Just installed 2013 and customised my own hotkeys when found the delete button doesn't respond.
Even in Customise UI, I cannot get the "Delete" to appear in the Hotkey field to assign the correct action. I have had to assign "Home" (which on my keyboard is directly above the Delete button) just so I can have the ability to delete objects without having to resort to the Edit>Delete menu.
i have downloaded autocad on a new computer and i am amazed i can draw and dimension at the same time.
first of all how do you ENABLE and disable this option because the other autocad app that i have on another computer doesn't work like this and second, how come the delete button doesn't work and how to enable this option because right now i have to use other features such as Trim and it's slow.
Before when I selected objects and press "delete" button on the keyboard, it erased those objects.
Now CAD doesn't do that. How can I enable that again?
when I select objects to erase it will not delete if I use the delete button. erase works however I would like my delete button to function...it worked prior to my power failure... is there a setting
View 1 Replies View Relatedi have a problem with an animation in Edge Animate. I try to animate a button which spins 45° on mouse over and back on mouse out. So far no problem. Now i want the button to spin 90° when i click on it and let it stay on this position. I made it spin the 90° but it always spins back on mouse out because the event is still there. Is there any possibility to delet the mouse out event or pause it after clicking on the button. I already tried remove it but without any sucess.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI am growing increasinly frustrated. I just installed AutoCAD LT 2013 on my laptop. I managed to get everything customized the way I want, except the button icons on my (classic) toolbar are much too small. If I go into the menu and select 'use large icons', they are too huge. My screen resolution DOES NOT need to be changed or adjusted. I went to the help menu to see what I can do, and found that I can go into CUI and adjust the size of the button icons that way, via the button image editor, however there is no 'button image editor' dialog box when I select any given toolbar command.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a .psd file that was created by someone else for my friends web page. The psd file is the background, logo, and navigational bar for her home page. Each button is a "slice" I think because there are lines around each button on the left side navigational bar (not a true navigational bar just created by buttons) and around the head and body etc. (The lines are blue if that tells you anything - each section is numbered with a little tiny icon that looks a little like the back of an envelope.)
My question - we wanted to change the word on one of the buttons - I did that saved the psd file - no problem. Then I cropped out the button that we had changed. When I saved it to the web (as a jpg) the button looks like a button (a box around it - not a line a raised area that looks like a button.) The other buttons do NOT look like a button (even though the layers are named buttons.)
How can I change it so it looks flat (not button like) like all of the rest of the items on the navigational bar.
As default the Wacom pen top button acts as the right button. Is there a way to assign the right button to the bottom button?

Let's say I have downloaded 500 shots to PSE 12. I would like to go through them quickly and eliminate the ones I definitely do not want.How can I quickly tag them or whatever and then with one touch on the delete button delete them all at once?
View 3 Replies View RelatedWhen i try to delete a file from LR using the delete from disk option the file does not so up in my trash. I have deleted 200 bad files and the never showed up in the trash. I have been trying to clear up some disk space but the available disk still shows the same so I know they haven't been deleted. Am using Lion on a MacBook Pro 15 and am fully updated. Am I doing something wrong?

Until yesterday I was able to delete pictures, using the contextual menu or the delete key. I got the message asking me if I wanted to delete them from disk or from the catalog.
But now, that popup message doesn't appear. The picture is not removed, just nothing happens.
I checked the logs and this is the error message:
performCommandDesc could not perform command ag.library.expandAllStacks (Command was disabled.).
I uninstalled LR moving it to the trash. Then I deleted the com.adobe.Lightroom4.plist and I also removed the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom.
I rebbooted the machine and installed it again. But the issue is still there, with the same error message.
I verified the disk and checked file permissions.
I also tried to use another catalog from a backup.
Nothing, same error.
One anusual thing that I did before the error was to install the "HDRsoft Merge to 32-bit HDR Plug-in for Lightroom - Version 1.0"
I removed it but the error was still there. After the re-install I didnd't install that plug-in again so if it was the problem, it shouldn't be after the clean installation that I did again.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI usually download my DV tape from the Panasonic analog camcorder to my JVC DVD recorder. However, I wanted to try downloading from the cam to the PC. I connected the cam to the PC and started VS Pro X3. When I click on "source" I get the message: No video device driver installed or device is not connected. The device (cam) is connected and the 1394 port is wrong properly. Then the video driver is needed. Where do I get this from-do I need to reinstall VS?

