As title says, can you Disable Properties Panel Popping up When Making Shape?
I can't seem to find the anwser anywhere. Whenever I make any shape it keeps bringing the panel up.
I want to put it in CC forum, since it's a CC problem.I'm having the same issues as these people, where the properties panel doesn't always show you the live shape options and I can't for the life of me figure out why.

View 1 Replies View Relateddraw a line or a shape or do almost anything it seems in PSCC, the Properties Panel jumps out. Quite rudely, it blocks the upper right of whatever I am working on. Yes, I can simply close it, but it interrupts my workflow, and it pops out constantly. This definitely did not happen in CS6 or any previous version of PS or even in the first version of PS in Creative Cloud.

When I go to the properties panel, enter the feather radius „0.5“ and hit the enter key it rounds it up to 1 (Pixels).
Entering „0.4“ and hitting enter gives 0.
4.3 gives 4
4.6 gives 5
and so on.
So hitting enter rounds the value, although decimal values are accepted and do work. Why is that? What's the purpose of rounding the number?
When I enter „0.5“ and click somewhere it works without changing it to 1. Then it's really just 0.5 px. But hitting enter (the most natural thing after entering some value) rounds it.
Is this a feature or a flaw?
Realitivly new to 2013, upgraded from 2007.
We will alter the Arch Base CAD file layer colors to a muted color for use as our backgorounds. We would sort the Layers by color, so that we could group them together to one base color, so basically layer colors 10-19 would then become 19, 20-29 would be 29, layer colors 30-39 would be 39, etc... If the colors were one of the 9 Base Colors (Red, Yellow, Green...) Red is effectivly the same as color as 10, so then we would make it 19, etc...
In 2007, even thought the sorting was by layer color, the layers rows would remain in the same location until we applied the changes. But in 2013, if we sort by color then alter the color, the layer row will automatically be re-sorted to its proper position in comparison to all other colors. OK I get that, but, if we are altering 40, 50, 60 layer colors, that auto re-sorting is annoying, because then we need to rescroll to our last location to continue.
So, is there a way to turn off the re-sort until we APPLY the colors.
I don't like really to have an object modify event all the times running . Now question is if user go to properties panel and change the attribute over there. How could I catch the event?

View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen objects are selected, they don't show up on the properties panel (or on the Quick Select panel either) It doesn't matter what method I use:
-Pick one object (lines, arcs, circles, blocks, etc), the Quick Properties flyout appears, but empty. Properties flyout show "no selection"
-Window-select object or objects. Quick Properties bar shows up empty again. Properties flyout show "no selection"
-Click on the Quick Select icon. It prompts me to pick geometry. I do. The Quick Select window comes up, but where it says "Object Type", it only has the option "Multiple", and not the normal list of the geometry you selected.
Have Autocad 2011, as well as Autocad 2010 and Inventor 2010 (trial license) on the same machine.

I'd like to locate the PROPERTIES button in the Home Panel instead of, or in addition to, the View Panel. When I go into CUI, it won't let me move/copy it.

Can I turn the text number into a shape so that it doesn't have any space requirements around it?
I'm teaching myself Revit LT 2013. When I got to the lesson about providing slope in floors for drain, the text directed me to the "shape editing" panel in my ribbon. However, when I selected the floor I found that there isn't a shape editing panel in my ribbon. I ran into the same problem when I attempted to construct sloped roof for drainage. Everytime I post an album to facebook a new facebook icon bar on left panel is created. Is this correct? The bar has the facebook icon as well as arrow to expand with only one album listed under it. I cannot imagine having endless bars for facebook as I upload albums. How do I correct this path.Also it doesn't show a wall post place as I saw on a tutorial. there is only an option to amke albums. What if I want to post a single photo to my wall?
