Unable to start application (0xc000007b).
I already tried several fixes like:
1. reinstall all redist(x64 & x86).
2. reinstall .Net 4.0
3. Use CCleaner for Registry error.
4. chckdsk for error and fix.still error so I've gone through this.
5. I uninstall Autocad 2014 completely, uninstall it manually one by one,deleted left over folder of autodesk or similar software to it, deleted its registry keys.just like the instruction on how to remove autocad completely in autodesk, I just followed it all. [after Reboot]
6 I Re-install it and still the problem persist.

Jul 22, 2013recently our Autocad LT 2013 has started giving out the "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00007b)" error randomly on program launch. Thinking SP2 would fix it, i tried installing through autocad, but after it says transferring, nothing happens and everything closes and this box comes up. If I go and get the update package and install it manually, i get the same error. This machine is running windows 7 pro x64 and I have already tried a repair, and full uninstall/reinstall.

Further research appears that the temp file location is not found for lightroom 3 64bit, and it wants me to find it or reinstall lightroom 3. The problem is that my software is 16hrs away from me and I forgot to register it when I got it for school in July 2010. I am not sure what I can do here, but I need it for school. Can I just download a trial version and until I can get this fixed

Apr 15, 2009I'm using photoshop 7.0 and my problem occurs with Imageready. I am using Vista, but this has not been a problem for the past year (so I don't think it's Vista related).I recently created an animation in Imageready and it worked just fine. However, when I returned to use Imageready again, I received the error listed above.Reinstalling does not resolve this problem. If I do a system restore, I am able to use Imageready again. . . but only one time. after which the same error occurs.

Apr 28, 2009I have just recently installed CS4 on my work computer. The first day I recieved this error message: "The instruction at '0x0e4c2c5b' referenced memory at '0x00000028'. The memory could not be read."  The program immediatly shuts down causing me to lose all my work. My IT guys uninstalled the program and reinstalled and yet I still receive the error everytime I open the program. Any ideas?

Nov 11, 2012I've just installed PhotoShop 6 on 20 of our college iMacs. We have a volume license account so this individual account signin is useless, but that's not the issue. Mac OSX, we have restricted use of files for students, they are allowed to run applications. Allowed access to Adobe Photoshop CS6. Software opens, but then gets message not allowed to run application adobe_licutil. What/where is that so we can modify our security settings to allow this to operate?
