Photoshop Elements :: Photobook Not Working Right

I am working with Photoshop Elements 10. Am creating a photobook.I saved the book as xxxxx.pse so I can go back to it and open back up to complete my editing and print as a book but when I go to reopen it, the folder is the name of the file xxxxx and when I open the folder, all the pages are in the folder as .psd files... which one .psd file is two pages.. but cannot do a print of the pages it wants to print each file as one page... so it cuts off part of the file or it shrinks down the two pages to make it one page. how do you open these pages back up so you can edit them and print as a book.I am going to have to start my project all over and it was a three hour project rearranging my pics and how they look on the page and now have to do it all over again...

I want to create a plain photobook. Photos, captions, footer and page number only on a plain borderless backgroud. There was an option for this in earlier version of Photoshop Elements, but I cant find an easy way to do this in Elements 10, which is what I am using. Is there such a template available, or an easy way to make one? I am not a very sophisticated user of Photoshop, so it has to be simple. I am running on Windows 7.

Made a photobook and want to 'seamlessly' upload it to shutterfly. It gets to 80% complete, then fails every time. Shutterfly customer service made it sound like I am the only one to actaully try this from photoshop and couldn't work.

I'm having problems getting a photobook uploaded to Shutterfly from PSE 11. I've done this many times, but never had this issue (not that I can remember). I created the book in PSE 11, have it loaded into the editor, hit the Order button, the file is processed, but when it gets to the upload part, I get an error stating that Elements cannot communicate with the internect either due to lack of connection or a firewall. I did a test and was able to upload a file directly from Elements 11 organizer to SmugMug with no issues. I was monitoring the internet connention through the control panel during the photobook upload and it appeared to be fine. The firewall settings also seem to allow the proper access.
Update: Still not working. Went as far as to disable the firewall since that is one of the items mentioned in the error message, but apparently that did not work.

I'm using Photoshop Elements 6 (I know it's old...). I created a photobook that I'd like to order, but when I press the order button I get an error message. It says " No appropriate service could be found. Would you like to look for new services?" I answered yes, but it said my services are up to date. Based on something I found in another forum, I checked my settings - they correctly say I'm in the US. What else can I do? I tried sending the photos to Shutterfly, but I really like my photoshop photobook much better.

The title page of my photobook has disappeared, and pages 2-3 now show in the pages panel as "title page". Can I create a new title page and put pages 2-3 back where they belong?

I earned a free 8 by 8 photobook with shutterfly. I tried making one on their website but I could not find any that I liked. I would like to professionally print my photobook I already made with adobe photoshop 7. I need step by step instructions how to put my photobook made with adobe onto shutterfly. I would also like to know some websites that will print pre-made adobe photoshop books for cheap in case shutterfly does not work.

I saved a photo book and while I was working on it it got closed by accident. Now I cannot open it back up into the photobook program I was working on it in. I can find the "photobook" in my saved files and when I open it, it separates each page as a file so I have to open each page separately and work on them instead of having the whole book to look at and then I can flip through the pages of the photobook and decide which page to put my photo on. I have typed this into all the help systems but nothing comes up.

After install the Orgainzer works but the Photo Editor doesn't. When I click the Photo Editor in the splash screen it tells me my trial period is up. I'm using Windows Vista Home Basic 32 bit

I am trying to send a photobook created on Lightroom 4 to Blurb for printing.
I was told from Blurb that soft proofing function on Lightroom 4 does not work for them because the color profile is different. What does Adobe recommend to do to match the color space?

I had previous thread where I asked for information on what to do about Deactivating/Reinstalling CS6. I Deactivated the program before removing it from my laptop, as I promised. URL....
I had to send my laptop back to HP for repair. They replaced my Optical Drive and did a complete System Reinstall. I got my laptop back this past Monday, May 13. I reinstalled most of my programs and some of my pictures folders. I also reinstalled my Elements 7 and everything was working great.
Problem A -
On Tuesday, I reinstalled CS6 and that's when my problems started. CS6 took over all my PSE files, so I chose to "always open with PSE" option. Now all I have, instead of a nice, blue PSE icon I have a white paper with a smaller PSE icon in the center.

