I have a free trial of elements 10. When I select the fix tab, then any of the photpgraph options I am told I need to download. When I am directed to the adobe page there is a 404 error, broken link notice.
View 1 RepliesI purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 for school. I recently installed it on my computer on 1/8/14 and registered it 1/13/14. I went to get it in yesterday and I received a notice that my trial version has expired and am unable to get in to photoshop completely. I have the product serial number or license and it is in my profile. I don't recall doing it but I might have downloaded a trial verious last year. how do I remove that trial version and begin using my licensed version? I have assignments due and it's hard to get them done when I can't even access my program.
View 6 Replies View RelatedAfter installing LR4.1 RC2 i have lost the link to PS6 when working with CR2 files... when i right click "edit in" PS6 opens but no document is created... when i do teh same with a DNG file all works fine... perhaps it is an issue with Camera Raw compatibility?
Both CR2 and DNG work fine with PS5.5...Obviously this is not a major issue but it is behavior that needs to be fixed...
i'm happy to be a corelcad 2013 (V.2013.0.73) user, or a Corelcadder, but i've got a problem when i insert an image (png or jpeg) from my HD on my mac.
i can insert the image normally and everything seems to work (i see te images, i can print it...), but if i close (and save) the file, then i re-open the file, i don't see any image. I see only the path of the image...
When working inside an ipt, I want to open the idw from the browser using the right-click > "open drawing" option. The link is broken, however; so the idw must be searched for manually and opened. How can I repair the link so I can open the idw from the ipt browser in the future?

How to fix a broken link to an excel table in an idw file general table?I changed the folder name and heirarchy of the project.i expected the idw tables to find their parent excel files in the same folder with a new name, but they didn't.
I could find nothing for fixing broken excel links.

I want to get the "file.displayName" property of a RasterItem from a file where links are broken.the script :

works fine if the RasterItem source file is where the link points at.In my case, the link points to the local drive of another computer, so the "file" property of the RasterItem doesn't exists !!!I don't understand why, because all the informations are in the Links pannel of illustrator.
whilst looking at watermarking techniques in PS6, I have inadvertantly added "Copyright Eric Hall" which is attached to all of the images I convert from RAW to JPEG. All of the images I upload to Facebook have this copyright notice attached.

Why is Elements presenting broken thumbnails for all of my photos and how do I fix this? Not sure if this matters but the only other Adobe product I had installed prior was Lightroom 3.6 (reaching for anything here but perhaps catalog incompatability??).

Sound is blank unless you start the preview from the very first slide, w hich is annoying for large slide shows where you need to time the music. I couldn't get preview to work at all (showing black photos until I set Run as Administrator in the .exe properties. Never had to do these things with PE 9 or 10.
View 2 Replies View RelatedFollowing a Backup and Restore process to move from PSE 11 on Windows 7 to PSE 11 on Mac (Mt. Lion) I have broken links. Other catalog info is intact (file name, captions, tags, etc.). I moved 6 catalogs...only 1 was successful.
Background: I started with PSE 10 on Windows 7...installed PSE 11 and converted all catalogs successfully. Used File, Back Up (Full) process with an external drive to move the files and catalogs to PSE 11 on the Mac (10.8) using File, Restore Catalogs. I suspect that the issue may be in the portion of the Restore process that allows the choice between Original Location or New Location...seems like I tried both. The Adobe instructions in the PSE 11 offered step-by-step instructions but didn't elaborate much on the Location issue. I tried File, Reconnect, Reconnect All Files without success.
I need to crop image width from e.g. 1234px to 1230px. I select Crop from the menu, then enter 1230px for the width. PE then shows a marquee that is bigger than the image! I'm probably doing something wrong, but I can't tell what.
I'm running it on WIndows 8.0 x64, which has some other problems, so maybe I should just upgrade to 12?
The Organizer thumbnails is showing broken images for some pictures, but when I look at the pictures using Windows Explorer or any other photo editing program, they are fine. I've already tried right-clicking the image and clicking "Update Thumbnail". How can I fix the thumbnails?

Magically all my old Flash files have movement again.Trouble is every couple of days Flash somehow updates itself back to the current 10.1.something and the old files stop working again.Is there a way to stop Flash from updating automatically?

Dimensions placed in paperspace that are scaled by the viewports, change on their own. This happens at no apparent frequency. And for no apparent reason.
This has happened after I've saved a drawing and reopened. Also has happened when I've moved or stretched a viewport.
Currently I am using Autocad 2012, but this has been happening for some years.
Is there a way to select every image and do a batch operation to tag and add a copyright notice?
