Dec 10, 2012I have an animation I am trying to render as a Quicktime using H.264 compression at 720x480 with just one camera. I have 4 different sound clips (wavs) loaded into the scene. When I scrub the slider, the sound works just fine. However, when I render the scene as the mov, the sound does not render with it. Do you know why this isn't working and how to fix it so the sound will render with the mov?
I am using the ProSound option and rendering the scene at 30fps. Normally the sound works just fine when I render but now it won't work.
3ds Max Animation :: Biped Rotation In Viewport Not Working
Jan 21, 2013I'm having a strange problem using loaded .BIP file on a biped in 3D studio Max. The biped doesn't allow me to make rotation and translation changes on the head, attached bones and the feet and hands. This only occurs in the viewport!
Altering the rotation and translation keys in the biped workbench editor works fine. but obviously not very practical . I already tried to add a new layer above the current biped animation. But without successful results Also exporting the animation to a .BIP file and reassign it to the biped didn't work.
One thing I have done is using the motion flow system. After finalizing the animation I created an unified motion which is available in the flowgraph options. In order to convert the motion flow structure to real keys.
3ds Max :: Retime Tool Not Working With Biped Animation
Apr 28, 2012New Retime tool feature in Max 2013; when i tried with biped animation, its not working, but it works with every other object. Workflow which i followed:
1.Selected all the biped parts.
2.Open curve editor. (it shows all the animation keys and curves)
3.Applied Retime All (Retime tools shows up)
4.Double clicked to create start and end marker.
5.Now, when i move any of the retime marker, the keys are not responding, only the marker moves and there is no change in animation timing too. everything stays same.
does the retime tool is not applicable for biped. I tried the same procedure with other animated objects. It works fine.

Maya Animation :: Parent Constraint Not Working Properly For Hand Writing
Feb 26, 2014I am trying to get the hand to write with a pencil. I pose the hand and fingers holding the pencil and constrain (parent constraint with offset) the pencil to the hand's wrist controller and freeze the pencil's translation attributes. When moving the wrist controller creating key frames or translating in the UI, the pencil does not follow the hand/fingers. There seems to be an offset with the pencil that get worse the farther I translate or rotate the wrist controller. I tried doing the same with just the fingers and getting the same result.

May 17, 2013I had previous thread where I asked for information on what to do about Deactivating/Reinstalling CS6. I Deactivated the program before removing it from my laptop, as I promised. URL....
I had to send my laptop back to HP for repair. They replaced my Optical Drive and did a complete System Reinstall. I got my laptop back this past Monday, May 13. I reinstalled most of my programs and some of my pictures folders. I also reinstalled my Elements 7 and everything was working great.
Problem A -
On Tuesday, I reinstalled CS6 and that's when my problems started. CS6 took over all my PSE files, so I chose to "always open with PSE" option. Now all I have, instead of a nice, blue PSE icon I have a white paper with a smaller PSE icon in the center.
Here's a SNIP of what they look like:
Also, some of my fonts seem to have disappeared - now when I open a PSE file I get a msg that the font is missing and that I need to choose another font (something like that, I forgot to write it down)
Problem B -
Today I was trying to open some Vector files and I couldn't find the option to make them into PNG files. And, the Editor froze up twice! and twice I had to force-quit my computer.
Questions
1 - Why are my PSE icons showing up like a "page" as shown above?
2 - Is there a way to get my regular icon back?
3 - Where did my Fonts go and how can I get them back?
4 - Why can't I save my images as PNG?
5 - Why is CS6 freezing up?

Oct 27, 2013I have the trial version of 12. I set up the E Mail to the Adobe Mail Server. I do not use Outlook, but G Mail. I received a verification code, and put it in. it seemed to accept that. However, whenever I try to use Photo Mail or E mail attachment all I get is a small blue circle spinning. No E Mail going out.I still have 10 on my desktop and the E Mail is working perfectly.

