Photoshop CS6. Win 7 32 bit. Sophos Anti virus is reporting that WIASupport.8LI contains malware Troj/Zbot-DHN and quarantines it. This has just started to happen today.

There is no crash report. With Bridge CS5 everything works fine. (Opening RAWs with minibridge CS6 works file too.)
View 5 Replies View Relatedvirus scan on my PC using Kaspersky Internet Security Suite 2009 I received the following report - all being described as VERY DANGEROUS:-

The same NPSWF32.dll files also repeated for:-

Now checking with the Kaspersky site it would appear that all these dll's are associated with Adobe Flash Player. The warning on the site is dated 25th February and the advice given is to update to the latest release of Flash.
However, it would appear that the latest release for Flash Player is 10.0.22.87 which is what I have installed.
Updated Windows. Disabled antivirus. Quit all other applications. Error 1935 - an error occured during the installation of assembly component. When the installation process rolls back it deletes the DVD drive as well!!! Seems it is impossible to install this program? No matter whatI do, error 1935 every time.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI have created a drawing with hatch that I would like to print in color not in grayscale. I have used dwg to PDF for many other plots and have not had an issue, but they were all in grayscale. With this dwg when I plot to PDF, the PDF writes lines into the drawing that do not exist in autoCAD. If I plot from AutoCAD the lines do not appear and I did not draw the lines in the dwg file. However, when I plot from the PDF it plots with additional lines all over the drawing. Is this because I am plotting in color and some of my layers have the transparency set for around 45?

My understanding was this was an issue many years ago so that any coordinate values that were extracted for use in a db would be positive values. However, I'm not sure that is an issue any longer for most applications so is there any point to using a coordinate system with those values?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a VB.NET routine that exports a pdf using the TranslatorAddIn interface. I copied the example from the api help.
The pdf is created, but only the first sheet of the drawing is exported. I uncommented the following line in the example code, and still no change:
oOptions.Value("Sheet_Range") = kPrintAllSheets
I added a message box, to make sure I was reaching that line, and I found that I was not in fact reaching that line. Why is this? In some posts here related to dwf exporting also using the TranslatorAddIn, the first argument of HasSaveCopyAsOptions was oDataMedium instead of oDocument, so I tried that, too, but still no change.
Here is the code of the export to PDF routine from the api example:

Then in Photoshop CS3 I was looking for the filter to convert the negative film file into a positive file so I can work on it with Adobe and then print in on my Canon printer.. I have tried to sample the orange base color and take that out and then invert and then increased the contrast curve.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI was just going through the files for our main printed catalog, updating everything and turning individual pages into pdfs for the website, and once again ran into this anomaly. Often, photos with a white background would be processed for the pdf with a black kind of ragged edge line, appearing to be slightly offset from the actual cropping edge from DRAW. This has been an intermittent problem for as long as I can remember. I suspect Adobe is at fault, but what is the solution? I can re-crop the photo and regenerate a new pdf and sometimes that works, but not for a lot of these pics.

I made a rule to designate what true and false means but when I publish it to the content center I want to be able to choose whether it's true or false and it doesn't seem to be working. View 5 Replies View RelatedI've not seen it mentioned anywhere so I must ask. When in 3D modelling, is it possible to set AutoCAD to constrain drawing and movement in only the positive Z axis? I'd like to draw obviously in the XY plane but also only in positive Z (above ground?). I don't think i'll ever need to draw anything in the negative Z plane, which by my understanding would be actually underground (correct??). If it is at all possible to constrain in the positive Z plane, would there be a way to temporarily over ride this for the times I may need to Press Pull a hole out of a solid?
I have this strange knack of drawing in Top view in a left viewport (model space) then extruding in the right SW viewport then sometimes when I try ti move objects the end up underground (negative Z plane).
I am having a problem when attempting to measure the volume of a solid in Autocad Civil 3d 2013. It returns an error: "One or more diagonal terms are not positive." I have run a check from solidedit and it returns as a valid solid.

Move the DXF output to be in the 1st (positive) quadrant so that the left most entity is touches with the Y axis and the bottom most entity touches with the X axis,Add iProperties like Part Number, Material, Thickness and Qty as text to the DXF file.

I have created a column graph with a large amount of data. I would like to apply two different colors to the positive and negative columns. Whenever I click on a column and go to object>graph> the column section is unavailable. I checked to see if the graph had become ungrouped, even though I never selected it. If I select the graph as a whole it does not say ungrouped. When I select a column the ungroup tab is greyed out. Does that mean my columns are ungrouped?

One of my most common examples: Layers in a specific XRef with names that do not contain specific string.
I tried XRefName|*[~anno]* and it gave me ALL the layers from the XRef (including the ones with anno in the name).
I also tried XRefName|*~anno* and it didn't list ANY layers.
It it possible to do this? I've read throught the docs on using wildcards in the filter properties but don't see anything.
I want to create a positive form of the inside of a differential housing.
My idea was to put two planes on the edges of the housing. Then using the Sculpt Tool to create a New Solid of the inside of the housing.
With the Derive Tool i could seperate the two Solid Forms from each other.BUT... When I want to create a New Solid with the Sculpt Tool I get the error ' Create Sculpt feature failed'.
I've tried to Derive the part to a Sureface model, but that didn't work.
I need a plugin that can invert positive and negative space with transparency.
Example: I have a filled square in the middle of a transparent image. I use the plugin, and the square is now transparent, where as the originally transparent space is now filled.

Of course, I need this to do more complex shapes. Also notice the blur is accounted for.
