Have CS3 photoshop on Windows 7 platform that crashes when loading jpg from email. It installs fine and then on several occassions when opening an email photo, it will freeze and gives message Licensing for this product has stopped working You cannot use this product at this time and must remove and install again
View 1 Replies I have the entire subscription of  'Corel 6X'. I have been using it for a few months with no problems, even after I did the 8.1 update. Now all programs will load and run except for 'Draw 6X', it starts to load and then it will start to 'load environment' and then crash. As I said above, every other part of the suite open and run fine.
 I can give you no information about updates or version as it won't load so I could check for updates. I searched for other post, and it returned no other similar problems listed for 'Draw 6X'. If I get no answers I'll just un/re install that program itself and see if that fixes things.
I am on a Dell PC with plenty of everything running Win 8.1 64 bit and running the online yearly subscription of 'CorelDraw 6X' 64 bit version that was up to date and working fine on 8.1 fine for more than a month. Now the 'splash' screen shows and gets to 'loading environment' and then the quaint Win window comes out 'There is a problem and windows has to close this program'.

I tried de-installing and re-installing, did the 11.1 update, still won't open. It crashes before the photoshop template even appears.
Power Mac G5 crashed, we could not afford another, and he had just purchased CS5. So we could only afford the IMac now, we again needed to upgrade to CS6. The install alows you to use it on two computers, a computer and laptop.We tried explaining to the sales people when he finally got through, that we need an install for just a Windows laptop, we can not afford another Mac, we need a laptop for him in bed, if he will be able to do anything, he wants to work on his art.
They, Photoshop, were very unsimpethtic, we just purchased an upgrade for CS6, because of the IMac, yet, now we can not install and use our second choice on a Windows platform. Again, we would need to pay full upgrade price again. Yet, he only has it installed on Imac, they told him he would have to de-actiate it, WE KEEP COPIES ON A EXFAT32 harddrive too, and Mac, to share and show clients.
The people of Photoshop did not even care he is dying, literally, slowly,,, but he is keeping positive that all will be well, and survive.Timothy and Marcia Cannon we will no longer be a customer for Adobe.

That is; a single click on a file from within Photoshop gives a small preview image to tell you what it is you are opening. This is crucial to professional photographers in the industry working quickly with lots of images as I do in the medical/scientific photography field.Â
Every other version of Photoshop has had this feature and I can tell you a lot of power users like myself are not using CS6 just because a single click doesn't preview what you are opening. My company just spent $10,000 upgrading six machines and no-one is using CS6 for work - they are sticking with CS5. CS6 is only good for 'playing around' with photos, if production is key, then to save time, we need to see what we are opening on a single click - it's a no brainer! Check the forums to see this that is true, and if you are reading this and agree with me, write and tell adobe to fix this - pronto!

View 3 Replies View RelatedI tried loading Adobe Photoshop/Imageready. During the loading, once it gets to "loading color preferences" it shuts itself down. I have tried reinstalling, restoring, rebooting, repeating. And I can't seem to fix the problem. Today I decided to search the adobe site for troubleshooting guides. All I could find, told me to find and remove my preferences file. So i searched, and searched. I can't find it anywhere. I removed Adobe and everything Adobe from my computer, and tried again to reinstall. During the loading I recieved this dialog box.

What is the EASIEST and QUICKEST way to get a refund on this since I do not feel like tackling three major issues at once! I just want to go back to CS2 and refund my 185 bucks! View 11 Replies View Relatedhaving this problem with PSE11 in Windows 8! In sharing preferences, I am only given one option -- Adobe mail. And it won't work. I've used that service before on my work computer running PSE9 and Windows XP. Why don't I get the Windows Mail option? What good is it anyway, sitting there on the start screen and seems to be unavailable otherwise -- I'm usually working from my desktop. I dual boot to Windows XP and have Office 2003 installed there and am able to email photos via Outlook (not express) -- works good. Unfortunately, Office 2003 is not compatible with Win 8 64bit. What do I do now? I saw the tip about downloading and installing Windows Live Mail for Win 7. I thought it was built into Windows 8? Arguablly Windows 8 is a goofy operating system, at least for desktop PCs!

