AutoCAD .NET :: Framework Error When Trying To Launch Application

I've created a deployment for AutoCAD2011 x64 to be installed via SCCM. I've followed the instructions to create an SCCM package that were provided on the support website, as well as what comes on the CD. While I'm able to create the install and deliver the package, I get an error when trying to launch the shortcut (AutoCAD 2011 - English).Â
The error is a Microsoft .NET Framework error that states:"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.Access to the path 'C:Program Files Autodesk AutoCAD 2011Migration' is denied.
I went to check on the folder security and realize that the Migration folder doesn't exist.

URL.... "Failed to launch server application" when trying to edit a bitmap out of CorelDraw, only later saw that specific post was for X3. I have the same trouble, only with X4.
To recap my problem: When calling the "edit bitmap" function in X4 - I receive this message: "Failed to launch server application". Paint opens, closes, opens, closes and then the message pops up.Â
I tested several files, different bitmaps, different dpi's, new files with newly converted bitmaps (filled rectangle to bitmap).  To no avail.Â

complete Corel X4 uninstall 3 times already .... even went so far as to reboot the registry to a date before I installed Corel X4 Suite to no avail.
The program has had no issues until the last 2 weeks. The actual issue I am having is Paint works fine as a separate entity however when I try to edit a bitmap from within X4 an error pops up telling me "Failed to launch server application" This is a major PITB as I own a graphics company and this is causing no end of problems

I have tried unistalling framework 4 and reinstalling using the standalone installer. I have also used the framework clean up tool with no luck. I have tried to repair the installed framework 4 with no success. I have tried all of this with my antivirus turned off and I have tried to use Microsoft fixit along with running Ccleaner registry fix.643 Error.

Autocad will not start. No error return. Check in Task Manager ACAD.exe start and disappear immediately.
Tried:
Repair Application - same problem
Uninstall AutoCAD and delete registry and reinstall - same problem
Log in using other ID and repeat above still same problem
Uninstall, delete all AutoDesk folder in Program file and ProgramData and reinstall all AutoDesk product (AutoCAD and NavisWork)
Problem still same.,
No problem with NavisWork only AutoCAD

When I click in the shortcut (now covered with a shield icon) the programme starts, fails to fully boot and dissapears. Subsequent efforts to start then do not even try to boot.

I just upgraded from VS Pro5 to VS Pro 6. Will not launch.
Get error msg "Screen resolution size is not sufficient to launch the application"
Screen resolution is currently set at 1366 x 768 which is "recommended" I have reset resolution and restarted with each attempt at changing resolution... still get message..
Not a happy camper... Seems they should be sophisticated enough to check that system is set properly.... and if not, to give information on how to correct.

When I'm in Corel Draw, I've imported a picture, converted the picture to bitmap and go to edit bitmap in Corel Paint it says FAILED TO LAUNCH SERVER APPLICATION.Â

This evening I switched on and tried to load PS2.
The following pop-up appeared.
'An error has been detected with a required application library and the product cannot continue. Please re install the application.'
I've deleted CS2 and re installed but with no success, just the same error.

I am operating 3D Civil with Windows 7, 64-bit system.

AutoCad LT2009 has been running on my windows 7 computer for 3 years but now I get the message "The application was unable to start correctly(0xc0150002). Click OK to close the application."Â I have Google surched the application error message and found one reference to a similar but different numbered message for AutoCad LT which suggested down loading Microsoft Visual C==2010 Redistributable package (x86)Â and (x64) but neither of them worked.

I can't open Photoshop CS6, when I click on any PS6 Icon it highlights for a few seconds then goes back to normal without any error message, it just won't open. I've had this problem before but could always fix it by simply restarting the computer. That didn't work this time. I ran an Anti-Malware software yesterday, before I ran it CS6 was working fine. I'm running it again right now.

Immediately after launching PS CS3 everytime, I get an error message "could not import the clipboard because there is not enough memory (RAM)".
Now, I googled for this error and found it seems to have been a problem ongoing since VERY early versions of Photoshop. Apparently it is recommended to dlete and recreate the Windows swapfile, since the error is probably caused by a corrupted or damaged swapfile. Well I follow this advice and it fixes the problem, at least for a while. Then a little while later the problem comes back.
Any idea why I am suffering the problem and how to fix it permanently?

We purchased CC about a week ago and have not been able to use Premier Pro CC. We have tried uninstalling and installing. The message we get it "Adobe Premier Pro CC has stopped working" A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I'm trying to install the latest Inventor View on all of the computers at work and keep getting this error. The program installs fine, opens fine, but I can't set it as a default program to open .IDW, .IPT, and .IAM files. When I do I end up with the error "not a valid win32 application".
The computers are running the 32-bit version of XP, and Inventor View 2012 works fine on all of them (after doing the DtDv install trick).
Also, while we are talking about Inventor View, is there ANY reason at all why it isn't combined with TrueView??? Seems like such a hassle to have two programs doing basically the same thing, with TrueView being MUCH more functional.

I just downloaded the trial version of Photoshop CC to try the new stuff (I was still on CS before).I deleted CS by dragging the "Adobe Photoshop CS" Folder to the trash and then I installed PSCC.But when I open the program, it says (French translation, may not be English accurate) : "Unable to launch Photoshop CC because of a program error".

I looked up on forums that said to delete preferences or else, disk repair, uninstalling-reinstalling, but still, I get the same message again and again.Did I forget to delete a file to uninstall PSCS ?

Come across an issue when starting Photoshop CS6 and a windows error prompts with:

I had x1 Illustrator file open at the same time as I launched the Ps app. I had to close the .ai file and re-try opening Photoshop again. There are a lot of little glitches with CS6 that I'm encountering more & more of. Is this common? or just a local problem with my hardware?I'm running Windows XP (32bit) with the latest service pack, & all CS6 apps were downloaded via Adobe Application manager.

Adobe Illustrator was working fine on my MacBook Pro. That is in the shop being fixed, meanwhile I have a loaner computer which is what the specs are above. I changed the target framework for my project from .NET Framework 2.0 to 4.0, and also changed the Inventor.exe.config file to read
<supportedRuntime version="v4.0"/>
Now when I debug the ribbon tab that I am creating is nowhere to be found, but if i change back to 2.0 and debug, the ribbon tab is back.

Is there a way to display the projection (FL-W83) or Datum (NAD83) of a DWG file in the titleblock? Maybe using fields, or a diesel expression of some sort? I belive the information resides in the .NET framework, how can I get that into my titleblock?

I just installed the CS4 Creative Suite 4. Everytime i try to launch photoshop cs4 i recieve an "Photoshop.exe Application Error." This error refferences 0x6963561b and that memory cannot be read at 0x0000008c. Can anyone please help me with this?? I have not even been able to use photoshop yet.
