I have just recently installed CS4 on my work computer. The first day I recieved this error message: "The instruction at '0x0e4c2c5b' referenced memory at '0x00000028'. The memory could not be read."  The program immediatly shuts down causing me to lose all my work. My IT guys uninstalled the program and reinstalled and yet I still receive the error everytime I open the program. Any ideas?
'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.'I receive the error whenever turning on my laptop, and have ever since installing Lightroom4
I keep getting an application has moved message when starting Photo Shop CS6I have attached a screen grab of the message here. what I need to do to keep it from happening each time I start up CS6? I've just installed PhotoShop 6 on 20 of our college iMacs.  We have a volume license account so this individual account signin is useless, but that's not the issue.  Mac OSX, we have restricted use of files for students, they are allowed to run applications. Allowed access to Adobe Photoshop CS6.  Software opens, but then gets message not allowed to run application adobe_licutil.  What/where is that so we can modify our security settings to allow this to operate?
I am using Photoshop CS6 and if I have nested layer groups whose depth is greater than 5 I get the following error message. "This document contains nested layer groups that may change in appearance if opened in applications older than Photoshop CS6".
I can click on "don't show this message again" before pressing ok, but can i disable it from showing somewhere in the application settings? I want to enable it sometimes and sometimes not.
- The "Reset All Warning Dialogs" button from Edit - Preferences - General is not very usefull because I want to keep other messages' settings, only this one should be affected.
I am receiving the following error after approximately 5 minutes of use in Photoshop CS4: Photoshop.exe - Application ErrorThe instruction at "0x696336ab referenced memory at "0x00000080". I just installed the CS4 Creative Suite 4. Everytime i try to launch photoshop cs4 i recieve an "Photoshop.exe Application Error." This error refferences 0x6963561b and that memory cannot be read at 0x0000008c. Can anyone please help me with this?? I have not even been able to use photoshop yet. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the suite and I get the same results...
Today I have started getting an error message that Photoshop has moved. I only get this message if Photoshop is not running and I right-click on something and choose to Open With Photoshop.
If I launch Photoshop first and then right-click open with Photoshop everything is fine. If the Application really had moved then shouldn't Photoshop complain when I double click on it in the Finder or open it through spotlight?
I am getting an error about 10 times each time I open Photoshop. It says "The application has failed to start because MSVCRT10.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem".
This does nothing besides lag up Photoshop for me. I have most of my ram towards Photoshop and it still lags like crazy. I was wondering if there WAS any way to fix it besides re-installing.
I am using Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended Student Edition. My computer is Windows XPI continue to get the error Photoshop exe Aplication ErrorInstructions at oxofa92c5b sometimes is states oxofc42c5breference memory oxoooooo28 Memory could not be read Cancel or debug. it shuts down. no matter what you click. It does this after I get the picture open and when I click on different tools. This is newly installed on my computer and newly bought program.
I just received and loaded my new copy of CS. I had been using Elements at home and PS 6.0 in class. My OS is Windows XP.
I tried to use the Image>Resize>Image Size function, I changed the resolution from 150 to 72 but 149.999 appeared in the box. I also tried to change the Pixel dimensions to no avail.
I brought Elements up which had always worked before and experienced the same thing.
The only odd thing I've noticed when I bring up PhotoShop or PhotoShop Elements is a message "Unable to locate component" then in the box it reads "Application has failed to start because NUVTwain.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this". This has been displayed for some time now while I was using Elements, I just clicked on it four times and the program loaded. Now it appears in either PhotoShop version. I tried reinstalling Elements some time ago and it didn't solve the problem. I reinstalled CS and it also still has the same message.
I tried to load CS4 onto my new i mac and I'm getting an error 6 message. What that means and what I can do about it? I can't find my original software discs so have copied the software from my old i mac via my external hard drive. Bridge loaded okay.
One or more files in the Adobe Application Support folder, necessary for running Photoshop, are missing. Please run the Photoshop installer and re-install Photoshop.  Is there a problem or is this just a bug in Photoshop? I don't have any problems other than the error message. The version is: 12.0.4x64.
I am running PS CS4 Win Vista.I have 3G RAM and have designated plenty of available space for scratch disks(298G on C:, 66G on J: and 231G on M:, the latter two being external HDs).
When I attempt to use some of the advanced features of CS 4, especially Content Aware Scaling, I get the insufficient RAM message every time without fail.
MY HD is regularly defragmented and I have purged, lowered the History states allowed, and cleaned out all temp files from IE.
Any deas how I can avoid the RAM message and use the features in CS4?
I have some raw files on a dvd that I have imported into bridge. They imported very small files and when I try to import them into cs3, I get an error message that says "cannot complete your request because of a program error".  I've had other dvds that I have imported with no problem.Â
I'm getting this error message when I try to use photomerge. I'm using CS5, and this is the first time I'm trying to use photomerge. I've tried several different photos but I'm always getting this message.
Just got CS 6 (not extended) When I click Oil Paint Filter I get the following msg.  The filter you were using encountered an unknown graphics processor error that caused an unexpected exit. Check manufacturer for the latest software.  Is it my graphics card. If so, how do I check to see what I have? I have an HP about three years old.
I recently installed CS6 and since then I get an error message when I want to use text: "could not complete your request because something prevented the text engine from being initialized.Restarting CS6 doesn't work...
I have installed CS6 and selected Adobe Support Center from the help menu. I keep getting the following error message.
"The installation of this application is damaged. Try to re-install the application or contact the publisher" Â I tried re-installing CS6 but am still getting the same error message, with a bouncing Adobe Air icon in my dock.
I am sure there is something very obvious I am missing here, but when trying to use the red eye correction tool, I get the following error message: Â "Could not use the red eye removal tool because the target channels do not cover the composite." Â What does this mean and how can I get the tool to work for me? I am using Photoshop CS4.
