I was not able to load the program due to a limited space on my C drive, the program would not allow mew to change to anoither drive event thought it says select another drive, now it states that the program is in the process of loading even though I've rebooted twice.

Photoshop CS3 was all working so well until it stopped opening PSD format files that I had previously created.
I can open a JPG file but not a PSD file.
When I open a PSD file I get a messgae box "Could not complete your request because of a Program Error"
If I create a NEW USER ACCOUNT in widows VISTA, photoshop opens the same PSD files correctly.
Therefore there must be something wrong with files associated with MY windows user account.
I have looked at, and compared, user account files associated with Photoshop, even tried replacing the photoshop related files in my user account with those from the new user account.
I cannot share photos from my Elements 8.0 Organizer via email. The program does not recognize that I have an email program loaded. The computer is a new HP desktop with Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 operating system. My Elements 8 does everything I need except for the photo sharing so I don't really want to purchase a new version.

I have an issue with PSP x5 on my Win-XP pc. When I exit the program, it won't load in again. if I open the Task manager. I can see that PSP is still loaded in memory. I can manually unload it and it will start properly the next time. I can use it on my Win-7 pc without the problem.

The problem is that my Palette title is now "gtPalette" which I do not want. However if I change

to
PaletteSet("GunTech Cogo", MYGuid)
Then what occurs is that when Acad (actually I'm using Civil 3D 2012) start it trys to execute a command called 'GunTech' and then one called "cogo'. Cogo being a valid Civil 3d Command brings up the Cogo dialog. If I then type the command gtPalette it appears in the correct location.
Currently on my development PC the first code works perfect and brings up a palette that even has the correct title of "GunTech Cogo". this info has presumable been saved with the GUID in my previous attempts to get the code to work.
Have developed a problem trying to load some TIF images into Photoshop. I have a large number of images archived over a decade or more. At this point it may some of the older files that exhibit the problem.
Now all these files were edited and stored using the Photoshop versions during the complete time period. The files are always saved with no compression. Have tried to load from Photoshop and clicking on the file in a file list. Photoshop just hangs and I get the message Program not responding. I can take these same files and load them into the ROXIO photo editor with no problem. Stranger yet is if I simply load the file into the ROXIO editor then "save as" back into the same folder (overwrite) the file can then be brought into Photoshop with no problem!

I'm trying to load an ink splatter brush set from brusheezy.
The extension is *.abr
When I select load brushes and pick the file nothing happens. I'm not asked to replace or append and my brush palette remains the same.
Any ideas on what the problem may be?
When I start-up Photoshop 6 I get the following message: Unable to load Photoshop's interface font. Instead, using a substitute font. We strongly suggest that you reboot the system and launch photoshop again, I did, it doesn't help.

View 13 Replies View RelatedI just downloaded the trial version of Photoshop CC to try the new stuff (I was still on CS before).I deleted CS by dragging the "Adobe Photoshop CS" Folder to the trash and then I installed PSCC.But when I open the program, it says (French translation, may not be English accurate) : "Unable to launch Photoshop CC because of a program error".
I looked up on forums that said to delete preferences or else, disk repair, uninstalling-reinstalling, but still, I get the same message again and again.Did I forget to delete a file to uninstall PSCS ?
i cant seem to make my font readable on the program. everytime i try to right, the font size seems to be stuck on an extreamly small size. even if i change the size to 18 or 47, its miniscule, and i can't seem to find a way to fix it.
View 1 Replies View RelatedMY photoshop was working fine up until a week ago. Then get gave me this error message. "Unable to continue because of hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable". The error pops up when photoshop is loading "building color convertion tables" or something to that effect. It is not the fonts becuase I have not installed any new fonts, have defraged my hardrive. I have used FontDoctor, and all my fonts are fine. The only thing that i did do is install the new directx june 2006, and the new NVIDIA drivers. I uninstalled my Nvidia drivers but problem still persists, please I am desparate for help, formating my hard drive is not an option. I have reset the prefs both via ctrl, atl and shift, and searching for the psp file and deleting it manually, same problem pops up. I installed Photoshop cs and I recieve the same error message. I can however run and use ImageReady.

I suspect I have inadvertently deleted, or unlinked, the Type 2 codec. Strangely, the files play OK with Media Player, it's just X3 that's refusing to work! I've reinstalled X3 but that's not made any difference. How do I identify the codecs available?

I am no longer able to import any type of file into Revit. It doesn't matter if it is a CAD file, Image file, or a new Family. When I click the import or load button the program appears to freeze and no dialog box appears. I can hit escape and its back to normal. I tried seeing if the dialog box was hidden behind all my open programs but I can't seem to locate it anywhere.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI've just installed PSPx6, downloaded and installed updates. I'm using the 64 bit version and it will not load any plug-ins. I've set the file locations etc.
I've been using PSP since version 7, so I'm pretty capable. This is really making me angry though. It's a useless program to me if it won't utilize my Dreamsuite, KPT, Filters Unlimited, Plaid lite, and Muras copies.
I have having difficulty getting any addins to load at the moment and am totally stumped as to what the problem is. I have even created a very simple addin from the (C#) template, compiled and registered it and it still will not load up. I get the addin to appear in the Inventor Add-ins dialog ok but it will not load for some reason. I have tried generating various .Net versions 2.0, 3.0 & 3.5 all produce the same result. I have also tried to debug the add-in by getting Visual Studio to launch Inventor but it does not even appear to be loading the add-in. I have dug out some work I did months ago and tried that but it does not work either. Is there a log in Inventor?

I have installed AutoCAD (Map 3D 2012) onto a users machine. When I run the software, I get a message box appear saying it cant load the profile...
I went into the registry and noticed that his registry is missing a lot of keys for Map 3D (attached)
I have attached a copy of my registry for comparison.
What would typically cause this? I have tried to delete the registry entry and let it re-configure, but i get all sorts of errors (Internal Error 2738).
I should probably mention that I am using a profile switch in the shortcut.
