I had installed the NewBlue title Ex which link one gets when one registers VS X5. Since I did not prefer the same (compared to heroglyph) i uninstalled it, but the name NewBlue Titler Ex still appears inthe drop down FX menu tab. Is there some way to remove this redundant entry?

At first I thought maybe it couldn't'nt work with the dng format and then I tried opening a jpeg in the liquify filter, same problem.I've had no problems in CS5 and I'm working on the same computer.
Is there some kind of tweak I can do so that when I scan in full color, the white paper scans as white, not light blue or yellow?

We have a project... granted, the requirement is to model 1.6 million feet from world origin... I know that AutocAD can have issues with this... and we have certainly had issues on this job that can be attributed to this... BUT WHAT ABOUT THIS ISSUE?
When anything is INSERTed into this drawing file, or from this dwg file... it doesn't seem to show up... no command line errors, no OFF or Frozen layers, no objects Isolated, no indication at all that there was a problem... except that nothing showed up.
This was used to find the issue. List the last object added to the database. Then paste to original coordinates (NOT PASTE AS BLOCK)

No more info.. no block name, no Handle, no Insertion point x,y,z... no scale factors, none of the normal info that should accompany the BLOCK REFERENCE LIST output.
Several Audits were done, and Recover... this reported fixing Invalid Block Refs... we even rebuilt the dwg in a blank dwg file... but still object INSERTed with this same behaviour.
I have only tested this on 2009, since I dont have VS 2010 yet to test on 2012.
I was trying to make a function to show the acad color selection dialog, so the incoming argument would be a list of 3 intergers for RGB.
But .net is not taking it. It will take a list of any other integers, but when I send in 3, it shows the resultbuffer as null.

When I select MANY objects on screen with the selection floater open, the selection floater scrolls through endledss combinations of white and blue jumping up and down the list. This can take ten or fifteen minutes!!! How can I get this to act properly (other than the obvious close the selection floater before making any selections).

In the New Blue filters preview window it looks perfect. Blurred outer edge just as I want.No matter what I try this does not carry over to VS and in playback the object outer edge is sharp.Now the" Blur In" works fine in both the filter preview window and the VS preview window.I actually had this trouble on X3 but dismissed it as I was only playing around but now I would really like to use this effect and I'm having the same issue on X4. How to be able to use the Blur Out in PIP successfully?
View 5 Replies View RelatedI was trying to use a filter to clean up my audio. The original video was of a chorus concert. I was trying to add the New Blue Audio Polish to add some Ambiance. It adds an annoying clicking sound when using the separate audio track after it was just split. I think the problem might have been that I was using the audio from the AVI rather than a separate WAV file, and also I think Dolby Digital might have interfered.
My findings were that although the audio sounded just spectacular in VS X5 while previewing the entire project, once it rendered to DVD, there were too many clicking sounds.
I was using Dolby Digital for the output. I am rendering a new project with the audio from the video entirely removed, and inserted the separate WAV file I created previously with the New Blue Audio Polish. The settings I used on the filter were that everything was set to zero (compression down to minimum) with the ambiance setting at 85 (about 3/4 around the circle). I played around with it quite a bit, and I hope this works this time. I am keeping the project at LPCM stereo to see if the problem resolves because maybe it was the Dolby Digital causing problems.
I was wondering if I should use the "Interleave audio and video" option in this case.
I am an avid user of New Blue Effects. Film Effects, Video Essentials V and Stabiliser all appear correctly in the FX Filter drop down box and when one of these is clicked on, the correct New Blue effects display.However, with Video Essentials 111 and Colorfast, whilst they display in the FX Filter drop down box, when clicked on, nothing happens, the effects do not display, they are there when selecting "ALL" so they are installed correctly, Colorfast is not really an issue because it is just one item, but with Video Essentials 111, it is necessary to search through the complete FX list to find the one I want Not sure if this is a Corel issue or a New Blue issue. Using Video Studio X5 Ultimate.
View 11 Replies View RelatedLast night I purchased and downloaded New Blue Video Essentials IV (Merry Christmas to me!). Installation seemingly went without a hitch. All the new New Blue vft files are in the vft folder. However, in both VS X3 and v10, nowhere do my new filters appear in the FX lists. No Video Essentials IV directory was created, they are not in All, they are not in any of the others.
My receipt states "Registration Information: Serial Number: 12345678910. For those familiar with purchasing New Blue FX, does this need to be registered before it can be used? If so, how do you do it, as I was never prompted to do so?
how proDad wasn't visible. Looking through the X5 install folders, I see a bunch of New Blue filters not visible either. The attached image shows the filters in the vft_plug folder, that aren't available within the program.