Also, the "delete" touch on my keybord doesn't allow me to delete anything...(but I checked and the keyboard is not broken..
I recovered some 600 jpg files inadvertently erased from a flash card, but they all have the extension THM. Since THM is not recognized by PS CS3 nor by Bridge, I can't Batch Rename them to show jpg extensions. It will take me 2-3 hours to rename them one-by-one.

I have a Brother MFC-J835DW inkjet printer with an SD slot to read files to print. It will NOT read any JPG or PNG file created with Gimp 2.8.x. The thumbnails show up as a square with a "?" on it. I have 2.8.10 on a Win7 desktop and 2.8.4 on a Linux machine. My Win7 laptop has 2.6.11 and those files work fine. The win7 desktop had 2.6.11 before the (up?)grade and those files were fine too. The Linux machine had 2.6.x at one time and those files also worked fine.
When opening an CS6 Illustrator file, certain fonts are not recognized – any pointers? Font Book confirms the fonts are "installed" with no compat issues. Wondering why CS6 doesn't see/sniff out the fonts.

I launch LR, select my NAME.IRCAT catlog and get this message: " The Ligghtroom catalog named "Lightroom Catalog" cannot be opneded because it is not valid. Would you like to select a different catalog?"
I wonder if need to upgrade to some lower version befor moving to 4.1. I have not upgraded in many years, actually I never upgraded since I first purchased LR. I finally purchased a new PC and upgraded my OS, and consequently decided to upgrade all my most important SW.
Shooting with a Canon 5dMarkii. Windows 7; Photoshop CS3. When I try to open RAW (CR2) files, I get a message that the file type can't be recognized. I've not had this problem before. My "updates" says that everything is current.

Try this:Select "Rectangular Marquee" tool, using the tool panel.Move cursor over document and click-n-drag. The tool does not work. It must be clicked a second time to work. When selecting the tool using the keyboard shortcut, this does not happen.
My 128 Patriot Flash drive is not seen as potential scratch disk by CS5. I reformatted it as exFAT and then as NTFS but still not seen by CS5.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI recently became a subscriber to the creative cloud as well as recently getting a wacom intuos 5. The problem is, my new photoshop cc, does not show that I have a pressure sensitve tablet.
Is there a new driver from adobe that I need to install? I checked the Wacom site and as far as I can tell I have the newest driver available. Also, I do have photoshop cs5.5 could these two versions of photoshop be causing a problem when it comes to the tablet?
Just put a fresh battery in my pen. I've got an Adesso CyberTablet 8600 which, the last time I tried to paint, which was tonight, was not recognized as a pen sensitive tablet in Photoshop. I've tried resetting the file preferences or whatever happens when you hold Ctrl Shift and Alt, still no dice. Restarted computer, still no dice. It's not the tablet; I opened up SAI to see and was able to paint with wonderful pen pressure sensitivity. This wouldn't be a problem EXCEPT -- I don't know how to paint in SAI! I want to paint in Photoshop!!

I've painted many times in PS before... this seriously only JUST started happening. Usually, if pen pressure is not recognized by Photoshop, it's because I've plugged in the tablet AFTER opening the program; shutting it down, plugging the tablet in, then reopening PS does the trick. However, not so this time.
I currently have a Sony HDR-CX160 camcorder, which does not have a firewire port. I also have a 3 month Dell XPS8500, which does not have a firewire port. I am running Windows 7 64bit. When I hook up my camcorder via USB, Windows DOES recoginize it. It is not recognized by Corel, not in the Capture Video, Import form Digital Media,, Import from Mobile Device or Stop Motion. (my webcam does show up) It does not show up in the pull down tree. I understand that you can use Windows Movie Maker, or the supplied Sony PMB software to download it, but I paid for Corel to be able to do this. Why I would like Corel to be able to do this is that you need a"live" camera to be able to use the Stop Motion Capture, not something that has been recorded before.