Also, some of my fonts seem to have disappeared - now when I open a PSE file I get a msg that the font is missing and that I need to choose another font (something like that, I forgot to write it down)
Problem B -
Today I was trying to open some Vector files and I couldn't find the option to make them into PNG files. And, the Editor froze up twice! and twice I had to force-quit my computer.
Questions
1 - Why are my PSE icons showing up like a "page" as shown above?
2 - Is there a way to get my regular icon back?
3 - Where did my Fonts go and how can I get them back?
4 - Why can't I save my images as PNG?
5 - Why is CS6 freezing up?

I have the trial version of 12. I set up the E Mail to the Adobe Mail Server. I do not use Outlook, but G Mail. I received a verification code, and put it in. it seemed to accept that. However, whenever I try to use Photo Mail or E mail attachment all I get is a small blue circle spinning. No E Mail going out.I still have 10 on my desktop and the E Mail is working perfectly.

I have installed PSE 11 and PRE 11 on my PC, running windows 8 64 bit. The programs were already running fine for several days but suddenly the organizer wont work. As soon as i start the program it starts up and disappears some seconds later. I only can see it in task manager as a process running in the background! When I start the editor first and afterwards the organizer (out from the editor) then the organizer stays and I'm able to work with. De- and Re-installation already done, several times.

I just bought PSE 11 and have installed it on my computer. I am trying to right click on a file and use the "Open With" option to open the jpg in the program. However, the program opens but not the photo. I can open files within the program by going to "File - Open" just fine. The program that is on the "Open With" list isn't the right one (it's Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 rather than PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe). However, when I try to browse to and select the correct file it doesn't show up when I get back to the "Open With" screen. I've tried uninstall and reinstall. I've also tried using the program on another user and it works fine there but I don't want to switch all of my info to another user just to open photos. Photos open just fine in PSE 9 with the "Open With" method.

When I save an edited picture as a psd image using pse9 on my Macbook Pro I just get an ikon showing a torn document in the Organizer. I can see the image in "Recently saved files" and I can load them from there.

Is there a way to get the organizer that comes with Adobe Premiere Elements 11 (Mac) with Photoshop Elements 11 Editor (Mac)?
I previously downloaded Elements 11 Editor from Mac iTunes Store, this version does not come with Organizer. I then found I had a copy of organizer with Premiere Elements 11. After install I can use both products fine, but cannot use edior to edit my photos from the Organizer. The message "the feature you selected requires adobe photoshop elements" appears.

I am running Windows Vista. I have just installed Elements 10. Everytime I start the programme It goes into organiser and ten seconds or so later I get a message saying " Elements 10 Organizer has stopped working" A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I am a complete novice in PSE Organizer.
My configuration:PSE 11
Windows 7 64 bit
Everything up to date
I imported my existing data’s in the standard catalogue
Face Detection "manually" performed.
On the first day (program start) no success with it.
The following day (new trial) this function was of (even very) good use.
To improve the duration and clarity I only scanned a single folder (no album!). Important: while doing that, I noticed that in a tray at the bottom a "circle" has gone around. Later I found out that this is the creation of thumbnails. So for sure this "thumb-nailing" was not completed! But it worked...
Yesterday I started the program at new. No possibility for a face recognition. So I startet completely at new, creating a new catalogue, and importing all data’s at new. Deleting the „old“ catalogue. Overnight then automatically create the miniaturization alone.
This morning, same procedure: a single image selected (with enough easily recognizable faces), and start the face recognition. During a very brief moment, a small pop on the screen is visible, where I can see a progress bar filling up. But no faces suggested to set a name on it.

When i open Adobe Photoshop Elements 6, which i have used for quite some time and its always worked, it now had a blank window pop up and it will no longer let me create new documents, open old ones or use any features. Basically it just freezes and doesn't even let me quit the program, i have to force quit it every time.
