How do I remove three images on the cursor when I have selected certain tools from the toolbox in Elements 9? I have just gotten a new computer and 9 was transferred to it from my old computer. Have never had this problem before.

Tools like Clone Stamp Tool, Healing Tool, Burn Tool, Dodge Tool, Sponge Tool, etc. The person that replied to this problem before advised me to open My Computer>Program Files>Adobe>Adobe Photoshop & then delete a certain file. It worked great but now I can't remember which file to delete.

The problem: When I want to use a tool and put the cursor over it, a tool about 15 icons below it gets selected.
I get this with the mouse and the pen tablet.
I use Mac OSX 10.8.2
I'm using GIMP 2.8.4
One day, my Toolbox suddenly started showing "double tools". All of the tools are repeated twice.
I've played with all of the Toolbar setting, but I've been unable to get rid of this annoying problem!
I have a quick question about how rotoscopes work in Softimage.
Basically, when I set a rotoscope image in a front viewport, for example, and I set another viewport to act as a front viewport, the rotoscope options aren't synchonized, which means I can set more than one rotoscope image for the same viewport. This gets a little confusing sometimes because I'll be unable to remove rotoscope images from the viewports because I forgot which one I originally set them in.
Is there any way to select rotoscope images and remove them from the Explorer more easily or anything like that, without having to remember the exact viewport and corresponding orientation in which they were originally set?
There seems to be way too many tools in the tools panel for me. Many of them I will rarely, if ever use. Is there any way I can rearrange or remove some of them? It would unclutter the screen immensely.

I place the move tool on the previously extracted image and drag it into an new image, but the extracted image does not get placed on the new image. Also, cursor disappears frequently when using Photoshop for extended periods of time.

View 7 Replies View RelatedAny fixes coming for PSCC when the cursor vanishes (Don't say it's an Apple prob, because it only happens in PS and all 6 of my machines.) Also the tools freeze quite often and won't come back until I touch the desktop. Then PS plays catch up doing every click or hit I happen to hit in frustration. Reinstalled it twice from a clean install. This is not a release ready product. BTW I have been using PS since 1994 to color comic books and with photography.

Now, the cursor (on all tools) disappears when mousing over any open PDS document. In Indesign, the cursor for all tools shows and works - as well as other pragrams.

I am using Illustrator CS5.1 on a iMac, I am working on 10.9 Mavericks, and now the crosshair/cursor/ various tools have almost dissappeared to a /faint grey in tint, will I have to wait for a fix from Adobe or Apple or is there something in preferences I can click to solve issue?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am using AutoCad Civil 3D 2012, with windows XP, and when I type "extrim" at the command line, I get this:
Command: extrim
"bad argument type: listp #<SUBR @2f9669b0 BONUS_ERROR>"
There are also a few other express tools that when picked from the ribbon menu, do not work either. Now, I have seen elsewhere on the web that in this case, you should make sure there are no search paths set to R14 Bonus tools (which mine aren't), or repair and update express tools from add/remove programs in the control panel. I did this, and the only thing that happened was the numbers after SUBR@ changed.
In Photoshop CS6 Adobe has added a white outline to the cross hair cursor (when for example using the Marquee and pen tool) making it a lot less precise than before when you want to hit exact pixels. Is there a way to remove this?

As you can see, every time I create an object, a stroke is added to it. And you can also see on the layers path, a small little box is also added. Here's the weird part, when I try and change the images color, I get a popup saying that this object needs to be "rasterized" before changing the color. Then when the color changes, it changes the shape object to what i need it to be.
While drawing with a tool, normally you have:
1. the brush shape2. the mouse pointer
3. a little image representing the tool in use.
Is it possible to disable both 2 and 3?
How can I get rid of the box attached to the cursor when I'm typing a command? I just want to type in the command line at the bottom.