Nov 30, 2012I have installed PSE 11 and PRE 11 on my PC, running windows 8 64 bit. The programs were already running fine for several days but suddenly the organizer wont work. As soon as i start the program it starts up and disappears some seconds later. I only can see it in task manager as a process running in the background! When I start the editor first and afterwards the organizer (out from the editor) then the organizer stays and I'm able to work with. De- and Re-installation already done, several times.

Dec 5, 2012I just bought PSE 11 and have installed it on my computer. I am trying to right click on a file and use the "Open With" option to open the jpg in the program. However, the program opens but not the photo. I can open files within the program by going to "File - Open" just fine. The program that is on the "Open With" list isn't the right one (it's Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 rather than PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe). However, when I try to browse to and select the correct file it doesn't show up when I get back to the "Open With" screen. I've tried uninstall and reinstall. I've also tried using the program on another user and it works fine there but I don't want to switch all of my info to another user just to open photos. Photos open just fine in PSE 9 with the "Open With" method.

Am creating a photobook.I saved the book as xxxxx.pse so I can go back to it and open back up to complete my editing and print as a book but when I go to reopen it, the folder is the name of the file xxxxx and when I open the folder, all the pages are in the folder as .psd files... which one .psd file is two pages.. but cannot do a print of the pages it wants to print each file as one page... so it cuts off part of the file or it shrinks down the two pages to make it one page. how do you open these pages back up so you can edit them and print as a book.I am going to have to start my project all over and it was a three hour project rearranging my pics and how they look on the page and now have to do it all over again...

Aug 24, 2012I'm using 3Ds max design 2013. I've imported a model of a dwell mechanism from Inventor CAD. I want to animate the operation of the mechanism. I'm not that experienced with animation in 3Ds max. I've managed to do it by linking parts appropriately, then physically rotating parts and setting keyframes. This works, but the result is not very accurate and not very smooth.
I was hoping to use a better technique to do this. I understand the principles of IK and bones, but have never really used them. I've had a quick look at massFX, hoping that I could constrain parts to each other and then let the physics take over.
I've attached a youtube link of the mechanism. There are hinged joints, rolling joints (the roller on the cam) and sliding joints. Can these be defined as constraints within 3Ds max?

I previously downloaded Elements 11 Editor from Mac iTunes Store, this version does not come with Organizer. I then found I had a copy of organizer with Premiere Elements 11. After install I can use both products fine, but cannot use edior to edit my photos from the Organizer. The message "the feature you selected requires adobe photoshop elements" appears.

Everytime I start the programme It goes into organiser and ten seconds or so later I get a message saying " Elements 10 Organizer has stopped working" A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Photoshop Elements :: Face Recognition In PSE 11 Not Working?
Nov 29, 2012I am a complete novice in PSE Organizer.
My configuration:PSE 11
Windows 7 64 bit
Everything up to date
I imported my existing data’s in the standard catalogue
Face Detection "manually" performed.
On the first day (program start) no success with it.
The following day (new trial) this function was of (even very) good use.
To improve the duration and clarity I only scanned a single folder (no album!). Important: while doing that, I noticed that in a tray at the bottom a "circle" has gone around. Later I found out that this is the creation of thumbnails. So for sure this "thumb-nailing" was not completed! But it worked...
Yesterday I started the program at new. No possibility for a face recognition. So I startet completely at new, creating a new catalogue, and importing all data’s at new. Deleting the „old“ catalogue. Overnight then automatically create the miniaturization alone.
This morning, same procedure: a single image selected (with enough easily recognizable faces), and start the face recognition. During a very brief moment, a small pop on the screen is visible, where I can see a progress bar filling up. But no faces suggested to set a name on it.

Nov 24, 2013When i open Adobe Photoshop Elements 6, which i have used for quite some time and its always worked, it now had a blank window pop up and it will no longer let me create new documents, open old ones or use any features. Basically it just freezes and doesn't even let me quit the program, i have to force quit it every time.