-Exporting crashed in Blueray/AVCHD, I disabled the HW acceleration on encoder and it seems to work (slow offcourse). I'm using a GTX460 and I saw the solution here
-When I try to make my own export profile I can see only one codec "Ulead Mpeg Now Encoder" limited to 720x576 ...
Is that last problem due to the trial version ? I installed all the last patches and now in version 13.6.2.69. I'm using the french interface but that shouldn't be a problem I suppose ?
PS : The editing features are very intuitive and fast I like it ! But without a good export it's useless

to download the New Blue Cartoon filter. I Selected the Host Platform as Windows In the free effects set up box VS was already selected Destination folder was designated as prog files New blue free effects for windows.
In the New Blue Free Effects install Assist for VS box it said that the path would be to the vft.plug (via prog filesUL SystemsULVS11). In my VS11+ vft_plug folder-- New Blue Cartoonr,vtf files 131kb and date modified 26 06 2010 showed.
But the filter is not there in the filter library of VS.Did not show on reboot either.I was not asked to register.
My video with IFrame at 100Mbps shows green video within VS Pro X6.With VS Pro X2, it is showing fine.

I am using a competitor product for video editing and now I am looking for a new product since the support there was really bad. I tried the testversion of Videostudio X4 and downloaded the recommended file from the website which is the german version. I installed it on a XP 32 Bit machine and also on a Vista Ultimate 32 Bit machine.
In both cases the first dialogs (welcome and registration) after running the program are in Chinese language. Now, the problems are:
- Although I can translate the contents by google translator I do not register the program in this case. I don't know what is comming up after that.
- The Corel support does not do anything when you don't specify a registered product.
When I produce a MP4 video file in X4 it shows a thumbnail in the video file. I cannot figure out where this image comes from. It seems sometime to be the first video image from all tracks, but sometimes it is just the upper video track and sometimes it is a picture from a later point of the video. How does it work? And how can I control which image is used?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI record a program with my computer. When I get two recorded, I take each episode and "multi trim video' and cut out the commercials. I do it for each one. Now I have two episodes without commercials I open VS and 'add video to timeline.' I do that for each one and now have two shows i save together. I watch them as a 90 minute movie every two weeks instead of each week 45 minute.
For several years, when I save the video "same settings as the video.." it saves it pretty quick. Just as you would count, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,.... until 100%. The screen is blank when it does this. This has worked fine for years. Resonantly, without changing anything, when I save the file, it goes really slow and the video shows up on the screen when saving. In stead of taking maybe 100 seconds, it takes hours. It never had the video show up and go so slow.
I have a video file created from one of my old VHS tapes. Unfortunately the display shows two rows of tracking lines about two inches from the top and bottom. Can VS ProX2 filter them out?

It's defaulting to the Finder view, but I can't even close that out before the program quits. I have tried to launch it by opening a file and that does not work either.

I manually cancelled tons fo fonts that I previously installed in Windows/Fonts folder but Photoshop CS4 still shows the font names in the font list and I can't get rid of them..What should I do to have only available fonts in the list? Now available fonts are shown with name and sample, missing fonts just have names (it obviously can't preview them because they are not in the font folder)...

Â So I got out of the drawing and got back in and tried the pattern again. Same issue but this time when I hit UNDO it would not come back. Â I closed the file without saving and when I went back in the file the workspace is still nothing but white screen. Â In the browser everything is still visible except for those that I had already changed to invisible. Â I tried making an invisible to visible and nothing happened. Â I got out and tried opening the "old version" which should've been before any of this happened and it is also blank. Â I can go to an ipt or iam in the browser and hit open and it will open in another screen just fine. Â I just can't see my main assembly. Â I have Inventor 2012. Â It shows no errors or messages. Â I have even rebooted. Â
I looked thru the forum and found a past issue back in 2005 identical. Â I tried doing Find in Window on an item in the browser but for some reason that option is not even in the list when I right click.
i have 1000 eps files to work with and i dont have the time to go to each one and change the color from blue to black! all are different shapes so i need a batch command that will keep the white, white and change any other color to black!
