i'm working on a site that i'd like to automatically scale to fit the browser window, without any scrolling and while preserving its aspect ratio.
my client is very particular about the design & does not want the width & height of the images & text to change like they do in a responsive site- he just wants the site to scale to fit in a browser window.
I want to center an animate stage left and right in the browser window.

View 2 Replies View Relatedi created an animation for my index page of an already existing website. i tried to "publish settings" but app would not allow me to publish to my directory however it did allow me to "publish". when i uploaded the files to my server, only the splash image came up but the rest of the animation did not run. what am i doing wrong?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a task to control sym timeline with a browser scrolled. If my animation "enclosed" and I use "overflow: scroll" it works - the Stage.scroll works. But I need to to have my animation not enclosed and with overflow:hidden, this means that my Stage don't have own scrolled bar and my browser scroller is not trigger this action.
I think that usage of JS API can solve my task - window.onScroll starts the calculation function and move results "inside" my animation as sym.stop(xx).
The Elements window in Edge Animate seems to be unstable. When I right-click in the field to modify an asset, Edge often crashes with the resulting error message:
Edge Animate - Exception An error occurred. Please save your work and restart Edge Animate.
It happens quite frequently (~7/10 right-clicks)
I created a simple banner with a couple of basic animations. I never even touched any code. Only basic images are used, no triggers, no symbols.If I preview within Animate, everything works fine.
As soon as I hit ctrl+enter to preview in my browser, everything just stays blank. I checked in multiple browsers, all have the same result with no errors in console.Autoplay is turned on.

in the header but it doesn't work for me. the loader is loading on the left of the browser window (full screen width is 1920) while the stage is loading in the center of the browser window. My stage size is 800x600. I tried including that in the css above but that didn't work either.
I had a animation built in animate and i would preview from start to finish in web browser and now it doesnt play at all?
Im not sure what I did to break it. But I have old and new test files that work just fine.
uick response as I have to present this work tomorrow. I have been working with the "preview in browser" to view an animation which is a simple matrix of drag and drop. It works perfectly in the preview, but when I publish it either to .oam (bringing it into muse) or directly to html it loses all of its functionality. I am pretty new to this, but I have been using the same methodology for all my other animations and they work fine.

To provide some clarity, I have an image of a map with text labels and some boxes that I want to uniformly scale to simulate a pan and zoom effect. I can pan no problem, but am unable to get the content to zoom.
I have built a slider that includes three different links (one for each slide) that need to open in the parent window. When I apply the Action using Open URL and target the parent window they still open in a new window.
Is there a way to configure the window.open action to target the parent window when an Edge Animate object is placed into an index file?

View 18 Replies View RelatedI've dynamically placed a symbol on the stage at runtime. Per user input, I'd like to adjust the scale, position, etc. of this symbol (which is just a white sphere that bounces on using the animation in it's own timeline).
How do I address scale, position, opacity, etc. attributes of my symbol via the code, and where can I find a good, solid reference on syntax? I keep bouncing into jquery libraries, which I don't yet really understand how to implement. I'm missing that reference manual that defines all the functions we have at our disposal.
Every time I right click on an Object in Elements window Animate crashes on me.
Same thing happens, when i click on the "Open Actions" Button - "{ }"
I am able to accomplish nothing this way.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy Stage is set to 100% w/h. I'd like to center a div, and have it scale based on a percentage of the Stage's size. The div contains animated text and images.
I've seen some similar examples but the Stage always seems to be set to pixels.
Under some circumstances, whenever I open the color dialog (maybe others can't remember) for some reason I don't know Photoshop opens the Help Site in a browser... it does not just once, but maybe dozens of times.
This is an annoying bug that has existed for many Photoshop versions. Keyboard layout is Icelandic.
I was working on a project adding topography and trees when revit crashed. I saved a recovery file which i then opened and saved over the old file. what I hadn't noticed was the the defaut site view in the project browser had gone missing. how to recover this view / plan which shows the topography, origin point and survey points etc?

I just moved on to edge animate from html, and html was also beirf learn for me and mostly i was doing design work, and i thought getting out of graphic river and moving on the theme forest.
I want also all the five things to work on one aimate project.

I received a site plan for my house in an unknown scale. It is in 1'=100' scale printed on 24x36, but for some reason I cannot work with it in AutoCAD 2009. I'm trying to place my 1'=30' scale house on the site plan, but the house is ending up gigantic and not to scale. TutorCAD.dwg
