Does Photoshop Elements 11 have a similar function? (I'm in the midst of also switching to a new computer and my old one can't load the info on the PS 11 program available on this site.) I'm extremely concerned I not lose the ability to retrieve my pix by the categories I've already assigned them, when I switch to PS 11 on my new computer.

This file that I am playing was copied from a CD. (I made the video with my camera, copied it onto my computer, then burned this video onto a CD.) So it seems like I lost some information by copying from my camera onto my computer. Is there something I can do to fix this so I can play at a normal speed?

this program will not allow me to copy/paste any pictures from MY PICTURES/DOCUMENTS.
they all go into the photoshop program and i have to right click on the picture and use the SEND TO option, send to my email and transfer from the email (sometimes this path will not allow the picture to be entered where i want it to go).
is there a way to bypass the photoshop?

A customer of ours uses this program and cannot start it without admin privileges. If logged in as standard user the pd4.exe just doesn't react in any way. No failure, nothing. Executing right is set, so it should work.

I reinstalled Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 and attempted to retrieve my images from Adobe online storage. Only 121 of my images reappeared, even though a status bar shows my online storage level at over 7GB. Now when I open PSE9, if I click on "Organize," the program either immediately closes or I get an error message that says "the requested operation could not be completed because the catalog is currently locked by another process."
I've tried restarting my computer and even shutting down my computer, but still no luck. I can't figure out "other process" could be locking out the catalog.
I have used adobe album starter for years to store my photos in, I now find myself locked out and can not retrieve any of my photos. What do I need to do to recover all my photos?
