I have the trial version of 12. I set up the E Mail to the Adobe Mail Server. I do not use Outlook, but G Mail. I received a verification code, and put it in. it seemed to accept that. However, whenever I try to use Photo Mail or E mail attachment all I get is a small blue circle spinning. No E Mail going out.I still have 10 on my desktop and the E Mail is working perfectly.
Trying to send photo by email attachment or photo email.
Had previously done the verification code thing and got the code and have been sending pics by photo email.Have got PS10 loaded to my Desk Top - main system and also my laptop .When trying now to send pics on my DeskTop I can get to the (maybe second) screen where you choose the size of the phots and then I get the Verification Code screen - which tells me that an 'initial verification code' will be emailed to the chosen email - but when I say continue, I go to the next screen of the Photo email and then when trying to send the phto email it locks up and says an unexpected error has taken place ...
I have sent some photos via the laptop but it seems to be very hit and miss at the moment. Also I have some problems opening PSE10 - When I click on the icon - I get the initial "organise or edit" screen where I choose organise - but then all that happens is this screen closes and the Organiser does not open. Most of the time I'm left with maybe shutting down my whole computer and starting up again and it works again.
I have just purchased Elements 12 and notice that while working in Expert, when I click Share, the choices presented are all the social networks, but email is simply not a choice! So how do I send an email with an image using Elements 12?
I have Windows 7 and Windows live Mail is set up. Have PS Elements 9, but can't set up to send pics by email. I've gone to edit, preferences, sharing and selected Windows live mail. Still says I haven't set up.Is Windows 7 compatible with PS elements?
HAve Elements 11 and can't get email attachment to work. Only choice for mail is adobe. Get no response when ask to resend email verification. Now what? Using vista
I am trying to share some pics through email using Elements 11, but it won't let me use Outlook. When I go to sharing under preferences, the only option in the drop-down menu under Email Client is Adobe Email Service. It doesn't show Outlook.
I just upgraded from PSE 6 to PSE 11 but I can't use email for sharing either as attachments or photo mail. It all worked great in PSE 6 before I decided to upgrade this week. My OS is Vista. I checked the registry and my default is correctly set to Windows Mail, however Windows Mail is not an option in the PSE 11 Preferences Sharing set up. The only options that currently show up are only Outlook or Adobe Email Service. I tried the Adobe Email Service since Windows mail didn't appear in the drop down. I got the confirmation code but PSE 11 still freezes up and is not able to complete the email process.
I am using Windows Vista and have just installed PSE 12. I have chosen and authenticated Adobe as my email client. (I received the email from Adobe and pasted in the code, which appeared to work.) Now when I choose a photo and a recipient from my contacts list, a message appears that's ready to send. I can delete and type into the subject line, and I can delete in the body of the email, but I can't type anything into the body. If I click the font button and choose a font, its name immediately disappears and the font box is blank.
When I sent messages from PSE 6.0, the body of the message appeared with the chosen photo before the final form of the message appeared. I could edit the body of the email at that point, although I couldn't edit the body once the final form of the email appeared. But in PSE 12 the body of the email does not show ahead of time with the photo, as it did with PSE 6.0. I have had LOTS of trouble switching over from PSE 6.0 to 12.
I need using the feature which allows users to send an edited photo via e-mail. I've done it 100's of times with earlier versions but can't locate the How To.
I originally installed trial version of Elements 11 and then purchased and installed full version. I have been working in Organizer/Elements and am unable to email photos. When I try to email, the email Adobe services comes up and when I enter my email address, it does not send a confirmation email to my email, what Adobe sends is a product advertisement that states your trial version has expired. It looks like it thinks I dont have the full version, but when I check products in MyAdobe, it shows both Elements 11/Premeire Elements as registered. It is installed on acomputer that has Windows 8...I can upload photos to Facebook from Editor without problems..
I need to send about 40 photos each with a psd extension to a business organisation. Will they be able to access them and print them? The photos each show several railway sleepers and I had to mark each sleeper with a number to identify them in the text of the email.
I'll attach photo/photos and send them out through the "Share" email function through Outlook. The Outlook "sent" file shows that emails and pix go out, but they never arrive. Can I switch to GMail somehow?
I want to use M/soft Outlook as my default email program. The Help system in Elements 11 tells me to select it form the dropdown list (Edit/Preferences/Sharing etc). But the only options shown are Adobe's own email system or M/Soft Messenger. How to I get to select Outlook?
How do you size picture's to be sent in a email? On the old version I could figure it out be now on this version I can find where to do this. Also how do you make a colleagues in Photoshop Elements 11.
PSE 12, Windows 8.1. It would be awesome to be able to just have a SEND TO Email client from within the program, but forcing us to use Microsoft's horrible email program is not satisfactory. I'm sure I'll just have to end up doing it the hard way, saving the file, open a new email client message, attach the photo and SEND, but it shouldn't be necessary. I always use Thunderbird for all my email and don't wish to change. I never could get Microsofts Email to work with all my email programs. Why wouldn't Adobe configure such an important and often used option for the user to use?
how should I size a photograph to attach it in sensible proportions to an e-mail when using Elements 11? In Elements 9 I set the dpi at 72 and then the longest length at 1024mm. he shortest length was set automatically by the programme. Elements 11 doesn't allow me to do this. I've tried starting off with 72 dpi but as soon as I enter the longest length the dpi changes. This did not happen with E9 and in E9 the size of the attachment was measured in KB's but with E11 I finish up with quite large MB sizes.
The sharing (emailing) feature talks about using other email client but can not?I have Outlook 2013. the other option is to use the adobe email service that needs to verify the email that I am using but does not send the verification code that I need to activate the feature. I have Windows 8.

In Share - email attachments - my default email address is not recognised - it uses an old address. In preferences - sharing - email settings - I only have two choices - Windows Mail and Adobe email service - Windows Live Mail does not appear.
I am running windows xp and installed photoshop elements 11. In elements organizer I can't select an email client. I choose Edit/ Preferences/ Sharing and I get a popup window that says loading.
I am trying to email a photo for a contest and my file is too large to email (it is fine as long as I don't have my watermark on it....when I place my watermark on it, it becomes too large.....and I need the watermark on it or it will be disqualified).
