Aug 25, 2013Usually when I bring up Elements 10, it says welcome back Kenny,now when I type in my password it is showing Error 400. I have tried several times to create a new ID.....no luck. It just started doind this last night. What do I need to do?

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you is a solution is available." I have never received notification of a solution. Does PSE have compatibility issues with PSE 7?

Mar 25, 2014After initial install on my windows 7 64 bit system , all aspects of the software worked for about a month and then I could not open the photo editor. All other aspects of this product opens and works fine . Unfortunately I cannot use the editor or open photos previously modified in the editor. I can open the editor if I log in in safe mode but no other way. I have done 2-3 clean installs as described in previous articles, there are no errors just won't open.

Dec 15, 2013I am unable to print from PSE11 editor. i receive an error message stating 'photoshop cannnot print this document'. I can print standard photos from the organizer but any edits I make in editor are unable to be printed. I have checked the printer, it works fine for every other application. I have uninstalled and re-installed PSE11 but still no luck. The problem appears to have started since I installed a new printer (Epson XP). Photoshop is recognising the new printer from the print screen.
I have also tried saving my works in other formats (e.g. PDF) and saved to my desktop. I can print these but the quality is quite poor.

Mar 19, 2014I have PSE9 and a macbook pro 10.9. I lost the original DVD that came with my purchase of PSE. Some files must have gotten corrupted because I can't open the program without reintalling. It says, "Some of the application components are missing from the application directory. Please reinstall the application." I have the serial number and all and I registered the product. Is there somewhere I can download a new copy to install?

Apr 8, 2011I just purchased the PSP X3 Ultimate. Installed everything with no issue. Rebooted edited a photo saved it then opened Project Creator to upload it to Facebook. Put in my correct email and password. Yet I get the error of:

the same machine that has PSP/Project Creator there is nothing wrong with my network connection. I've checked my UN/PW for Facebook and my connection and everything is correct.
It appears I can not even connect via PSP to check for updates etc.

I have tried using the 'Connect to Data' feature in Map 3D 2012 64 bit.
The ODBC connection is created and tests correctly. After connecting to the ODBC DSN and loggin in, I am able to see the fields identified in the excel file. There is also the Class available from the named range in the excel spreadsheet.
I select my Identity Property, X, Y, and Z - but that's as far as I can go. I have no opportunity to set the coordinate system and the 'connect' button does not activate.
Using Win 7 64 bit - and I have the 64 bit ODBC driver's installed.

When I try to log in to Flickr in order to authenticate my account, I get the error message "Could not contact the Flickr web service. Please check your Internet connection." Similarly, I have tried to use Jeff Friedl's "Export to Flickr" plugin. When I try to enable this plugin, Lightroom can't contact Flickr - I get the error message "cannotconnectToHost", and Lightroom just keeps retrying to connect with no success.
I have Internet access, and can log into Flickr without any problems using my browser.

Jan 21, 2013I use LR and have also been able to toggle between PSE and LR without issues. I installed PSE11 and went to the preferences in LR and choose PSE 11app to edit in. In that preference box the pre-set: shows Custom and below that is application: PSE 11 app. I closed out LR and PSE and then reopened both. When I go to Photo..Edit in PSE 11 is appears to be exporting via the export line at the right top side of LR and PSE 11 opens but my photo is not there. If the just drag the photo into PSE in the dock it does open.

Jul 22, 2013recently our Autocad LT 2013 has started giving out the "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00007b)" error randomly on program launch. Thinking SP2 would fix it, i tried installing through autocad, but after it says transferring, nothing happens and everything closes and this box comes up. If I go and get the update package and install it manually, i get the same error. This machine is running windows 7 pro x64 and I have already tried a repair, and full uninstall/reinstall.

Uninstall AutoCAD and delete registry and reinstall - same problem
Log in using other ID and repeat above still same problem
Uninstall, delete all AutoDesk folder in Program file and ProgramData and reinstall all AutoDesk product (AutoCAD and NavisWork)
Problem still same.,
No problem with NavisWork only AutoCAD
