I didn't see it listed in the command reference here on Autodesk's website either. I'm thinking that a service pack discontinued it. I used it for the occasions where the viewport border disappears. Nov 19, 2013So after 7 solid hours of tedious UI work I was in the middle of nudging a text layer and my whole document completely disappeared. Photoshop (CC) didnt crash, it didn't populate a new window and I didn't close it, it just vanished. It's not in the recent file list and I can't find it anywhere on my computer.

I have autosave set to every 10 minutes, so I'm wondering if these autosaved files are located anywhere on my computer? Photoshop normally recovers my documents after its daily crash but as it didn't crash in this case there is nothing to be recovered!

I only had the windows layers & channels up , while I was working on some avatars, but then all of a sudden they just both disappear - out of the blue. So I think okay, I'll get them back, and click window >> layers. But both layers AND channels were still ticked, I unticked them and ticked layers again. But they still didn't become visble.. PLUS it wouldn't let be select them both at the same time. All the other windows, like paths, swatches etc still work fine, just layer and channel being a pain in the back side.
