When I click in the shortcut (now covered with a shield icon) the programme starts, fails to fully boot and dissapears. Subsequent efforts to start then do not even try to boot.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI've created a deployment for AutoCAD2011 x64 to be installed via SCCM. I've followed the instructions to create an SCCM package that were provided on the support website, as well as what comes on the CD. While I'm able to create the install and deliver the package, I get an error when trying to launch the shortcut (AutoCAD 2011 - English).
The error is a Microsoft .NET Framework error that states:"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.Access to the path 'C:Program Files Autodesk AutoCAD 2011Migration' is denied.
I went to check on the folder security and realize that the Migration folder doesn't exist.
Autocad will not start. No error return. Check in Task Manager ACAD.exe start and disappear immediately.
Tried:
Repair Application - same problem
Uninstall AutoCAD and delete registry and reinstall - same problem
Log in using other ID and repeat above still same problem
Uninstall, delete all AutoDesk folder in Program file and ProgramData and reinstall all AutoDesk product (AutoCAD and NavisWork)
Problem still same.,
No problem with NavisWork only AutoCAD

I have an iMac running OSX. Cannot get application to launch after loaded from Creative Cloud. Status shows my application is "up to date" and it will take me to the tutorials page, but will not launch.

Screen resolution is currently set at 1366 x 768 which is "recommended" I have reset resolution and restarted with each attempt at changing resolution... still get message..
Not a happy camper... Seems they should be sophisticated enough to check that system is set properly.... and if not, to give information on how to correct.
Nothing works to close this window except mouse/clicking... I don't like it being in the background when I'm working in other apps.

Some files must have gotten corrupted because I can't open the program without reintalling. It says, "Some of the application components are missing from the application directory. View 1 Replies View RelatedURL.... "Failed to launch server application" when trying to edit a bitmap out of CorelDraw, only later saw that specific post was for X3. I have the same trouble, only with X4.
To recap my problem: When calling the "edit bitmap" function in X4 - I receive this message: "Failed to launch server application". Paint opens, closes, opens, closes and then the message pops up.
I tested several files, different bitmaps, different dpi's, new files with newly converted bitmaps (filled rectangle to bitmap). To no avail.
complete Corel X4 uninstall 3 times already .... even went so far as to reboot the registry to a date before I installed Corel X4 Suite to no avail.
The program has had no issues until the last 2 weeks. The actual issue I am having is Paint works fine as a separate entity however when I try to edit a bitmap from within X4 an error pops up telling me "Failed to launch server application" This is a major PITB as I own a graphics company and this is causing no end of problems

It brings up the load bar but then just goes away and I'm still at the same start up. Nothing has changed on my computer that I know of, I'm the only user.

But double clicking shortcut on desktop does not launch PSE12. It quits trying very quickly. I was running PSE 11 without problem. I was able to start PSE 12 by going to the Program folder. It told me that the Online services are not available. I continued and I had difficulties converting the catalog. I wasn't able to launch the Editor from the Organiser. I decided to try again from scratch by downloading the software with the downloader assistant. All went well, but the Launching.

It quit working in the middle of alternately using it with an online screen of an art class and now refuses to launch. I have done repeated uninstalls and reinstalls to no avail. It's welcome screen does come up but now with the message that my trial version has expired and the only option given is to BUY NOW. I have a licensed product. View 6 Replies View RelatedI get this error message every time I startup the Editor. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. The same problem exits. I have tried the Control+alt+Shift when the Editor is starting up and that does not work either.
I am running this on a Windows 7 machine. I am trying to launch the Editor from the welcome screen. The editor comes up and I can see the workspace but then the error message comes up. I get the same error message when I try to launch the Editor from the Organizer.
The error message states: "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if the solution is available"
I have LR 4 loaded on my machine and do most of my editing there. I tried to open the Editor to create a blank canvas and got this error message. I also get the error message when trying to open a photo in the editor directly from lightroom.
When I attempt to run updates for PSE 11 I get the following error message: "The update server is not responding. The server might be offline temporarily, or hte internet or firewall settings may be incorrect. Please try again alter. Error Code: u41m1c212
Organizer has stopped working for me. When I try to launch it, the "credits" screen flashes briefly, but then nothing is displayed. If I try an option, like "Get Photos and Videos," then nothing happens, and all the options become grayed out. I just upgraded from PSE 10 to 11, and I created a new catalog. The organizer was working fine last night, but not today.

I tryed to remove and reinstall application but with the same result.
I've been trying to get Adobe Photoshop Elements software to work on my computer since mid December. I've had alot of responses to different options, even from Adobe themselves, and nothing is working. I get the Welcome Menu screen but when I click on either Organizer or Edit nothing happens. I am the administrator on my home computer and tried launching as administrator but nothing works. I've tried launching it from "Program File" exe but nothing. When I do this I get this error message;
"Windows cannot find 'C:Program Files (x86)AdobePhotoshop Elements12PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."
I've tried a Install Photoshop Elements in a simplified mode, nothing. I've shut down my firewall and virus program and then install, nothing. Looks like I've stooped everyone. Now I can't even return it because the package is open.
My computer is a 64-bit Operating System, Intel (R) Core i7 CPU, 869 @ 2.80GHz, Windows 7 Professional.
When I put a jump drive into my USB port Adobe Photo Shop Album Starter Edition 3.2 launches. It won't go away. I can't see what is on my jump drive. I can only see pictures. It's got to be something on my computer because the jump drives I've tried work perfectly on other computers. I tried a blank drive and it did the same thing.
