a Meandro element its become a follow number eg 700-01.
It may also be that the same cassette No. 700 gets another Meandro element and because the cassette has not changed shape the number 700 remains the same but the follow number change e.g. 700-02.
At the moment I change the number in the browser,(inv2012) I therefore want automatically the iproperties ,partnumber and stock number, to fit. When I go to the BOM, the part- and stock numbers automatically will be placed.
The browser codes are not displayed in the BOM. So if I specify for change I only have to do so in the browser. I wanted to do so by iLogic but then ran into problems. I found a tutorial from Rob Cohee with ilogic so you won’t forget to fill in your iproperties.

I also wanted to do so with the iproprtie Stock number but get an error stating that I must declare the name. How must i declare a name.
Also i was told for entering the browse name in ilogic i had to use displayName, but I get a error stating that the name is Read Only.
So how can i, after i change the browse name, automatically fill in the iproperties ‘part number and/or stock number? Is there an ilogic code for?

I know how it's set by default, but someone has managed to fix their template so it only ever shows "A3 template" in this field. consequently, this problem now persists throughout hundreds of drawings.
