Oct 21, 2012When starting Photoshop Elements 8 Editor in Windows 7, the screen turns grey and my computer crashes. I tried reinstalling Elements 8 twice.

Photoshop Elements :: Screen Glitches In 7 On Win 8 Computer?
Apr 2, 2013I recently installed Elements 7 on my new Win 8 computer. I also downloaded a 7.03 patch from Adobe site. When the program is launched, and then sitting idle, the mouse pointer jumps around on the screen, and the "working" blue circle appears also. This happens constantly and consistently about every second. I do not have this happen with any other program.
I was having similar issues with Elements and Win 7, and XP, and Win 98 for that matter.

Jan 25, 2009I'm running photoshop on my Asus eee pc but I have it running on an Acer Aspire 5670 monitor (bigger screen makes it easier for my retouching work!) and whenever I shutdown photoshop my screen gets a little bit bluer.
I can fix it by doing a recalibration but it's still kinda annoying because I don't always remember to do it and I'm sure you can understand that trying to get skin tones right when your screen is blue can be an utter.

Nov 4, 2013i am currently on a trial for CS6 CC version on Windows 8 but every time i try to liquify an image all that happens is a blank grey screen. The weird thing is i can click and edit the area of the grey screen and if i click OK to finish the liquifying it has edited the image! Why can i not see my image whilst in the liquify screen? Nov 29, 2008So I installed PS CS4 and all updates. When I create a new file or open an existing one the window (in the PS window) which is supposed to show the photo just stays grey. At the same time that little picture in the layers tab showing a small version of the picture Ive opened is clearly visible and changes if I draw on the big one. That problem occurs both in 32 and 64 bit versions of PS. Im using windows vista x64 ultimate with latest updates and Nvidia 8800GT 512 mb with latest drivers.
