Mar 1, 2013After hours of work, working on an Aircraft Repaint, I somehow managed to move the template so that all of the lines (in this case the 'livery lines') became out of 'sync' In other words the layers became out of line. Went to load it into my editor and every thing was all over the place
The Q is...is there a quick way to get the template/Canvas or whatever to revert back to it's original state. i.e. everything within there parameters?

Dec 11, 2012I am using Iphoto with PSE11 but when I save the edited (JPG) image it will not let me revert to the original image. If I select the saved photo with Iphoto it will only let me re-edit it with an external editor (PSE11). This works fine but I can't "Revert to Original" in PSE11. If I try to re-edit it with Iphoto which has the "Revert to Original" button I get the message "Photo edited in an external editor so can't be edited in Iphoto. Duplicate photo to edit in Iphoto". If I do this I still cannot get back to the original unedited picture.
There is an obvious way to get round this by duplicating the original image before doing any external editor editing but there must be an automatic way which I am missing.

Oct 16, 2012I have started editing photos using the Photo Fix Options in Instant Fix. I have then switched to Photo Editor to fine tune my edited picture. When I use save or save as, to save the edited picture both the edited and original appear in the files. If I start in in Photo Editor and save there is an option to uncheck that reads "Save in version set with Original" However I am more comfortable with beginning in Instant Fix and then switching to photo editor. For some reason when I go to save after switching from Instant fix to Photo editor the uncheck feature is no longer available. step by step instructions to save revised photo afterusing Instant Fix first then Photo Editor.

Sep 5, 2013Old PC Windows XP with PSE8. New PC Windows 8 with PSE11.I did a backup and restore operation. After the restore, there was a large list of files that could not be restored. I also noticed that there were a large number of thumbnails with a question mark attached.
I did a reconnect using FindAll missing files. Instead of placing the recovered files in their original path and folder location, they ended up in an entirely different path in the Folders View. I tried to drag the folders back to their original location, but got the message: folder with that name already exists at the requested location, even though it wasn't visible. In addition some of the folders involved were no longer visible in either path structure.
I checked in the My Folders View, and it showed that the folders involved in the reconnect were still intact. I opened one or two and found they contained the original missing images.How can I get the folders and their images back to their correct places in the original path structure?

Jan 9, 2012Upon starting up 2012 MEP I was asked if I would like to convert hatches with too small a scale to solid so as to safe virtual memory. I turned this on, and now I'm noticing some runs of piping showing up as solid. I would rather not have this seemingly random solid hatch all over my drawings.
Is there a way to go revert the hatches to their original scale/patterns? I'd selected the temporary option, however whenever I open the file now it shows as shown in the picture.
