I am creating a set of parametric stairs. All of my constraints are in place for my 2 main work points. I am now trying to make an associative path array to depict the stair treads. Path array works great initially, however when I change my variables for stair height, my stair treads tilt with my work line in such a way that they're no longer parallel to the floor.
The angle of the stairs must be variable as it will change from one set of stairs to another. All that said, I am wondering if there is some variable or command that will make the treads retain their ucs orientation regardless of the angle of my path line. I've tried every option while creating the array with no luck.
I'm trying to use the PATH array feature on 2013 to array stairs, and I can't get the array to be 100% accurate. It seems like CAD rounds the decimal to the nearest 3/4" which could be causing the problem.
I set my run to 10.5" and rise to 7.25", array along the angle of the stringer, and there's always a small overlap on the stairs. The "distance between" should be 1'-209/256" and CAD rounds it to 1'-3/4" which is where I believe the error is. Is there any way to fix this or array this correctly? Otherwise...back to the COPY method I suppose.
I've been using Tile to create an array from a jpeg image to use as a background for a website I'm building using Weebly. The original images display fine in Weebly, and when I use Tile to create the array the resulting image looks flawless in GIMP and in the picture viewer on my desktop. However, when the image is uploaded to Weebly it displays as though the original layer has been duplicated in GIMP and tiled manually and badly, i.e. leaving white space along edges, incorrect alignment of tiles.

Each window elevation needs to have text underneath it that tells you the unit size of the window. While I have successfully created all the various elevations using dynamic blocks I can't figure out how to make the text appear to change with the various window unit sizes. for instance I have a small window that has text underneath showing 1818 (18"wide x 18"high). I need text to change to say 1820, 1824, 1830, etc. I can get the 1818 text to stay centered under the elevation as the window gets wider/higher but that is it.

When I open GIMP, the window is quite different from what it used to be. I uninstalled and reinstalled GIMP, but there is no change. Is there any way to make the appearance normal? The screenshots that I have attached are after a lot of efforts to make the screen appear 'normal'

now that i am weeding myself off of my Intuous and using my Cintique as my mouse-source for both of my monitors, it is more important to have my macro (and other CorelDraw windows) open on my second monitor (where CorelDraw is).
presently, i have Ultramon to force-open Coreldraw onto my second monitor; but when i open a macro window (such as Select Same), it opens on my primary monitor.
is there a setting to change this? or (shiver) a line of code to add to the macro itself?

On PE 9 there was a way to make the window (area within tool/layer/toolbar frame) transparent so the desktop would be visible. Can this be done for PE 11? The default is gray and I can't find any setting to make it transparent.
Is there a way to make the pop-up window that comes up when you delete a photo have "delete from disk" be the standard option highlighted in blue instead of "Remove"?
Or a way to use the keyboard to move the selected option? I know about the keyboard shortcut, Alt Ctrl Shift Delete, just wondering if there is a way to mess with the pop-up window selection. I have LR4 on a mac.

I remember recently having the same issue with the HATCH command, but this was solved by altering the 'HPDLGMODE' setting. I've looked for a similar setting for ARRAY but so far come up with nothing.

I need to get the values(textstrings) of some AutoCAD table cells into a string array, but I am having troubles. I have the proper table and I can get the contents of individual cells using acTable.Cells(1, 1).TextString, etc... but I cannot seem to remember how to get each cell value into an array.

I am trying to array a 3d block along a 3d polyline made up of straight plines. I align the block to the end of the endpoint on the 3d polyline ie the path. use array path command.The block does not align properly around the path. I'm working on a trellis that has an undulating, slatted top - I can array the slats along one spline/polycurve, but figuring out how to rotate them to match the secondary angle/curve (it twists) is proving to be really difficult. Rotate3D I have trouble with (crossing different faces/USC which confuses me), and doing so for each slat is going to be exceptionally time consuming.
Is there a way to array a form along two paths, so that the pieces automatically adjust to match the needed angles that both rails define?

When i import this block on it's own, i can explode it to ownerspace with "bref.ExplodeToOwnerSpace();" but when i'm creating the array, i don't have this ability and i'm left with one of my blocks in the array exploded, and the rest not. How do i explode the blocks in the array? When i try to use acEntClone.ExplodeToOwnerSpace(); it doesn't exist and i only have the option of acEntClone.Explode().

I am currently trying to draw a football stadium and I have copied the seats along the rows by using the array command. When I click on one seat it selects all the seats from the array. Is it possible to just select one seat incase the other stands don't have the same amount of seats?