I've uninstalled, used the clean tool & reinstalled - rebooting prior to each step - and I can't get photoshop to load past the 'loading brushes...' message in the opening loading graphic. Prior to the issue I was playing with extendscript and loading them into PS, but I've since deleted all scripts and, as mentioned, wiped the entire suite.

When I load a gile it crashes. I've only tried loading JPG's. I have also uninstalled and re-installed it.

However, when I build a new catalog, it oftens crashes. I have disabled all the analyzer functions but keeps recurring. I have been successful in building a small catalog consisting of approximately 400 JPGs. However, larger catalogs aren't successful.

At first I thought it was a bad install, so I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won't open. Norton AV was turned off during both installs. I have searched and see that quite a few users have the same problem but I haven't found a cause or solution. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit, Intel i7, 16 GB ram.

On the splash screen it details all the files being loaded and when it gets to the dwt file it just hangs at 0%. In the windows task manager, acad.exe stops using memory (around 90megs) and the cpu stops too. It's get's really frustrating, especially as it only seems to affect our new Dell Optiplex's and a couple of our old Dell Precisions. Some of them work first time every time, no probs. All PC's are Windows 7 Pro 64bit and running the latest service packs for AutoCAD.

After downloading the Autodesk Inventor 2013, I was forced to download the hotfix. I completed the download, and started up Inventor. My force closed crash report directed me to the most updated update, which I then installed to no avail. I've sent an additional crash report, but I've yet to recieve any feedback. When I go to either load the .ipt blank file, or even close the welcome center tab (to be able to access the tools to troubleshoot) It shuts down.

Had previously done the verification code thing and got the code and have been sending pics by photo email.Have got PS10 loaded to my Desk Top - main system and also my laptop .When trying now to send pics on my DeskTop I can get to the (maybe second) screen where you choose the size of the phots and then I get the Verification Code screen - which tells me that an 'initial verification code' will be emailed to the chosen email - but when I say continue, I go to the next screen of the Photo email and then when trying to send the phto email it locks up and says an unexpected error has taken place ...

I have sent some photos via the laptop but it seems to be very hit and miss at the moment.Also I have some problems opening PSE10 - When I click on the icon - I get the initial "organise or edit" screen where I choose organise - but then all that happens is this screen closes and the Organiser does not open. Most of the time I'm left with maybe shutting down my whole computer and starting up again and it works again.

I just got a brand new Dell XPS8500 with Windows 8 2 days ago and installed CS6, and I'm having problems with Photoshop crashing, Indesign has also crashed a few times.
Photoshop seems to be working for a few minutes and then crashes, and just says that it has encountered a problem and needs to close, no further explanation. It looks like my Windows is up to date, but when I try to download Adobe updates it says "The update server is not responding. The server might be offline temporarily or the internet or firewall settings may be incorrect". I didn't think there would be updates, I only installed 2 days ago.

Sometimes Photoshop comes up and I can use it, but then I get a Windows XP error"bark," with no error message or error dialog. Once that happens I can no longer open or edit or save images. Other times it will not completely start up.

The "universal" Microsoft Windows "fix," a re-boot of the computer makes the problem go away, until it happens again. I have made sure that there are no errors in the registry with Norton Utilities. Windows XP is up to date.

Is there an error log someplace that Photoshop issues? All other apps on the computer seem to work fine.

Quite infuriating. My printer works fine. I can print photos to it from Lightroom no problem (which, in this occasion, I had to do - saved from PS, imported to LR, then printed... very efficient!!).

I note there are other posts on this but they seem to be mostly Mac and also many seem to cure by upgrading to 12.0.4.

I am a relatively light user (keen amateur not professional) so I don't use PS regularly. However this also means it is pretty much an out-of-the-box install since I don't tinker with it either. It's so long since I last used it I can't remember if I had this problem last time - I vaguely recall having had it sometimes but not others. Doesn't seem to matter whether the file I opened is a JPG or a PSD (the only two I have tried).
Everytime I try to print from Photoshop CS6 using Windows 8 Photoshop crashes. I click the print option from the File Menu and bam it crashes and shutdown. No error message no nothing. I have installed the latest updates and still no go.
