I done it in V10, bu t in X5 i can't find its' way!

Paint Shop Pro :: Toolbar To Access Object Align?
Feb 16, 2012When dealing with vector, it is just to click in image with "pick tool" to appear a tool bar where object align/distribution is available.
But when dealing with raster, this tool isn't available. The only way I found is through "menu=> objects=>align". To raster images, is there similar vector tool bar to access direct object align/distribution?

Oct 19, 2011If I pattern a feature in two direction, say 1 copy in both directions, I get 4 features. Is there a way to "turn off" one or more of them. If I patterned a whole field of features, can I turn off some of them? Again, there was a way to do this easily in Pro-E, but I have not found it in Inventor.

Nov 20, 2012We have a 3rd party developing some marketing drawings for us and they are using a font that does not come with AutoCAD OOTB. When we couldn't see the text because of this "unknown" font, they sent us zip file with all the "Gotham-*.otf" files to load on our computers. My concern is probably obvious, that any customer of ours who downloads these drawings from our website will have the same problem with missing fonts. I suppose they could use the substitute font but then we would have no control over what they see.

Aug 19, 2013Is there a way to achieve uneven distrubution of blended lines in Illustrator CS5? There was one other post on the web asking a similar question to this, which was solved by changing the blend spline.
This works great for objects, but not so much for lines.
Here is an example of what I am looking for where the top is what I would like to achieve and the bottom is the typical blend.

May 11, 2011I have a design on one layer, and a boundary line around the design on another layer. visually on the screen they both line up . However, when I print the images, they do not line up - they are significantly out of line with each other. It is as if they have been printed to different paper settings., for example the registration marks are not line up.

When using both align and distribute at once, all the items selected bunch up and do not space evenly. When using just align center, it works fine. When using distribute evenly (vertically), it works fine. But when using both, that's when the problem occurs.

Sep 21, 2012I've been using CorelDRAW X6 for a bit now (upgraded from X5), and I've noticed a few caveats so far.
1. Align nodes
When trying to align nodes, there seems to be some interesting behavior for alignment. When shift + clicking directly on the nodes, and then selecting Align nodes and performing an align operation (such as Horizontal), the nodes will all align to the last one selected.
However, if you perform the same operation, and marquee select each node individually, then it will always align to the same node. It doesn't seem to matter on which order you do it in.
Steps to reproduce on my end:- Open a new CorelDRAW X6 document- Draw a new object using the Freehand tool with multiple node points- Edit the shape using the Shape tool- Select multiple nodes by holding Shift+dragging around the nodes- Align nodes, see which node it aligns to- Undo Align nodes, redo the same selection but different order- Align nodes, should align back to the same node regardless of the order
Is this to be expected? In CorelDRAW X5 it seems to go to the last node selected, regardless of marquee selection or click selection, unless this behavior was changed for some particular reason. Would just like to know if it's just me doing something wrong here.
2. Color docker
For the Color docker, there seems to be an issue that is mostly cosmetic, but it is noticeable. When the Color docker is open and docked, switching from a palette to color viewers resizes the palette on reselect.
Steps to reproduce on my end:- Open CorelDRAW X6, start a new document, enable the Color docker and dock it- Switch to a Palette (such as Pantone)- Restart CorelDRAW X6 to ensure that it is properly sized, and start a new document- In the Color docker, select another tab, such as the Show color viewers- Select back the Palette. All of the boxes should be oversized and the whole docker should now be larger than normal- Restart CorelDRAW X6 and it will return to normal until another tab is selected again.
One last thing about the Color docker. Is there any reason in particular that the Eyedropper Tool from the left hand menu is discrete? I realize that an Eyedropper tool has been added to the Color docker (threw me off initially), and that only seems to change the color within the docker, but it would be nice to have the same options from before with the main Eyedropper tool (1, 2x2, 5x5, etc) that was available before.
Note: I am using CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 6.1 (CorelDRAW version 16.1.0.843) 64-bit.
AutoCAD Inventor :: Distribution Of Assembly Weight To Legs Of Structure?

If you were to distribute the load from CoG there will be vertical forces as well as moments on each pad that will support this assembly. Is there a way for Inventor to show the distribution of the CoG load on the given points?

