May 16, 2013How can I get Elements 10 to connect properly to my Epson DX8450? It prints fine but gives only WIA support for scan.

Lightroom :: 4.1 RC2 Not Send Print Commands Properly To Epson Stylus Photo 1400
Apr 27, 2012I don't understand why Lightroom will not send print commands properly to my Epson Stylus Photo 1400, but all I get is error.
Since the printer works with every other program on my computer, including Elements, it must be a Lightroom problem.

Aug 29, 2013I cannot print photographic images with my desktop MAC (OS X10.8.4) from Photoshop Elements 9.0 to my new Epson XP-800 printer. Printing is not a problem with Word text or images from iPhoto- it is only with PSE that there is a problem. The problem persists even if I try using a cabled connection rather than WiFi. I have ensured latest software from Epson has been downloaded. This problem did not occur when using the same system with the previous printer (Epson Photo Stylus 1290).
rather than just a workaround of moving the edited PSE image back to iPhoto & printing from there (which admittedly does work but shouldn't be necessary).
Photoshop Elements :: Can't Get LR And PSE 11 To Connect
Jan 21, 2013I use LR and have also been able to toggle between PSE and LR without issues. I installed PSE11 and went to the preferences in LR and choose PSE 11app to edit in. In that preference box the pre-set: shows Custom and below that is application: PSE 11 app. I closed out LR and PSE and then reopened both. When I go to Photo..Edit in PSE 11 is appears to be exporting via the export line at the right top side of LR and PSE 11 opens but my photo is not there. If the just drag the photo into PSE in the dock it does open.

Aug 17, 2013I am unable to link my Epson 3200 photo scanner to PS Elements 11 on my new iMac. I have tried downloading the software from the Epson website, but when I load it the nothing shows up. I moved the the Optional Plug-ins > Import Modules TWAIN plug in to the Plug-ins. That had no affect at Photoshop Elements 11>Support Files>Import.
On my old iMac I could link and download files from the Scanner.

This is the window that comes up after clicking on File.> Import>WIA Support
The old scanner Epson 4870 Perfection Photo was listed above WIA Support and is still listed on Photoshop Elements 6, which also shows the V600, but, not Photoshop Elements 9 ?
Ps.This is a little frustratimg, it appears Premiere Elements 6 although older works far better, in the monitor and shows the V600 immediately in Pro mode ,just as well it was a free addition with the Epson Scanner.
Photoshop Elements :: Failure To Print Borderless On Epson Artisan 1430?
Dec 22, 2013When trying to print borderless the menu reverts to the smaller size. ie when selecting 5x7 it reverts to 4x6. Ditto 8x10 and 11x14 etc. The paper size stays the same, just the print size reverts and the desired size disappears. I contacted Epson twice and both times I was told it is a software issue, not the printer. The same thing happens in Lightroom, but in WEindows Gallery Live the printer works correctly which indicates the driver and printer are working correctly. I am using Windows 7 and had Elements 9, but Elements 10 came bundled with the printer so I upgraded to 10, no improvement.

Feb 15, 2012i have been a long user of romcat... but would like to use the new corel connect. i use the folders selected to my HD folder that has all my cdr files (20yrs worth from ver 1). when i type in a search word that is in 100's of my cdr files keywords... connect doesnt display them. In romcat it does display them, even older files, with the same key word. connect only shows cdr files that have in its file name part of the search word, but seems to ignore the key words in the files.
I have all my job files with important key words within them, but the actual file names are simple job numbered names. i noticed on searches from X5 content on dvd, the files also are just numbers, but the search finds key words.

Is there a Plug-In that may be missing for this to operate as it used to in Elements 6 running on an older G5 Non-Intel processor? I don't have the new Elements 11 Disk to copy anything from, since I downloaded the program directly from Adobe.