Jul 4, 2013I have modified one of the toolbars (Text toolbar) with many useful for me commands. Many of them are not visible when this toolbar is "docked" to Corel's interface, that's why I want to view it floating.
But because there is "Object Information" from Status Bar, and it is only one line (very wide indeed, and I cannot find a way to make it in two or more lines of text (?)) this toolbar became very wide and I want to hide and show it with a shortcut. It is annoying to right click on interface, to click on "Text" to open when I need it, and to go to "x" to close it all the time.
Now I am looking to find a way to assign a shortcut to open and close it. Is this possible in CorelDRAW X6?
CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6 :: Toolbar Buttons Are Not Displayed
Dec 2, 2013I recently installed GraphicsSuite x6 (with SP4) on a new Surface Pro 2 tablet running on Windows 8.1. My command bar buttons are not displaying properly. Depending on whether I have the open on the tablet screen or an external monitor, the toolbar buttons will not be displayed. This also affects some (but not all) dockers. For example the buttons and labels on the Align and Distribute docker are not displayed, regardless of which display I am using. This issue affects both CorelDraw and Photo-Paint.

I have unchecked it and rechecked it to no avail. I have re-booted my machine and still nothing. why it's gone but I can't seem to get it back.

AutoCAD 2013 :: How To Use Toolbar To Load Toolbar From Partial Customization Menu
Dec 19, 2013I've tried to figure out the pattern of how the command works for inputting partial customization menu toolbar names but I'm unsuccessful.
You should be able to show and hide partial customization menu toolbars with the -toolbar command because it can hide all toolbars including my partial customization menu toolbars currently shown. I've tried the toolbar menu alias (defined in the CUI command) and the name (refer to this link to the same image embedded below) and none work.

Feb 17, 2012I've been battling with moving tool bars between my CorelX4 PC's. I think I've finally figured out how to do it so far. Export/Import RecordedMacro.bas 'First' and make sure it's the same name on both PC's as importing a new one renumbers the *.bas file. I think this made a difference anyway.
Export/Import Workspace Toolbar next. I found if I imported the workspace first, I couldn't get the new toolbar to work.
Now, if I want to edit the colors of the toolbar as shown below, the current color doesn't show in the editing window, nor do I have any color options.

Apr 30, 2013Occasionally paragraph allignment works opposite for left & right align, usually on Illustrator documents with Russian type.
In additon on center align text I set my cursor to input a period at the end of a sentence, and the period instead gets added to the beginning.
In character palette language is set to English USA, this is point text.
I created a new point text and this is happening, if I paste text from another document alignment works fine, font is Arial black but happens with all fonts.

Dec 1, 2013I have a document i am designing that has a front and a back to it, its not a business card.
How do i align/position the two sides so i get specific elements where i want them on the back side,
the problem is not with the front and i only need to position the back and specifically, i have checked out the print preview imposition tool and only seems to just print duplicate copies however many times need, unless i used it incorrectly,
I mean i could manually try to set them up and waste a lot of ink and paper positioning the two sides but i believe there is a faster/smarter method to accomplish this.

Mar 19, 2012In my workflow I constantly position objects to the top left edge of page. Is there any shorter way or macro to make it faster?
Right now i have two options:
1. pressing Ctrl+A (I reaassigned this shortcut to Align window) and then selecting options with mouse and then close
2. press P and then manually lift the object to the top edge of page.

Mar 23, 2012adding a page baseline grid! I love it, but I have one problem with it. For example I set the baseline grid to 13 pt, i have text with line spacing specified to 13 pt. I right-click the paragraph text box and select "Align to baseline grid". Then the text surely is aligned to the grid, BUT the lines are spaced to every other line, instead of every line.

CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6 :: Aligning Text Only - Vertical Align Checkboxes Greyed Out?
Mar 28, 2012Windows XP 32bit, English.
This does not occur when aligning objects, nor text with an object.This only occurs (as far as I can tell) when aligning two or more sets of text alone.
When I enter the align and distribute window the vertical align checkboxes are greyed out with "Top" selected.
It is not possible to uncheck or select any other vertical align option. It is possible to "force" the window to deselect it by selecting "top" in the distribute tab, but this does not make the align options selectable again.
You can workaround this by creating a temporary object to align with your text.
